She's coming on Friday man! She was going to come back like in the middle of next week, or something.
I said she was 'coming early' bro!
How do her parents feel about her dating senior Juan Rosa?

Yours is a shared Hell. Now I will premptively escort myself the fuck out of here.

YES she is coming tomorrow and a cat is on my butt!

As I was reading this post, a Pep Boys commercial played. That is so strange.

I think I caused about twenty boners in that cosplay thread ever since I posted a pic of that Mass Effect chick. I even got a PM asking me who she was. :0\

Whose painting is that in your sig, ni9?
Working on watching all the films on IMDb's top 250 list. Currently I'm only at 62. :[
Requiem for a Dream is so good.
Requiem for a Dream is so good.
Ah, I'm not watching them in any order. I just meant that I've seen 62 of the films. I think I'll watch that one soon though. I'm going to watch Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels tonight.
The last three I watched were 12 Angry Men, The 400 Blows, and Life is Beautiful.

How many have you guys seen?
Dang, I have seen 77 of the 250. That is more than I was expecting.
Sweet jesus and hot sauce, Inception jumped up to #3? It's a good movie and all, but fucking hell, internet...
I don't know about #3, but it is definitely up there though.
Wow, the IMDB Top 250 list has gotten pretty rough over the years.
I was thinking the same thing.
The same thing happened when Avatar came out, now it's at 113.
Yeah, the top 250 definitely favors new movies for quite a while after they come out. I think what would be better is if they said that a movie couldn't be considered for the list until it had been released for a whole year. That would help even that out some.
AFI's top 100 is a much better list, IMHO.
I don't like that list. I think it too heavily favors old movies just for the sake of being old. Plus they leave some great movies out. Like seriously they don't have The Good, The Bad and The Ugly on there? Or how about Full Metal Jacket?

I'm with youman, that shit needs to be #1!

Make that 21 now, I just checked out what you posted. She's darn DoGaLy fine!

Btw: That video in OP made my day lmao. Woah, just woah...

I like all those movies but I wouldn't even put those in my top 100.

There just too much stuff that doesn't belong there.
Some great films, but many have little significance outside of pop-culture relevance.

The AFI film list takes into account movies that are cinematically relevant beyond just pure popularity.

I've seen all but 31 of the IMDB list, most of which I do want to see.
Amelie,
Paths to glory,
M,
Modern times,
All About Eve,
The Great Dictator,
Rebecca,
The Apartment,
Stranger on a train,
Notorius,
Annie Hall,
Yojimbo (partial),
The big sleep,
Wild Strawberries,
Amores Perros,
Grave of Fireflies,
Gold Rush,
The Killing,
Sunrise,
The Best Years of my life,
Nights in Cabria,
Diving Bell & the Butteryfly,
Shadow of a Doubt,
Network,
Rope,
The Battle of Algiers,
La Strada,
Barry Lyndon,
The Conversation,
Ikiru,
My Neighbor Totoro
How is it that neither Peeping Tom or 8 1/2 are on that list?
I didn't say it was perfect, didn't think that need be said because -for the love Jebus- it's got Tootsie on it. It's just overall a better list.

I've seen 114 of the top 250, plus a few that I don't count because I was so young when I watched them that I can barely remember them.

I also have seen either Sanjuro or Yojimbo, but I can't remember which one, so that might be another one I didn't count.

Morning, OTT!
So I splurged last week... tomorrow I'll be getting my Samsung 55 inch LED 3d TV.
Congrats! Don't forget the extra pair of glasses!

I've seen 90% of that list and there are quite a few movies undeserving. And several that should be much higher. I also have real problems with some of the stuff in the top 50.
The only movies I haven't seen are 246, 235, 231, 217, 212, 196, 192, 169, 98, 32, 10, and 3.

Speaking of awsome films, I just watched a 1930's film About the history of Mexico by a russain director names Eisenstein. It's rare I don't hear about a classic movie, but this guy was decades ahead of his time. And there are some truly, truly, amazing scenes that must be the precursor to a lot of the stuff you see in movies today. You can see how other films were influenced later on.

The trailer

One of my favorite sections of the film. There's a slight video hiccup in the middle for about 30 seconds.
Castlevania: Harmony of Despair is now available in the marketplace. (1200 points)
I'm scared to that title a little bit...It kind of seems like it was thrown together...as an afterthought, so I think it's a 800 point title for me someday.

:whee:

I'm looking forward to this and Monday Night Combat the most!

Never heard of it before. Looks kinda cool but unfortunately it will probably be like Section 8. You'll never here of it after it releases.

Fable 3 looks so good. I can't wait to play it. Feels like there is zero hype around it though. I didn't even know it was coming out this year until a few weeks ago.

@Linkin - I dont suppose there's any hope that Monday Night Combat will be less than 1200 points?
