Guess the Game from the Screenshot

From the few pages I've glanced at, I haven't seen this game posted.
Leather Goddess of Phobos?

(Yes, it is a real game. No, it is not a porn game. Shut up shut up all of you!)
Pengo and Omega Race were correct, which leaves:

Hints:
The controller was shaped like the handle of a gun.

Based off the clue, would that be Boot Hill?

I thought Leather Goddesses of Phobos was a text-based game, made by Infocom.

You're extremely close. I'll give it another couple guesses if anyone cares.

Vinyl Goddess from Mars

Yeah-yeah is right, LGOP is a text game. Apparently there's a sequel that has graphics, like an adventure game or something.

I googled around and eventually found the answer. At the time I wrote it, I thought for a second "Is it LGO Mars?" And thought about writing that.

I remember seeing the game in book stores in thin plastic cases, amongst others like Commander Keen and all those shareware platformers.

Yep, that's it. Wasn't a bad little platformer for its day, I remember getting it on a disc with my Doom shareware that included other hit games like Two-bit Poker and Solar Winds :)
That looks like Snow Bros to me.
I think Genocidal is right... man I totally forgot about that game... when I saw the screenshot, I was filled with fond memories. :)
That looks like Snow Bros to me.
That's it! I figured that one would be too easy. I got another one though:

Number 2 looks like Full Throttle to me, but I never played through much of it, so I may be wrong.

Would those be the "Leather Goddess of Phobos" games?
Would those be the "Leather Goddess of Phobos" games?
Yes it would be. Was I that obvious in my choices? I figured someone who has been keeping up with the thread would figure it out. Well played.
Kid Chameleon I loved that game. I remember getting that samurai helmet and just cutting tanks down it was awesome.
Sorry it took me so long to give you credit for this one... Between this game, the sound clip game, work and school, I'm getting a little overwhelmed... Anyway, that definetly was Kid Chameleon. Here's another picture for the evening...

Eternal Champions!! I loved that game (once I got good with trident (I think that was the characters name).
Eternal Champions.

EDIT: Har-har, I am the winner.
Yes, you are, but gloating will get you nowhere... And yes, there was a character named Trident. I always used Larcen the cat burgler. Anyway, on to the next pic...

Midnight Resistance for Genesis
Midnight Resistance for Genesis
Yikes! I've been so busy between the Guess the Sound Clip Invitational and the holidays, that I've been completely neglecting this thread. Well, time to rectify that. dandragonrage is absolutely right, that was Midnight Resistance. Here's a little something new, and stay tuned for a new contest sometime in the coming weeks. Thanks for you patience, everyone. It's good to be back.

Someone set us up the bomb! That's right! I knew there would be jokes on this one, but I had to do it... Here's the next screen.

I hate it when I know a game be description and picture but can't recall the name.

You went around trying to scare people. You can make stuff ooze out of the walls and toasters come alive and attack people if I remember correctly...

Oh so this is that game!! I didn't understand Strell's WHAT YOU SAY comment, but now I do.

I agree, it did need a bump. Thanks, Whambamm!

Is this one Crusader of Centy?

Sorry I haven't been keeping up on this. I've been working on my final speech for my public speaking class, but that's all done as of today, so I'll try to be more on the ball.

Yes it's Crusader of Centy. And is your picture Toxic Crusaders, Mono?

1.
2.
3.
4. Kid Clown?
5. Yoshi Safari
6.
7. Rocket Knight Adventures or Sparkster
8. Red Alert
9.
10.

Thiers a couple more I recognize but just don't remember the names. Help me out people.

1. Wonder Boy in Monster Land 3 (SMS)
2. Drakkhan (Drakkhen? A launch SNES game, horribly confusing but I still own/like it)
9. Maze Hunter (either there is a 3D version of this, or this is the 3D version)

Funny story about #1. If you looked in the manual, there's a picture of the password screen with a password on it. If you put that password in, you essentially start at the end of the game with everything, except for killing the last boss. What a great way to advertise an element of the game and disguise a code at the same time. I wonder (no pun intended) if it was intended or not.

4. Kid Clown?
Yes, it's Kid Klown.
7. Rocket Knight Adventures or Sparkster
Yup, it's Sparkster on Genesis. Don't confuse it with the SNES Sparkster, as they are actually 2 different games. I'd like to see Konami bring this series back.
8. Red Alert
Close enough. It's Red Alarm. Red Alert is a strategy game for PC.

While I've never heard it by that name, I'll say you're correct on number 1. I always knew it as Wonder Boy III The Dragon's Trap. I know it was released under several different names, I've just never heard that one. That password in the manual is pretty neat. The best thing about it is that it let you play the game in human form (For those who don't know, the goal of the game was to become human again).

2 is indeed Drakkhen. I'm one of the few people who really liked it. Though I haven't played it in years, I probably will soon.

And yes, 9 is Maze Hunter 3-D.
10: Magmax

6 looks really familiar, but I can't remember it.
Magmax is correct. If it helps any, that's a penguin with its back turned on number 6.

Of course!!! It's Penguin Wars! Thanks for the hint.
