I was driving around to out-of-the-way Gamestops to take advantage of the B2G1 sale, passed by a K-Mart and stopped inside. Near the electronics section, they had a sign up advertising 50% off select games this weekend (June 11 and 12).

When I leafed though the games in the display, it looked like pretty much the same selection as the last 50% sale. I remember Jak II, and a bunch of racing games - nothing too exciting. But last time, more games were 50% off than just those in the display so you may want to check it out.

If anyone wants to trade for Golden Sun: Lost Age, Baten Kaitos, or Bujingai after picking them up, give me a PM. I'm too lazy to drive half an hour to the nearest store today, and it pretty much got cleaned out during the last sale anyway.

EDIT: Oh yeah, plus I have to make $50 last for the next two weeks so buying anything at the sale is out of the question. ;)

Forgot to say thanks to the OP for the early warning. This is perfect. I've been wanting those two DS games forever and with the DS deal this weekend it's even greater. Gonna have a ton of good DS games to play now.

For everyone going to the sale - MAKE SURE THEY SCAN THE BARCODE!!

Zoo Keeper was marked at 34.99 at this K-Mart, I knew they were just too lazy to update the barcode. The cashier in the section told me "It's not part of the sale, it's only selected titles in this bucket" but lo and behold, it came up 9.99.

Same with Baten Kaitos.. marked at 49.99, came up 14.99.
 
O.K. now this is just awesome Reports of Zoo Keeper and Feel the Magic. Perfect. Now I'll have a few games for my DS, plus the 40 or so GBA games I have. Awesome. Thanks again for the notice OP.
 
Follow Roufuss' advice - Have them scan!

Picked up Prince Of Persia: WW (GC) $15, Baten Kaitos (GC) $15, and Spyro: A Hero's Tail (GC) $15. All marked as $50 on the shelf, and the CSR was adamant that they were not part of the sale. The look on his face when they scanned for $15 was priceless! :shock:

Alright, picked up Feel the Magic ($15) and Zookeeper ($10) for the DS. I had them scan a bunch of other titles, with no success.

Note that Ping Pals ($15 during the previous sale) is now down to $10, although it can't be recommended even for that price. If you want to complete your collection though.... :)

Somebody should edit the OP to list all of the new games people are finding. It would be a lot wasier to have an all inclusive list than to just go by memory.
 
Why is Mr Driller never part of these sales?

I've been waiting forever for it to drop in price... it was a launch title! It seems like every other launch title has dropped (other than the big N's stuff) so what's the deal with this =/

And no PSP games on sale? Is there anyone who works at K-Mart who can get us a complete list, because as hiccup said, the old list is slightly out of date.
 
Starsky and Hutch and LOTR: ROTK are $15 each for GBA if anyone cares. Also Medal of Honor GBA is $10 and Barbarian for PS2 is $10.

Also if anyone comes across Mario vs. DK, Duel Masters 2, or Kim Possible 2 for GBA and sealed please PM me!!!!!!!

Found the following at my local Kmart, just one so far, since the rain here is completely ridiculous.

Mechassault 2: Lone Wolf (Xbox): $14.99, marked as $29.99 (picked up 2 for other CAGs)
Mario Golf Advance Tour (GBA): $14.99, marked as $29.99
Resident Evil Code Veronica X 5th Anniversary Edition (PS2): $24.99, marked as $49.99

Saw most of the games on the above lists, though wasn't in much of a position to check numerous games. World Championship Poker did scan at $20.

Saw at least one Zoo Keeper at the Kmart I went to, and I haven't been to any others.

Made it out to the K-Mart near me and found and bought the last Feel the Magic. It was marked as $15 and also picked up one of the 4 Zoo Keepers they had for $9.99. My friend and I were both hoping for at least a Red Dead Revolver, but sadly they msut have sold out of them as we didn't see any. He instead picked up the last Viewtiful Joe that they had for $12.99. Wish they would have had the GCN version of Viewtiful Joe 1 as that's the only one I'm missing/wanting. I have Viewtiful JOe 1 for PS2 and then number 2 for GCN.

The original one, in non-GH packaging. My Kmart had like 8 of them.

My Kmart had 2 copies of RDR for XBox, is that doable for you, hiccuple? They might've had a PS2 copy of RDR, though I wasn't sure.

As I haven't hit the road to other Kmarts (trying to wait for the rain to die down, if I go out again today), I should be able to pick up one for you if I can find one.

No need to trouble yourself for lil' ol' me shrike. It's all good. I'm gonna try and hit up at least another two Kmarts in town to find one. I know of one that's not too far from me that at the last sale still had something like 7. If I don't find one today, then I hope the off will still stand though:D Thanks for looking out for me man.

Not too burst anyones trading deal, but you live in Vegas I believe. Anyhow, I know the Kmart at Eastern and Horizon still has a couple as of 1:30.

doesn't really matter if I don't find one. I'm kind of leaning towards PS2 at the moment though.

If you make future updates, would you mind putting a time/date stamp at the top of the game list? That way, we know how recent the list is. Edit date works when it's just the list you're editing, though that shows for any edit.

I'll try to bag the XB version, as I know I can find it (unless it's sold out until I go back there), and the PS2 version, if I can find that one as well. Same goes for VJ 1 for GC, if I can find that too.

I was just reading some stuff over at SD.net and it seems that they have gotten word of this deal as well now. Some guy from over there is reporting that Rumble roses is $15 at Kmart now and I know there a lot of you that want this game. It was $20 the last time this sale happened.
 
My kmart had a lot more games out than usual...

most notable being Mechassault 2, Thief Deadly Shadows and a million copies of Red Dead Revolver.

Picked up Zoo Keeper and FFX at $10 a piece, but I'm considering going back tomorrow and exchanging Zoo Keeper for Fire Emblem, if it rings up as part of the sale.

Anyone else had luck with Fire Emblem?

The VJ1 at my K-Mart was actually marked 12.99 so I was hoping to get it for $6.50. When it scanned for the full price I put it back in the bin.

If it's Medal of Honor: Inflitrator, this is supposed to be an EXCELLENT top down shooter, reminiscent of games like Commando and Gun.Smoke.

Also, Shadow Hearts: Covenant was in the 50% off bin. I didn't have it scanned though, so just a heads up if anyone wants to check it out.

I went to the Kmart at Astor Place in NYC today, asked the salesperson about the 'sale' and they said they didn't know anything about it.. so I saw a Mario Party 4 bundle and asked them to scan it, telling them a friend of mine got it for 35 bucks... lo and behold, after it was scanned...

it was still listed at 69.99... WTF???
 
All K-Marts in my area are closed down. :cry: I was really hoping to find a copy of Megaman X8, I love Megaman games and this one's supposed to be very reminiscent of the old X games.
