Lol, unless you were on RIGHT when it started, damn near every new game excluding MW2 and Borderlands sold out instantly, pretty much any decent game in every price range was gone 4 hours later.
 
I was hoping for a No More Heroes deal. Either the first or second. Hopefully the list is still incomplete.

If online retailer listings (Amazon, GameStop, etc.) are any indicator, it looks like the first one is out-of-print.

Cant comment personally on the Wii version since i packed up my Wii after last years E3, but Rune Factory on the DS has to be one of the most addictive games i have ever played. I doubt the Wii version could be bad if they tried.

That's how I work, too. I will never trade anything into them without a bonus or promo, because their credits are usually much lower than what I'd get on eBay or another CAG. And their games are overpriced as well, to the point where I still see games more expensive than I paid for them a year or more ago.

But mix the trade-in bonus credit with a sale, and you make out great. You can even win big just using CAG16 and Edge. Those bring them lower to a normal price usually. If we ever lose CAG16, I'll probably stop buying from them online.

Basically, I think they are a terrible store for cheap or sensible gamers most times, unless they offer a good reason to buy or trade games. I have been shopping with them a bit more in the past 6 months or so, but that's because of some good trade deals.

I picked up the used copy at $25 over the weekend on the website, and used the CAG16 and Edge to get it down to below $20. They are out of stock now, though. Haven't received my copy yet, so I'm hoping they don't cancel the order. I'll be very upset.

Agreed, i nearly used my 60+ dollars on my edge card to buy a used copy of BlazBlue and Sonic UGC in store, waited until that night and got both games, along with Armored Core and Fallout 3 all for the same price in the B1G1 sale.
 
I missed the B1G1 sale. I didn't find anything I wanted so I went to bed. The next morning at work I had 3 games in my cart, looking for a similarly priced third game. Then the site did a hiccup and died for a few seconds. I couldn't do anything on it. I had to get back to work to train a new employee at my desk, so when I was able to log back in at lunch the games were all OOS and the code wasn't working for everyone. My heart lurched when I realized I effed up, especially the cheapass part of me.

The games came back in stock a day or so later and I ordered them normally with my credit. Oh well.

I completely over-looked these, as I haven't even opened 3 out of the 6 Wii games I own, but I'm always down for some Feud! Thanks for pointing it out to me.

You might as well wait. It's hardly a deal at all. Amazon has had that thing on sale about a million times for $10-20; hell it's only $21.49 right now (with other sellers as low as $16.99 new), and you most likely wouldn't even have to pay tax. With my local sales tax, it would be $21.58 to get it from GS at their sale. If you don't even have a PS3, what's the rush?
 
Hell, I'm already up to 12 PS3 games without a PS3. 9 360 games without a Xbox. Now if I could just get my Wii to play those games... Anyone have a phone number for Satan lying around?

That extended list is still total suckitude, unless you like MSRP prices or $5-10 off MSRP. But thanks to all who contributed to getting the list anyway. Nothing for me unless GS does the B2G1.

Yes this is one of the few good prices on the Wii list and it's a pretty fun game IF you like that type of game. I do and own this title. Play it frequently.
 
I'll nab Scrabble PSP for that price. It'd been a long time since the US got a console or portable Scrabble game til the DS and PSP ones came out and the GBA one didn't come out in the US
 
I guess I'll give GS a little bit of credit for the $40 Bayonetta, being that they are the first retailer to have it for that low. Now the only question is if I'm willing to wait for someplace else to go that low so I can have an "un-gutted" copy....

Pardon me if this has been asked before, but does Amazon typically match the prices of the GameDays sales?

It's $15 at Gamefly used, free shipping. That's a 50% discount over Gamestop's "sale" price.

My GameStop almost always has at least one copy on the shelve, $20. I bought one when I got my Wii back in October '09.

Great Game.

It's a shame at these prices... but remember, there is the evidence that Game Day happens in waves. Some are added, others are taken out. Most are often price slashed if they don't sell.

A $20 PS3 Prototype would have me biting.
