As far as I know when BP hit the store for $30 it also went to $30 at retail as well. I remember because I checked to see what I'd get for my disc version and it was not so much.
Choice would be nice, but in Everyday Shooters case if it had been $20 at retail and the store I may not have picked up either at least for a while. At $10 download it's priced just right.
