Update: Submitting Feb./Mar. offers as SYWR promotions. Will post as soon as they are approved. At the end of Mar. the coupon issue will be fixed and we'll go back to normal. For Feb . SYWR offers, there will be limit 2 per customer (the SYWR card will limit bonuses systematically).

As of Feb 6th, to earn SYWR bonuses a member has to have a valid email address on their profile and opted in before purchasing an item with a bonus offer. This has been communicated to members through SYWR emails and in the circular along with new signage indicating to receive bonus offers they have to have a valid email address on file and opted in to receive email. Opting in to receive SYWR bonus offers is not too bad: .

Well it does seem interesting, and from everything I've heard/read its the best example of the 3d use so far, but I have a short attention span for these type of things where its quick missions. I'm sure it would be fun for a while but I don't know if its $40 fun... Plus it probably won't drop anytime soon since its published by Nintendo...

As far as trying one out, I really want to but really want to open the box and be amazed after seeing it for the first time, I don't know maybe its a nerdy thing. I can't wait until the 27th

Josh, will the 3DS's launch deal be the only deal for the 3DS system (i.e. no future 3DS system deals in the future), or is there hope for those who might not want to buy one come launch day but at a later date (I'm not saying I'm one of those :roll:)?
 
Offtopic but does anyone have any experience with any racing wheels for the 360? I think I see why people tend to get ps3 versions of racing games with the amount of searching im having to do

Nothing else is planned at the moment but we will have another offer for sure. As soon as I understand the pipeline post launch (not sure anyone but Nintendo knows that right now) is when I'll be able to make the call.
 
I'd say if you want one be there on the 27th.

I obviously don't know how or where nintendo manufactures hardware but japan's electric power infrastructure is obviously being affected by the disasters. At the same time a lot of this stuff is manufactured in China or Mexico so it's possible that things keep on rolling without delay.

Nintendo (or Sony for that matter) probably won't come out and say anything until after launch. They don't want people to even think about there being shortages.

I take back what I said about not having interest in any 3DS launch titles. Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars looks awesome.

Edit: Okay I see it on their website. Is that a glitch or the promo price for this sales week? My store isn't showing any in stock which is odd.. but could be because they haven't updated their inventory yet. I'll still probably go with Kmart because I don't own Yakuza 3 yet and I have points to burn
 
BUY Homefront!!!!! It is fun online, I played for 3 hrs now and had a blast. It's not CoD but you know that going in.

Got it at a competitor midnight but double dipping the Kmart deal and gonna return one of them to the competitor. ;)

well I'm a bit pissed. just went to my store only to find out they don't have the game in stock. I'll try the 34 st store after work
 
Picked up 2 copies of Homefront, but alas no xbox point cards just like last week :( Should I email you a copy of my receipt Josh again? On the bright side there was one copy of yakuza 3 and 4 in the box, which of course I picked up :)
 
Hey SHC-Gamer, I emailed Admonster because I couldn't find your email as the only problem I had this morning with Homefront was I didn't recieve my bonus points.


Before anyone else says it, I am opted in to recieve emails and never had a problem before.

To be honest we don't really know at this point. I don't think we'll carry it but I do think we are getting a very limited stock of the Kollector's Edition...Mortal Kombat, promoting illiteracy since the early 90s
 
Back from Kmart with the Yakuza deal, everything went smoothly. Both games were with eachother in the case, Y3 rung up free and the 10,000 points went into my account. Super smooth.

In and out in less than 5 minutes. Grabbed a 1600 point card from the front of the store card kiosk on my way to electronics. Got the game, MS points and SYWR points. Doesn't get much easier.

360 GT : huggs937 I'll be playing most of the day, no mic/headset atm though :(
 
Yeesh. I'm glad I have two K-Marts in town. I purchased the Yakuza deal. The first store had neither game, claimed the games didn't even exist, and said that this week there were no deals on video games at any K-Mart location. The one on the other side of town had them right next to each other, and they had me checked out within a couple of minutes.

Retail makes my head spin sometimes.
 
Ran into a nearby store on the way to work; no dice. Today's releases and Y3 were not out on the floor yet.
However the friendly associate took down the names of the games I was interested in (Yakuza 3 and Homefront :360:) and said if she found them, she'd set them aside.
I'll try again on the way home.

Well it's Tuesday and I see this is happening again, if you guys don't mind can you please post your store location (or number if you have it) so we can track this? I've already got a file going for repeat offenders and we've store ops following up with some stores so far. Again, the games are there just wish they were out on the floor already.

Another great deal K-Mart. Thank you. I went in today expecting to have problems, but it was as smooth as butter. Got my Homefront for the 360 and $20 PSN card. Checked my receipt and got the bonus points. In and out. Thank you.
 
My store had 0 copies of Yakuza 3 as well and these guys are almost always on the ball-new releases in the cases, clerk (sometimes knows about deals) at least knows about CAG. He said they didn't have any Yakuza 3.

Pretty much pissed me off. Got Homefront + the card instead.

Ad Monster is our dedicated help guy now; he'll be even faster then me and will be copying me on all responses. I am sure he will help out soon.
 
Went and got two copies of Homefront and Yazuza 3 and 4 no issues. Only problem was no points cards so ill be emailing away.

Store #3381 had copies of Homefront, Top Spin 4 and one each of Yakuza 3 and 4. Unfortunatley the don't have any 1600 or 4000 xbox live cards in stock.

I hope the Kmart near me has at least one copy of Yakuza 3 and 4 by this afternoon. If I find only a lone Yakuza 3 will it ring up at $14.99?

The Best Buy deal on Yakuza 4 is tempting at $40. It would be nice if Kmart would match that price. I'd be willing to wait a few days if Kmart decided to match them.
