Hey, OTT! Today is going to be a good day.
What they say about him?
They didn't say anything to bad about him. Robert Ashley interviewed him about how to get games for cheap and cheapy gave a dumb answer. So they were saying how funny it was that aguy who runs a deals site didn't know much about getting games cheap.

Awesome, Woot is going to send me a new Sansa and include a label to send my defective one back.

I've also got three MCRs in the works at YF360, as well as two referrals and two more coming soon. I'm totally set for a while.
Sweeeet, they fixed Anaconda on the iPhone.
Did they add different color dots too?

I don't rememeber the yellow or green dots before

I wish I could order another game on the site. What I really wish is that I could somehow get LBP through this. I don't want to pay for the game. Megafreebie has nothing but shit offers.
Finally I can join an OTT game night with Number84:

Just don't try to circumvent the filter!
ASIO is already at a 5ms response time. Sounds certainly doable offline. Dunno about online though. It'd have to be some sort of local program on your xbox to work imo.

Time for a new wave of words to replace current terms. MS is going to directly influence language culture if they pull this off.

"So I was with my girlfriend last night, and I introduced her to funk for the first time. She enjoyed it. She enjoyed the funk all night. I mean, just wild amounts of funk all up in her ear."

I can order one more game, but I think I'm going to hold off on Gears 2 and wait until I can get COD for $40. And since I'm not interested in Fable II or Fallout 3, that's basically it for me for the year.

I'm still going back and forth on Gears 2, really.

Go Squenk yourself...

Squenk yourself right in your stoopid flanhole

It amazes me at how helpless some of these students are. Girl came to me almost hysterical saying that her homework didn't match what she saved the last time she was working on it.

Turns out she had opened the wrong file. She was at least able to open files, some don't even know how to do that.

my subordinates at work are almost all masters students in biotech/medicine/etc, and are freaking clueless as far as "street smarts" go. They can barely do this job, and all you have to do is follow instructions.

:whee:!! Just found out my 2 best friends from high school will be home from PSU Friday...just in time for the party I was going to have.

And the thing is, they look at me like i'm some kind of freaking genius, just because i showed them how to open their excel homework.

It's mind boggling how these people are able to function.

Unfortunately, some of the people I've worked FOR aren't much better  "Can you show me how to open this word document?"
Damn, looks like circuit city is on death row. They may close 150 stores soon.
It is a shame too. It really wouldn't take all that much to turn around CC. All they really need to do is focus on the basics and shit would get heading in the right direction.

No one knowing how to face is probably the biggest prolem they have. It eats big time into their profit and kills their games and DVD sales.

For anyone who does YF360G, what browser do you use?

I've heard that Internet Explorer is the one that works best for actually getting credit.

The Circuit City here is in a building previously occupied by a "just for feet" shoe store. That place STILL smells like shoes, though it hasn't been a shoes for years.

Here's hoping that CC has a great black Friday sale to try and boost profits.
Does everyone in the OTT stink? This not liking Gears shit is wack as fuck.
I hate gears.

I hate the fact that it has gears in it.

And guns, I hate guns.

And blood, too much blood. From Chainsaws.

I hate it soooooo much!

I wouldn't be banking on Black Friday to save them. They would need a very very good holiday run. However, with the economy in the pooper, gas prices still high, etc, I doubt the retail seen will be as bountiful as years past.

I enjoyed Gears' campaign, but whenever I hopped online, things were pretty brutal, and almost everyone was a complete ass (like, immediately when I would get in a game, people were already being morons).

The campaign was too short, and I wasn't enthralled by the multiplayer. I like having more than eight people in a game.
I hope CC survives a couple more months so I can use my $45 in gift cards.

$10 from Resistance 2
$10 from Gears 2
$10 from Fallout 3
$15 from LBP
You better hope you want something hits before New Year's

------------------

I liked Gears.

That and Dead Rising are the reasons I picked a 360 over that Triple

I think to play it safe you should give me the giftcards. I will then buy you a 360 game of your choice in the new year. Deal?

Oh i don't really care if it saves them or not, i just want some great prices on a few things.

Gears sucked online. All I ever saw was a bunch of people running around like morons chainsawing people in half. I never got into a game where people would actually work as teams.

(A) Just limit communications to people on your friends list.
(B) I've not seen a single multiplayer FPS/3rd person shooter where people do work as teams if they're not part of a clan. TF2 might be an exception, but I've never played it.

I'm somewhat biased on this as I don't have a 360 of my own to play on. I've played online 10+ times, but that's still not really enough to say 100%.

You guys need to find some better friends then or work on your people skills. Before I played with people from CAG, I was able to find a group of dedicated Gears gamers to play with. Hell I was playing with some of the most dedicated people in the game.

And they all liked to work as a team.

This campaign is longer, and multiplayer supports 10 people now.

Should have played with friends.
