C64 racer, if I remember correctly you could buy add-ons for your cars like spikes & weapons. I'll be damned if I can remember the name of it tho...
Scorched Earth?
Definitely. Man I loved that game...at least until I got a new computer and it sped up too much to be fun.
Not 100% for sure on this one, but.......Dangerous Seed by Namco?

------DM
Nope, this isn't dangerous seed. It's a turbografx game released in the u.s.. It stars giant flying bugs.

Hmmm now the question is, is me pwning the thread impressive or pitiful?

...don't answer that.

That would be Princess Tomato in the Salad Kingdom, which I know 'cause I posted a shot from that one early on... :) Still a good game, though.

Here's a couple remainders from my postings that no one has gotten yet... Top one is a c-64 game, and the bottom one's from the NES.

Then how'd you know it?

Judging from the screenshots and your description, it sounds very similar to Radical Psycho Machine (R.P.M.) Racing for the SNES. R.P.M. Racing was probably an update of or sequel to it.

2 looks like one of the NES wizardy games, 5 reminds me of star tropics for some reason, and 6 looks like some sort of GB bomberman. Had to take a guess, though I'm probably wrong. :)

evilmax17, yes.

Darkside Hazuki, No.

s1eepinglionhart, 2 is not a Wizardry game. 5 is not Star Tropics. 6 is not Bomberman.
Oops, not Kirby. Pinball Dreams!
Nope. It doesn't even have "pinball" in the title.

No, it's not.
Elvira's Pinball? I made that up.

Kaw's Gameboy Treant game is Sword of Hope, I believe. Another game I read about a lot in Nintendo Power but never played.

From Jack's list, I want to say 5 is a Dragon Warrior game....maybe 4 or 5? I'm probably wrong.

Yes Strell, it is Sword of Hope. I wouldn't worry about never playing the game though.. I have it and it sucks. I tried a couple times to get into it, but I never could.

This one of mine is still hanging out there:

Is that Pinball Jam for the Atari Lynx?
Give me a hint :(
Well, let's see... Top pic was a C-64 game where you could transform between a hovercraft and a plane, and you turned into a guy with a gun to fight the end bosses... This one might be a bit too obscure.

Bottom pic was an NES point and click adventure that took place in South America.
Swords and Serpents.
Correct.
From Jack's list, I want to say 5 is a Dragon Warrior game....maybe 4 or 5? I'm probably wrong.
Nope, not a Dragon Warrior game. Here's a hint: it's not a NES or SNES game.
Oh. Dungeons of the Unforgiven. Knew it was something by Moraffware.
Got it. Great DOS shareware RPG series, now lost to the mists of time.
That is correct!

That's the one! I think I'm going to call it quits on the C-64 one. It was Deceptor by Advantage Software. Not a bad little game, but it did get frustrating. Anyway, here's a new one to start the day with.
