Ok put down your chubbies for the undertaker a second

nobody likes to be burnt...but let's all remember that dude is wearing a huge leather trench coat. So of course everyone else wouldn't be able to take that shit...most wrestlers come with just tights! Bare skin.

What i'm saying is that his skin was well protected at the time to avoid injury.

Still horrific obviously...but let's not act like he's the greatest of all time because he was able to escape an accident with full skin protection

He is indeed lucky since he wears a trenchcoat and hat, and comes out pretty drenched in water.

He's lucky that he was not dressed like your average wrestler, however "full skin protection" is a pretty foolish thing to say.

LMAO at "full skin protection." It's hilarious how someone always has to be "that guy," even if there is absolutely no reason for it.

Oh, and among the people mentioned, he's the greatest of all time because he's fucking awesome, not because he worked after being burned up. I don't remember suggesting that he was the greatest of all time to begin with, but cool story, bro.

It's because Striker doesn't really commentate. Every time I hear him he's throwing these fucking lines out of nowhere. "you can compare that fall to shaun white of the winter olympics crashing and burning" or some crazy shit like that. He just over does it, tries too hard. JR isn't stupid, he knows what he's talking about.

Current plan for the Raw title & Wrestlemania, courtesy of Lords Of Pain.

As of this weekend, the plan was for Bret Hart to win the title at Wrestlemania. The likely scenario is Bret Hart & John Cena against Vince McMahon & Batista with the winning pinfall or submission capturing the belt. It's described as a "feel-good" win for Bret with him forcing Vince to submit to the Sharpshooter.

I just... wow. That's the best and worst idea ever. If they truly decide to go through with this I really hope they change the fucking belt. Really, the spinner has looked goofy on pretty much everyone... now picture it on Hart. It's just that much worse, isn't it?

And at the last minute Vince will decide he needs to get more heat as heel and make it so he screws Bret and gets the world title

Batista as champ is a hard sell for me. I understand that he will probably only have it til Mania... but he's so terrible. If I was to not watch wrestling for an entire year, finally tune in to see Batista main eventing... I wouldn't spend a dime on that PPV.

You could put Vince, Cena, Brett... and for that matter, the return of Gorilla Monsoon (from the dead) in the match and you still have a smoking turd of a main event.

If that happens I expect Hart to give it up the next night, and the Money in the Bank main event will just be a 6-8 man ladder match for the belt

But the Money in the Bank PPV isn't happening until July.

If Bret wins, I'd expect him to give up the belt the next night on Raw, but if Vince just takes it from him, it kills the whole idea of a "feel good" moment. Bret winning the belt at 'Mania over Vince is great and all, but I can't come up with a decent way to get it off of Bret that hasn't been done to death already (tournament, rematch, etc.). It'd be Montreal again in that they've gotta find another way to get the title off of a guy that isn't going to be around after the PPV.

There's also rumors of it being Orton v. DiBiase v. Rhodes in a three-way with their respective fathers in their corner.

According to F4WOnline.com, there is talk within WWE right now of claiming Shawn Michaels was behind the pyro incident involving The Undertaker at last night's Elimination Chamber PPV.

According to the report, WWE is looking to see if they have an impressive, tight camera angle where the pyro incident occurred.

We'll know tonight whether or not the company leans in that direction

I'm leaning towards they won't go with it.

Sheamus was beating the crap out of the guys in the ring and when it was time to see who would be released from their pod, that pic is the result. Here's a gif of it.

I didn't see Elimination Chamber since I was watching the USA vs. Canada hockey game, but it sounds like the chamber matches were really good and the rest was "meh".

Reading the results between periods of the hockey game, I really hated how the first 2 matches went. I actually like John Cena, and I enjoy Batista as a heel. However, I do not enjoy having either man as champion, and their inevitable WrestleMania matchup did not need the belt to be important. Also, does this mean Batista is officially back on Raw? I hope not. And I expected Sheamus to lose, but I can't say I'm a fan of the way things went down.

Kane vs. McIntyre sounds like it was about what everyone expected. I'm also glad that they got THREE BELT CHAMPION Miz on the card. I don't like that the Divas title match was altered. I was looking forward to the crowning of a new champion, and I am a fan of both women who were originally scheduled to take part in the match.

I was most happy with the results of the Smackdown elmination chamber. I really hope that Edge vs. Jericho is indeed the main event (as in last match) of WrestleMania rather than Cena/Batista. I'd like to see Batista retain, first off, but since I'll be attending WrestleMania, I'd really like to see my #1 and #2 favorite wrestlers in WWE- Edge and Jericho respectively- square off with Edge hopefully winning his 10th world title.

I'm looking forward to watching the chamber matches and hope to be pleasantly surprised by everything else. The show seemed to do an excellent job building to WrestleMania, as it should. Here's what I'm hoping for and expecting for WrestleMania, which probably isn't too far off from what others will predict:

World Heavyweight Championship: Chris Jericho vs. Edge
WWE Championship: Batista vs. John Cena
Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels
Triple H vs. Sheamus
Bret Hart vs. Vince McMahon
Randy Orton vs. Ted DiBiase

I've read rumors that they're scrapping Money in the Bank in lieu of an upcoming MITB themed pay per view later this year. I hope that's not they case. If they do that, I expect a CM Punk vs. Rey Mysterio match. If they do run MITB, I'd figure the participants to be as such:

Money in the Bank ladder match: Kofi Kingston vs. John Morrison vs. R-Truth vs. Drew McIntyre vs. CM Punk vs. Rey Mysterio vs. The Miz vs. Christian

EDIT: From WWE's Twitter:

Just announced: MONEY IN THE BANK Qualifying Matches will begin TONIGHT on Raw. Watch LIVE at 9/8 CT on @USA_Network!! #WWE

Yes!

Ric Flair's wife was arrested last night for allegedly assaulting Ric.

Flair and his wife, Jacqueline Beems, were married only three months ago.

Cops were called to the couple's Charlotte, North Carolina home last night at 11:40. According to the police report, Ric suffered minor injuries, but refused treatment

No weapons were used in the alleged attack, according to the report.

Beems is still in custody.

I feel like there's going to be a tag team title match as well. If not MVP/Henry vs. ShowMiz, then those two teams in a gauntlet style match to get more people a WM payday. Other teams being Hardy/Khali, Hart Dynasty,Cryme Tyme, and if they end up pairing them, Kozlov/Benjamin.

Money in the Bank - Morrison, Kofi, Ezekiel Jackson, Christian,McIntyre, Rhodes, Kane, Bourne.

Maybe substitute Rhodes for Sheamus, as I think they may end up throwing Triple H into the Taker/Michaels match.

Bryan Danielson will make his onscreen debut tonight on RAW in a backstage segment with Miz to promote NXT. He'll be working face for the show.

Matt Young is the wrestling thread's Perez Hilton.

WWE legal cracked down on the UT pyro videos. All of them posted here has been removed via copyright claim. No surprise since they probably think they're protecting his mystique (plus it gives merit to the possibility of HBK being worked into it).

Because I posted one news item that has been reported on nearly every wrestling news site known to man?

I can't tolerate gail kim always being that woman that loses...

Whoever said that Jewel had nice cans last week, they were wrong. They're not bad, but they're hardly worth mentioning.

That women's match was a fucking abortion. No timing, horrible looking contact, no story, no flow - it looked like the referee (Goose Mahoney) was fucking up, too.

I'm sure Jaythegamefan will praise the action for the evening, saying there was a great mix of action and drama tonight.

Wrestling has been bad enough from a *cough*"drama"*cough* stand point for years - the South Park episode a few months back has made it laughable in terms of how on point Parker and Stone were in their criticism.

South Park has done for WWE what "Blades of Glory" has done for olympic figure skating. Both events adhere almost entirely to the stereotypes mocked in those shows.

No, because you have posted bits like this multiple times that aren't really related to actual wrestling. Now relax, it was just a joke.
What is it about Orton's persona y'all get into? He doesn't do anything for me.
Unabashed dick of a character, earned a ton of respect from me through an awesome match against Foley in 2004, not afraid to play the cowardly heel role, has a good enough moveset with a unique "real" finisher to use when he's really pissed off.
This "What" chant is terrible, and why the fuck is their yellow stuff around undertakers mouth
Mustard sandwich?

Taker plowed through a bag of Cheetos before he came out or something. The Streak vs HBK's career is interesting, but I don't see Shawn retiring this soon. It's believable to see Undertaker retire due to the constant health problems he's had as of late, but I guess if anyone going to end the streak, HBK is a safe choice. He just doesn't need the rub nearly as much as anyone else possibly could.

I'll give you the RKO finisher and some degree of the cowardly heel. But his persona seems forced to me. I can see him being a total motherfucker, but his brooding stare-off-at-nothing character doesn't convey that at all to me.

THAT is the Randy Orton I want to see - someone who talks shit mercilessly and bullies people around. Something about his WWE character - and I can't figure out exactly what it is - is fundamentally missing the "man, this guy is a 100% complete fucking asshole" aspect of him outside of wrestling.

Seeing Christian on Raw is nice, since I haven't watched Smackdown since Marilyn Manson did the theme song for it; but I can't help but think he'd be better served making Drew McIntyre on Friday nights instead of languishing on Raw (which is where I see him headed).

I was actually referring to the punt as his, "oh shit Orton just went berserk and tried to legitimately hurt someone" finish.

I miss his feud against Triple H from... like 16 months ago I think, the one where he destroyed Steph. He was more vicious back then while also realizing that he probably couldn't go toe to toe with Triple H. I don't know how evil you can be on a PG rated show.

Christian going to MITB. No surprise there, but I like the little promos they've done for the NXT guys. Someone wanna explain how Cena gets a Mania rematch against Batista by winning a match on Raw against...Batista? Doesn't make sense to me to give away the main event for Mania on free TV.

I dunno dawg, it may turn out to be more sexy than some of the "pedo" pics on the site as of late.
