Hey guys I'm picking up the list where Feldbum left off........I took off the guy from the top of the old list and added mine to the top (He already got his 5). I also added the other guys to the list from the old thread that didn't get added. I think that's fair as I am willing to keep editing this post for you guys. I'm adding everyone back from the old list that might not have gotten their refferals due to the thread being locked. C'mon guys let's keep this thing going. Everybody can get free ipods it's not that hard. I already scored one on Freeslide. Here are the instruction's from Feldbum on how this process works (with edits from me):

Congratulations to everyone who got something from Freeslide. Thanks for the friendly emails and PMs.

If you didn't get all your offers done before FS changed their rules, I found a better method of getting the mini or a 15G iPod or a $250 iTunes GC. A lot of other forums have been succesful in these conga lines, and unlike Freeslide, Freeipods.com actually encourages it!

They even recommend using forums to get referrals!

Here's how the Conga works. I'll post my referral link at the top of the list. When anyone signs up under me, post your referral link, and I'll add it under mine in the list. When I get 5, I'll remove mine from the top of the list, and everyone else's will move up. Since you only need to complete one offer and points credit quickly, the line should move pretty fast, rarely with more than 6 links in it. I'll try to update once a day at 8-9 P.M. (except weekends, when I'll update when I can).

When you post your referral link, make sure that you include
1) The offer that you completed
2) The link you signed up underneath
3) Your own personal link (so I can add it to the list)
4) Your email address (so we can verify you actually signed up under the person you claim.

IF YOU DONT FOLLOW THESE 4 RULES YOU WILL NOT BE ADDED TO THE LIST!!

As for offers, I would suggest Ancestry.com if you haven't already used that for something else (but I bet most of us have), with must be cancelled in 14 days but only costs $1.
The wrinkle cream sample costs $6.95 but must be RETURNED within 14 days (the sample) or you will be charged.
Video Professor is also $6.95 and everything but the one video you get to keep must be returned or you get charged.
I like to use "Return to Sender" for these type of things.

*NEW RULE: If you have already signed an account for freeipods.com you cannot be a part of this conga. It just makes the list way too long and we can't add your name to it. Sorry :whistle2:(

WARNING! I just heard that the site has problems with Hotmail accounts. If you used a Hotmail account, I would switch it to another free email account from the Update Account Info screen.

ALSO NOTE: When you sign up.......do not use the refferal ID from the bottom of this thread, but instead use this actual list below, I will be updating it frequently. Use the 1st ID below. ***The only way this will work is if you actually sign up and complete the offer. Good Luck!

Um, you do realize that the way to make the chain work, is to actually USE it instead of just randomly adding links.

If you want added to the front of the thread, follow the instructions listed. It's not really that difficult. DJ used pretty small words through most of it.
 
Hey DJW, you can take me off the list. I have my 5 and it is reviewing right now. I don't want to take any away from anyone else. I appreciate the help around here and I will keep you updated on my order. If you want to still help me though, please help me get the Flat screen tv. :D
 
While you're at it, I did get one to complete, so I'm at 5 referalls and 1 complete.

Hopefully not long now, and I can get out of the way too!!!!
 
HAHAHA....i got five referrals, but it wasn't even completed, but they shipped out my ipod like 3 days ago! it should be coming in around 4 days
 
Yes, but when I originally posted it, there were 3 free spots at the top, not requiring signups. Only useless if you weren't fast enough. :)
 
Chaostic, I got all of my referrals that I needed so that is why they removed my name.

Also, what e-mail address did you sign up under because I don't have any new ones that have completed. So if you are really signed up under me then you have not completed your offer.
 
muncle, when did you complete the offer?

I just found out about this freeipod thing last week and I'm very interested in doing it. Do they still have the Ebay option up? That seems like the easiest and safest way to do, but I heard validation takes a couple days if you do the Ebay one

Ebay quotes 3-5 days for validation

Hop on the line! I need 3 more referrals (correction, I need 3 more referrals to actually complete an offer) and I'll be off the list!
 
Anohter quick question about the Ebay offer, does the account information for Ebay need to match the info used for the freeipod site? Like, do I have to use the same shipping and email info?

p.s. I've only signed up for the freeflatscreens one, not the freeipod yet

LOOK AT THAT!! someone stole my name!!!!.....stay on topic, ebay took a day for me, also, if you have 5 really, really good friends, just email them your link and tell them to the ebay deal! voila! free ipod!
 
I just went into progress 2, so hopefully my Ipod will be coming to me in the next week or so :)

BTW I'm not going to add all the idiots that don't read rules and don't sign up correctly. If you want to play you have to play fair.
 
yo is there a limit for the referrals because i got 2 more people to sign up under me and it doesnt show up
is it because i have 10 people already on my list
is there a way to delete the names from the referral list so that i can get the people who signed up and completed the offer

don't think there is a limit...because i think someone has like 19 referrals. also it might be the email addresses...i heard that hotmail and some others don't work well.

I have 19 people on my list.
The 20th guy still hasn't appeared and he did complete his offer with Aol for BB.
Argh, that should be my 5th and I don't see his name listed!
