League of Legends anyone?

Don't expect to see me on much this week or next. Got midterms this week and Thursday I'll start playing Pokemon and continue making progress in AC:Brotherhood.

I stopped Brotherhood cause I think I'm at the end. I have to do EVERYTHING else in the game before I beat it or I'll lose all interest in doing so. I know I've bought all the properties, got all the weapons/armors. I think all I have left are feathers, flags, and side quests.
In the meantime my friend and I are on this Castle Crashers kick. Trying to unlock everyone :)

Oh yeah, and Bulletstorm is really fun, but short. I'd suggest a weekend rental for everyone or wait till it's cheap.

Waughoo, you are like my wife in video games. IF she ever plays a game, she HAS to get everything to collect before moving on. And when I play I am like Ok, got to the end, next level!!!
 
Well it's not that I HAVE to get everything. It's that if I want to get everything, I have to do it before I beat the game. Once I beat a game I lose pretty much all interest in it unless it's got a New Game+.
 
I decided randomly to pick up rift, based on a few vid's i saw of the beta. So far i'm really enjoying it. Its a nice twist on the hotkey mmo genre. Also i picked up nidalee recently cause the one skin i want was on sale, but i havent really gotten to try her out yet, because noones been on when i pop on.

Was it that maid skin that was on sale a few weeks back? I was considering picking that up as well, but I've never even saw a Nidalee in a match, so I passed.

Tell me how she turns out.
 
I was gonna get the maid skin for her, but I didnt have the champ and didnt get the ip for her in time for the sale. Oh well, I'll live. Nid doesnt get used much anymore, and I'm not sure why. She's a BEAST early game (no pun intended). Her spear shots do crazy damage. I've gone mid against a good Nid before and each spear did over 1/3 of my health. I've got this terrible habit of expecting a skill shot to be thrown at me, so I change direction and end up walking into one they would have missed me with :(
 
Just played a ranked game 4v5 and rolled the other team. Biggest beat down I've ever seen.

Ashe mundo top took out tower in 5 minutes. Kat mid got like 20 kills. Me solo bottom as Shen. The kat gave me MVP for saving her and Ashe and taunting for easy kills, lol. A level 15+ Kat with 20 Mejai's stacks against lvl 9-12 champs ... pretty much could insta kill anyone haha

He gains one Nightfall stack each time he uses the ability. Damage is 25/70/120/165/215 upon 1 Nightfall stack, 30/75/130/175/230 upon 2 Nightfall stacks, 35/80/140/185/245 upon 3 Nightfall stacks, 40/85/150/195/260 upon 4 Nightfall stacks, 45/90/160/205/270 upon 5 Nightfall stacks.

E: Twilight; Nocture throws energy consisting of light and shadow at the target. Target is dealt 60/80/100/120/140 (+.6) magic damage and is slowed for 17%/25.5%/34%/42.5%/50% current movement speed and Nocture gains 2 Nightfall stacks. Mana cost is 80/90/100/110/120. Cool down is 10/9/8/5/4 seconds. Slow % is increased on all levels by 5% upon one Nightfall stack, 10% upon two Nightfall stacks, 15% upon three Nightfall stacks, 20% upon four Nightfall stacks, 25% upon five Nightfall stacks.

Power of the Night; Nocture is infused with the energies of darkness, and gains five Nightfall stacks that do not fade for 4/5/6 seconds. His auto attacks also deal 100% extra magic damage. Mana cost is 150/200/250. Cool down is 125/100/75 seconds.

He is cool looking. Unfortunately I hate stealth characters. Though they seem to have tweaked him by making his channel so you can't pop it as your fleeing a team fight.
 
Nocturne is Eve 2? Kids playing lol don't want to play a girl so they made a cool boy form of Eve?

I would have liked to see a stealth support character. It would have been something new.

Currently I am using Yordle and enjoying him. He is like 2 foot dwarf warrior :D

Yeah I was just looking at that... he's gonna have to be hella squishy if he can slow people for that much that often.
 
I hate Teemo until I buy a Thornmail. Then I just laugh and hit him with an ice ball to murder his AS.

There have been a few times where a Teemo thinks he's clever and goes stealth, but then I stand near him and pop my ult and kill him. One even rage quit when I did that.
 
I used to hate fighting Teemo. Until I found out about the Oracle Potion. Sivir's ricochets automatically remove them for me and with Sion, I can increase my max HP for breaking them.

Unless I have lifesteal already, Teemo is a pain in the butt when Teemo jumps me though.
 
o.o eh? I meant it's for the mushrooms. It uncovers them and allows you to attack them without blowing them up. I'm not sure if it adds to minion count, but it does give me +health when I'm playing as Sion. Teemo feeds Sion easily in 3 v 3.

I did that one time. Then our panth used his aoe attack also. One of the guys on our team was like WTF?? It looked like you guys were fighting each other.

Immediately after, magical energy arced out from the nexus, and Nocturne appeared.

Nocturne did not take his introduction to this world kindly. He slaughtered everything he could find before summoners were able to magically confine him. After a period of intense study, League experts divined that Nocturne hunted summoners in their sleep, attacking them in a place where their magic was useless. This seemed to be his only purpose. The families of the victims demanded justice, but League officials were concerned that death might only return Nocturne to the place from which he came. They bound him to a nexus fragment, trapping him in the physical world. As punishment for his crimes, they allowed summoners to call upon Nocturne in League matches, bending his will to the summoners he hates and creating his own personal nightmare. League scholars don’t know whether he truly came from the plane of dreams, or whether there are any more like him. Some theorize that the summoning act affected summoners’ the subconscious minds, luring Nocturne to them in their sleep. Perhaps the most disturbing theory is that Nocturne is a person’s nightmare come to life. If this is true, they wonder, who is the dreamer?

Abilities:

Duskbringer: Nocturne throws a shadow blade which deals damage, leaves a Dusk Trail, and causes champions to leave a Dusk Trail. While on the trail, Nocturne ignores unit collision and has increased Movement Speed.

Shroud of Darkness: Nocturne empowers his blades, passively gaining attack speed. Activating Shroud of Darkness allows Nocturne fades into the shadows, creating a magical barrier which blocks a single enemy spell and doubles his passive attack speed if successful.

Unspeakable Horror: Nocturne plants a nightmare into his target's mind, dealing damage each second and fearing the target if they do not get out of range by the end of the duration.

Paranoia (Ultimate): Nocturne reduces the sight radius of all enemy champions and removes their ally vision in the process. He can then launch himself at a nearby enemy champion.

Umbra Blades (Passive): Every 10 seconds, Nocturne's next attack strikes surrounding enemies for physical damage and heals himself for each target hit. Nocturne's physical attacks reduce this cooldown by 1 second.

I went on a whim and bought.... KARMA

She is SO MUCH FUN!!!

She lanes FOREVER. I rush a tear ASAP and just sit in the lane. I had akali as my lanemate and we just OWNED JAX AND VLAD. Like seriously owned them big time. Between my heals, slowing, and shield, they couldnt stop us. My Q is on such a short cooldown that it is a great poke and does decent damage too.

She has such fun skills too :D

I ended up at like 4-1-16

I went Tear, Ionian Boots, Rylia's, then was workin on a Deathcap.

Our team was: Karma, Akali, Teemo, Panth, and Morde

Other team: Mundo, Jax, Vlad, Teemo, and Ryze

Karma is a bitch!
 
Co-op mode is amazing!

I was solo vs a Tardic Bot and Miss Fortune Bot on Top as Sivir. They were keeping me back pretty well. They left towards mid, which was strange. I called MIA and our Leblac just laughed that I bothered.

Then she got ganked and died by them.

I pushed and took the top tower, and started running back only to be surrounded by four bots. After that, I started treating them like humans. Still a bit slow, but they'll use the grass now and hop to different lanes.

Btw, I'm using the account "Rabbitsuit" now. So be sure to add me there :)
 
Bought Shaco for a AD jungler. Man he's hard to play well.

Bought Singed. Doing very well with him, but I guess I'm just better with tanks.
 
i seem to have issues with karma, i'm not sure if its the fact she needs to be closer or whatnot. I seem to be a weak close range/melee player for some reason. also, to the earlier questions, it was the egyptian nidalee skin actually

I think Karma is a little like Urgot, unless you play her it's hard to understand what her abilities really do.

You seem pretty good with her, but you generally seem like you can play a lot of different types of champions pretty well. I'm still trying to find an AD champ I'm good with, maybe i should dust off Sivir I used to play her a lot when I first started playing.
 
Just played a Co-Op vs AI. You can get your Win of the Day bonus playing it which is good.

We could have ended our game 15-20 min earlier but my team was dumb. Karthus stacked Archangels and never did any damage since they all had Banshee's. Our WW was stupid, didn't jungle, then jungled while all of us pushed a lane. And refused to attack their Nexus turrets b/c he said we needed to get all of their side turrets.

Man,

I booted the game up just to see the new AI stuff and went into a match with Sivir and someone was using Kenner (I think - Electric Ninja) and I and my team mate were killed in 2 attack of this champion throughout the entire match. +.+
 
Kennen's always been easy to fight against for me, and I'm pretty N00Bish at LoL. But then again, I'm a ranged user and don't stand in her ult/get hit by her shurikens.

30 seconds into the match before the minions spawned he was hitting me and another player 2x and we both died. One dude called BS and quit soon after.
