Actually, now that it's been mentioned, I'm pretty solid with keeping my Wii. For me personally, I like the VC and WiiWare is off to a decent start. Williams Pinball, SMG, the light gun games, MK and SSBB are also good diversions from my usual Triple or Circle fix. And in my case, I have young kiddies who enjoy it and can make use of it when I'm not.

To everyone that posts in the GGT that buys anime, where is a good site for imported anime? Looking for a place to pick up the Clannad dvds but so far only see play-asia.com

Yea, Legends got retconned out, and no longer counts in the series at all.

But it's also an obscure game not many people know about, so it's not a big deal Kotaku missed an error like that. They are probably repeating what Konami PR told them about the game, and Konami pretends like Castlevania Legends no longer exists.

Legends wasn't retconned out until Leon Belmont was introduced in Lament of Innocence. The game wasn't that obscure to fans of the series. Especially since until LoI it was the game that told of the Belmont family origins.

Normally I wouldn't have said anything, but a site that specializes in video game news should know something like that.

I'd go for the buffet as long as you have someone to go with. It would be kind of boring if you're all alone. Also, just smuggle some leftovers out with you!

You know they're gonna charge $60 for it. I'd get it for $40, though.

I'm up to Stage 4/4' in Dracula X Chronicles. Can't seem to get past the boss. Cheap as nails this one. I can consistently get through stages now, so that's a plus. 3 Maidens saved too.

I tried the Haze Demo again. Copying Metroid Prime 3 seems really cheap to me (Corruption mechanic).
 
I have Budokai 2 in my car and it's been there for over a year. I saw it at Best Buy for $2 and couldn't resist, but I have no interest in playing it and it's not even worth selling :lol:

Which boss is the stage 4' boss again? I forget, I haven't played in so long...
 
Ah AX, I wish I could attend you again... but I live in NY. I really loved AX when I attended it a few years ago. I really should try and go again some year. year

I'm liking it so far. I don't remember jack shit from the NES one... so it is for the most part, fresh to me.

I'm about to get my ship on... just passed the Pyramid dungeon...

Going kind of slow, playing it whenever I get home and in bed... But it puts me to sleep quickly.

Man, sometimes Persona 3 just shits on you and kills you 5 times in a row after only 3 floors or so in Tartarus. :lol:

I don't doubt that it's awesome and if were less of an experimental genre jump for me and more of a sure thing, I'd probably go for it, but I think I'll pass it on to someone else and focus on other, more manageable, games for my schedule.

Got the middle island unlocked in GTA. Maybe it was just tonight, but I'm feeling my awe for the game dwindling a bit. Maybe it was also just because most of the time it was on my friend was just putzing around getting killed a lot. Tomorrow might be a good day to start MGS2 and give GTA a bit of a break. I swear I have no patience or attention span when it comes to games. We should have a GGT GTA online time. I've not tried any of the modes yet, so I'd be up for anything.

Shadow of the Colossus is calling from my shelf to be replayed. Probably shouldn't do that till I get through some of my new-to-me stuff. ;)

I picked up the complete protoculture collection a few weeks back from best buy. All of robotech in one set. Now I can finally watch the second and third seasons. Yes I know they're not supposed to be that great but I still want to see them anyway.

Almost finished beating/unlocking everything in Mario Kart. All I need left is to finish Mirror and getting all the rest of the expert time trial ghosts. Hopefully will be done with that by the weekend.

rightstuff is apparently popular for anime. I'm partial to the deepdiscount or dvdplanet 20% off sales myself. Then again, I don't buy anime much, if at all anymore.

Man, what to do tonight. More GTAIV, or do I start FFMLAAK or some other Wii game. Durn.

Other then Frontier(which I love), I have only seen Robotech.

And I'm debating on playing more Persona 3: FES( I will finish this game!). My sister currently has my PS2 and I have been to lazy to get it back. I really need to finish the game before the new Guitar Hero comes out.... My sisters will be playing that for a long time... on my PS2...

Yeah, they do. I have an account with them, but have only used it once, to buy books. I'm not sure what their policy is on shipping Region 2 DVDs overseas, but I'd wager they're cheaper on average than CDJapan (being Amazon and all).

GGT! No school today! No work today! Just me and the kitty at home! I have the desire to order pizza... but I don't think they're like open at 7:45am.

Anyone else at their consoles today and want to play some Mario Kart Wii, GTA4, Smash Bros. Brawl, or Halo 3? I'm not totally sure what my plans are for today, but I'm up earlier than I should be. Gonna boot up the Wii and see what the deal is with this blue light nonsense. Probably that tournie.
