Some guy assaulted this other guy in the street and now there are cops all over the neighborhood.

3 different people called 911, and there are 4 cars in front of my house!

Its actually a mixture of charcoal and colored pencil. Tho the pencil is barely noticeable on the avatar version.

Actually its the same photo that is used on the left side on my sig. I just did a multi layered job in Paint Shop Pro. Then I used the charcol on one layer and the pencil on the other. Then tinkered around until I got the desired result.
