I am not quite so bitchy anymore these days. I decided to cut down on the emo and I actually came up with a pretty good plan to get my life straightened out.

It's going to take awhile, at least 8 months from start to finish, but if it works right it's going to be real good for me.

I have a 150 dollar gift card to BB. I can't decide if I want a DS, or just shell out 100 bucks more and get the "entertainment" pack PSP. After kinda looking at the two, I'm thinking at I'd get more exjoyment and fun out of a PSP...
 
Personally I'd go with a DS. Namely because Nintendo actually gives a damn about gaming and actually putting out good titles for the system. Then again I'm biased.

Well, I just did a fresh install of windows from my recovery partition and it recognized my new vid card drivers. Heres to hoping that everything plays nicely together!
 
Spending an hour and a half going through a ten stage trial in an srpg, then getting to the games final boss without being able to save, and having your game locking up on the last hit = unappreash.

Yeah, it's never good when a game locks up. Especially after you've accomplished a bunch of stuff and haven't gotten to save yet. Happened to me when I was playing the port of Majora's Mask on the GC. That made me not want to play that game for a long time. (over a year? though I did just finally finish it...)

Can someone PLEASE explain why youtube videos wont load on my computer anymore (or if they do it takes like 10 minutes for it to happen)?!!!
 
WTF? I bought the retail box copy of Sin Episodes. I install it, launch it and now steam is telling me I have to wait 30 minutes.
 
When the hell are they going to do a port of FF7 to the PSP.

I guess FF6 is the last one fo the Nintendo systemso the last one we can look forward to on the NDS. Then we'll start seeing them come out on the PSP.

If you can find it. The local TRU had 0. So I checked the TRU over by work, they had 3, I think... I took one for the time being, and I don't even own a DS. Just figured at that price, a hard game to find (even after the second printing), that it should be worth $20 to someone at some point if I don't end up with a DS.

Be glad you only heard about how bad DoC rather than shelling out $50 for it and actually experiencing it first hand like I did :cry: The sad thing is I read all the reviews and knew how bad it was going in and somehow it even managed to be worst than my lowest expectations.

And if Crisis Core and Portable Ops ever get ported to the PS2 that'll be the moment I sell my PSP.

I guess it would depend on how portable the actual source code is... I don't know if rockstar was able to do GTA:LCS because they had the PS2 GTA3 engine and based the PSP GTA engine around that or if the PSP source is just easily ported to the PS2 in general. Either would make sense. Adapting the GTA3 engine to the PSP was probably not all too difficult but on the other hand Sony probably made the devkits for the PSP similar to the PS2 so that developers making games on the PS2 could easily adapt to put out PSP games.

However, I'd love to see CC and PO come to the PS2.

Could have something to do with your level of flash or something. Do you have the problem with all browsers or just one?

Hmmm. Sounds like a problem with the flash plugin? You could go get the latest version of flash and have it install -- it should automagically detect browsers installed on your system and update all the plugins. That's probably the best course of action considering the problem appears to be system wide and not a specific browser.
