League of Legends anyone?

Had a pretty hilarious game last night. It was me and 3 friends, and a pub jax. This jax spend the whole game bitching as us, calling us feeders yet he was the one when the enemy team had two of our inhibs down, rushed out, got ganked by 4 of them and bitched that we are not pushing :lol:. He also had the most deaths because he would run out and then get killed. Yet bitch at us for sucking.

Also I was jungle nocturne, and at about level two he had two low champs up top close to our tower, so I was going up to try for a gank because I was at about golems and he was like WTF are you doing. :lol:
 
Waughoo, do you remember when we'd lane together as Nasus and Kat? I miss that. I think the last time we laned together you were Kat and I was Galio and had that aweome ult at the end that got us an ace with all those AoE ults.

My friends and I usually like trying weird combos like that out, but pubbers flip out when you break the dumb meta the game has been stuck in for awhile now. Immediately shouting "REPORT" in all chat because we didn't go your boring healer/ranged AD bot. Only time that shit is acceptable to them is right after they saw someone stream it.

I used to be like +15 games or so, then I had a bad losing streak, followed by a short winning streak, then another losing streak. Now I'm like -7 or something >.
 
Lol. Wish I had a win streak like that. It seems I always get stuck with trolls and people who refuse to communicate. Oh, and not counter-pick as well. Tryn vs an enemy Rumble? SURE, BRO.

Also, Akali is so stupid when she gets to level 6 and has 1-2 kills. Dat ulti. x.x She's fun though.
 
I don't know what it is, maybe PAX East or IPL but it seems like the idiots have come out of the woodworks in the last week or two. Queues every day, random lag spikes. Insta-lock pros and people who refuse to use chat even when spoken to.

Riot's booth at PAX was filled with people who bandwagon onto the eSports team. Some guys asked his friends who was playing on the stream, and he replies "oh it's SoloMid versus vB. I have no idea who the fuck vB is."

Uneducated people cheering and rooting the most stupid shit. Every time Dyrus used Reckless Swing the crowd was like "woahhhhhhh".

And there was this asshole who kept yelling at some Riot employee that he'd pay her $20 for a Pax Jax skin. Oh god the "community" of this game -.-

It's too hard to run Kat anymore. I saw a post awhile ago where something like 70% of the champs now have at least one way to stop her ult. If not that then they either have a escape skill or flash. Basically now you either have to just jump in and pray the other team doesnt react to you quickly enough, or stay out of the fight and wait for all the CC to get blown while basically leaving your team is in a 4v5.

If we get some games going with some of our low level CAGers here on our smurfs I can run Kat ok.



Oh yeah, just remembered something from a game last night. We're not doing great, but noone has lost a tower and we are only down 1 kill. For some reason, our Ashe decided to go mid and take my CS leaving Duskwraith top as Janna to hold off a tough lane by himself. He pings her to go top and she says "F*** you Janna", and stays in my lane. I drop a ward in the river bush towards top, and along comes Xin who has most of the enemy kills. I ping for Ashe to go back, cause we cant take him and Ziggs. She doesnt listen. Xin jumps on her, I toss a Q on him so she can get back. Instead she stays and fights, so I throw a shield. Ashe dies before I can even do anything else. For that she starts raging. "OMFG LUX DO SOMETHING!" "WTF DID YOU JUST STAND THERE?" I say "right, the snare and shield were nothing". She just says "F*** THIS, I'M NOT PLAYING WITH THIS TEAM ANY MORE". So she sorta plays, but doesnt do much, then informs us that "I'M FEEDING, DONT CRY ABOUT IT".

Seriously, we were down 1 kill... she dies cause she apparently thinks Lux can burst down a fed Xin and still have stuff left for a Ziggs, and now she's mad at us.
 
Idiots are everywhere. I sometimes wonder if some of the players have some sort of mental disability. I just tell myself that they must. It's funny you mention that Waughoo as what that guy said is pretty much what anyone who is feeding says. "It's the teams fault I went into a 5v1. They should have followed me, the AD carry!" You get the idea.

As for the tournament, a lot of people were gushing over Dyrus out of nowhere. Funny how it was always "CLG 4 lyf" and now everyone is like "OMG TSM."
 
I wasn't at PAX, but I can say IP4 was awful.
Casters had to fight with the audience just to speak louder. The room was so tiny and just reeked of sweat as well.

if not for duskwraith though i think it was still salvageable. not saying he didn't have a right to be mad, just saying that i think us 4 could have pulled off a reasonable defense.

i complain about you playing lux from time to time and i figured i'd think about it and figure out exactly why i have those little outbursts. lux has a nice toolkit with the snare the shield the slow and of course the laser. what she lacks is what all the ap champs i play have, and thats retarded burst. so, i get frustrated when i know that if I was you and playing Veigar or Leblanc instead of Lux in a situation, we could have easily killed someone. thats not really fair to you since Lux is good at things they aren't (very safe to play with her range, doesn't get removed from the game when someone buys banshee's, etc.), Lux ISN'T those champions I want her to be but instead of adapting and playing with her strengths, I just complain about what she can't do instead and its bad of me to even think like that, but thats how it is. another thing is that when you pick lux, even though she's not really a hard ap pick, i check it off in my mind like it is (ok waughoo is lux so we don't need ap, well fuck there are no fun ranged ad, its always the jungler's fault... I just want to rape people damn it, guess I'll random and maybe i'll be inspired). no reason we can't have lux AND a heavy nuker on a team, i just don't think of it.
 
I hate the competitive scene for the game honestly. It's ruined it. Every shitty just watches streams now and tries to copy what they see. If they dont see something on a stream is clearly must not work.

after playing with dusk and waughoo last night it felt way different then it used to playing with you guys. i know when its me and godzilla and zinrae we just kinda fuck around troll people and each other not too worried about stuff and i know you guys aren't quite the same but still pretty laid back.

maybe it was just a bad night but man dusk was quick to anger. even waughoo, who doesn't seem to let stuff get to him too often, seemed to be getting upset, which is fair enough we lost like 5 or 4 in a row, but i just didn't expect it from either of you guys. i was really surprised at the banning drafts we tried. i haven't played for awhile so maybe its a legit concern or maybe you were just getting beat repeatedly by certain champs, but you seemed way serious about the bans. with few exceptions like release xin, even the most op champs haven't been so bad as that one team having them means an instant loss. don't sweat that stuff too much!

and its not even the "lol its just norm not ranked not like it matters", sure it matters, you're choosing to spend time on it, so it matters. but don't get so hung up on it.
 
Yeah, I agree we could have probably pulled a win outta that game if Dusk didnt get so mad. He's like me though, we're both tired of having one person ruin a game for everyone. Thats acually the first time I've ever seen him go AFK though, so I'm betting it was more than that Ashe that was bothering him. I myself do get pretty pissed at people anymore, especially when they are on my team and not really taking it serious. But I've never been mad enough to go AFK. I kind of look at it as "I want to play LoL, we cant surrender, I might as well keep playing LoL. Who knows, maybe I'll do/see something cool happen" so I keep playing.

We just recently started playing Draft, and yeah, we take bans kind of seriously. If you play draft awhile, you'll notice the same champs banned every time. Thats because when they are not banned, your team gets rolled by them. Last week the other team did troll bans, and had first pick. They grabbed Kassadin and destroyed me mid. Theres a reason he's always banned. Same with Morgana, she's a almost guaranteed lane win. Shacos are banned more for the annoyance factor IMO, because if he's there your team is not forced to buy pink wards or oracles all game. Anyhow, we get hung up on bans because if you dont then you're giving the other team a champ who is gonna make your game miserable.

As for Lux. I like Lux. I can play Ziggs, or Xerath, and probably even Viegar if I put some practice into last hitting with his Q. But like you said, I like her kit more. I'm not sure why you dont play Viegar more, I can go support Lux bot or you could go bot with Dusk and he can support you. Then we'd have 2 good CCs and a shit ton of burst.
 
Havent played Rumble in forever, and just crushed the other team with him. I was top vs Malphite. He couldnt do much with me because he was forced to stand in my flame thrower to farm. If he attacked me I'd shield it and my minions would tear into him while he ate more flamethrower and harpoons. He did get FB on me cause him and Udyr tower dove me, but our WW got both of them. After that, things kinda sucked for them. Malph and Udyr tried another tower dive later, but my ult was up so Malph got to take my ult + slows under the tower. Udyr just ran. Then I got my Revolver and could tower dive Malph + Ult and get the kill. I was like 6/1 at one point. After we took bot we pushed mid, and I think I had a triple kill from it. I ended up like 14/5 because I kept thinking "Ooooh! I can buy more AP" and never got any MR for Veigar. Plus I was to the point were I'd run into like 3 of them at once cause they would just run from me.
 
I was Ashe in that game. I had a fraction of a health bar and Udyr and Malphite chased me all the way to mid . I just kept turning around to Volley and slow them. Meanwhile, the rest of my team was wrecking their base.
 
I am seriously started to get tired of this fucking community. I played 4 games tonight, first game we won no problem. Last 3 games it was me and 3 people, just needed one pug.

First game we had a Tristiana and I was support Taric. There was a Ziggs bottom and every fucking bomb she would get hit with. Every time I stunned a champ, she would not attack him. She basically fed bottom so they raped the rest of the game and we lost.

Second game I was Ashe bot with a Sejuani. This Sejuani was worthless because she could not do anything to help me and then bitched about how I sucked. All game she kept saying how bad I sucked but I ended up 2nd in kills and 2nd in assists, and she had more deaths than me.

Third game we had a Sona go bot (Lux was mid), go ap Sona bot (with a Miss Fortune in the lane, and her build was fucking horrible for ap Sona), steal farm from MF, and then overextend every time and get killed. Sometimes she would just push a lane by herself with part of the team mia. :roll:
 
I actually had the exact opposite today. I went into every champ select saying "I can play whatever role is needed" and it really seemed to bring the best out of the people playing. They were surprised I wasn't some douche just immediately calling out a spot. Five straight games I had great players that had good communication and positive reinforcement when someone would do something good. I haven't had five straight wins like that in quite awhile.

On a side note, did they delay masteries being moved to server side? Yesterday it said that it would happen April 10th, then today they changed it to say that it would happen in "an upcoming patch".
 
The mastery switch doesn't go into effect until the new patch, which has been delayed till ???

I'm guessing it will be out today though.

You would probably hate my support if you were that Ashe. I play Nautilus as a support/roaming and tell my AD person to prepare to solo a LOT because I roam and kill people :p

At least I tell them in champ select so they can prepare for it if they want me to support. It always seems to work out great too because Naut is the perfect roamer. I start boots + 3 hp pots, and just run around hooking, stunning, slowing, and getting kills for all the lanes.

Just gotta trust your ranged AD knows how to play safe and solo the lane well while I am gone. But I do return to help out and ward :D

I think my roaming/support Naut is around 5-1 in normal draft solo.
 
Had an interesting start to the day. Went to the library to work on a few of my papers all day, go to print out a resource and there was a little hand-written league of legends note asking for 1800+ elo players.

Darn shame I suck at the game. Always a plus to meet another player.
 
Played with Hecarim a few times on the PBE. Definitely seems like a beast top lane or jungler. Pretty excited for him honestly.
 
So I just played a annoying one. I was mid as Lux vs Kass. We had a Wukong top vs Nasus. We had a jungle Yi, they had a jungle Riven. Yi sucked, so he was no help. Their Riven was a decent ganker, so she was doing alright. I was doing alright vs Kass mid, but went to recall for items. He of course ults his way bot in like 5 seconds, and kills Wukong. I didnt mia, so my fault, which i agree. Then Wu is doing good vs Nasus, so Riven comes to help Nasus. Wukong continues doing good. But Kass goes bot from their blue, I'm mid. I ping for Wu to fall back, instead he stays and fights under tower and dies. This is my fault apparently, I was supposed to help from mid I guess. I told him I didnt think he'd try and stay for a 3 v 1, but he said they were all low, which is bullshit. From this point on according to Wu, I am doing nothing all game. I'm not getting kills, sure, but I'm shielding everyone in teamfights, landing snares, doing dmg. But no, "Our Lux is terrible :(" Later I get dived by Nasus at full health while I have 1/3 health. "OMG HOW DID YOU DIE TO HIM? I RAPE HIM SO HARD" Bare in mind I snared him, shielded myself, landed a E, and still died. He died to CK though, so it's not like he got away. Now I'm told that "Our Lux does no damage! I do more than her, and she was our mid!", I'm not even sure how to respond to that. I was defending top, and Nasus came again to push but I was already low so I fall back alittle and bait Nasus further. CK (Poppy) jumps on him and I land a snare and an E. "Our Lux so bad". Yi is like "She's doing fine..." and Wu is like "She didnt even help Poppy!". Later, Wu gets really low, then ignited. I save him with a shield. No thanks, no nothing. We somehow come back and win though. After game I check stats and I've done more damage than anyone, more assists, fewer deaths, and decent CS. But ya know, I suck and did nothing. Reported his ass.
 
When you log in tomorrow, you’ll notice we released a small patch. This was to address a performance issue that was keeping a small group of summoners from successfully finishing games. This is the only change we plan on making to League of Legends this week.

We know a lot of summoners are curious about our plan to debut Hecarim this week. We just wanted to check in to let you know that with your help on the Public Beta Environment, we ran into a few game-breaking bugs that if released into the wild would really hinder your enjoyment of the game. We figure you guys like being able to target every champion on the field – and prefer that your enemies are able to surrender after you give them the business for 20 minutes.

With that in mind, we’re circling up to tackle these and a couple other big issues we’ve uncovered. We’ll share more updates with you as soon as we have them, so stay tuned for more info as it develops.

its true you did more damage than everyone except yi but its way easier to see when i run in, crush someone into a wall and chunk them for 75% of their hp and get an announcement broadcasted to everyone that i'm a badass and got a kill. nevermind that i couldn't have lined up those shots into the wall without the target being rooted in place first or that i had the least damage dealt. i was eliminating targets! theres no "AN ENEMY HAS BEEN SNARED" announcement. sorry. i'll do it for you in skype though.

Just played a terrible, terrible game. I queued with one of my friends, but we got paired with a group of three so we were last two picks. Whatever. We get stuck with support/AD bot. He goes Sivir and I go Blitz. We have a Ryze mid, Nunu top (ugh, he first picked him, so obviously everyone on the other team countered him in some way), and Lee Sin jungle.

I'm landing all my grabs, my friend is on point with Sivir, shits going off bot. In the first 20 minutes, I'm 1-0-7 and Sivir is 7-1-1. We're completely shitting on Ashe and Sona. What a shocker though, we win our lane yet lose the game. Got into a teamfight and their jungle Amumu wraps in and the 1-8 Nunu starts going off about how I pulled the tank and how he's got it on LOL Replay. The other team tries to tell him that Amumu wrapped in but he wont listen.

Anyways, we're getting raped because these three dudes eat dick at the game. Ryze starts going on about how we just got all clean-ups bot (how that's possible with zero ganks, I have no fucking clue). Game ends and the three assholes all report me and Sivir. Love the shit players this game has to offer.

Had a game with a terrible Janna last night. Now I will just describe her one move of brilliance and you will understand. So we got into a teamfight at dragon, and I mean right inside where dragon spawns. It's 4v4, we kill 2 of them, 2 are getting low on health and we maybe would of lost one on the fight (but it was looking like we would of all survived), until this fucking retard Janna ults at dragon and knocks those 2 we are fighting back out of dragon, onto their side of the map and they escape without dying.
 
Kill moar!!! To be honest, that was the first time I ever went top against a Riven so I guess I just didn't know what to expect. I was using Vlad so... Yeah, I dun goofed. I just got Riven and played a match with her today. She is definitely fun. It should help me know what I go against.
 
Had a retard fizz last night. First off I picked Taric because we needed support and this Fizz bitches at me because I am picking Taric, and that he can't mid, and he can only solo top. So I had to go Ahri mid, while he goes AP Fizz top and we had to have a Riven who was locked in forced to go bot with a Kog Maw. Right there it's bad, then he starts saying our Jungle Warwick sucks and how bad he is, which means I can report his ass which I did. Now about 40 minutes in, this Fizz was a lower level than everyone else (and by lower level I mean he was 12, when everyone else, including the other team's support was at least 15) and the only person with worse farm was their support.

Somehow we won that, but that was because Riven got quite fed, I played smart, and our Jungler did our job. At least I won one game last night, second game was a retard mundo and we lost.
 
That'd be awesome. The current loading screen sucks. There are some pictures that dont even have the black fade at the bottom so you can just seem where the picture stops. I think Kogmaw is one of them.
 
Tip of the day: If you're going to play ranged AD, GET fuckING AD ITEMS!

So tired of losing because bot lane wants to go attack speed. Why the fuck, 30 minutes into the game, do you have two dorans and wriggles and a zeal? Seriously, you do no damage at all.
 
Those items are fine on some champs... like Kog. That shit is from IEM and all the streamers double doing double doran, wriggle, PD.

Thing is, it doesn't work in normal solo queue because people don't play passive farm lanes. Normal games snowball like no other, so most likely even if you do outfarm your lane, their mid/jungle are gonna dive you.

Vlad is Riven's easiest match up. That or Cho'Gath. Can literally walk up and auto attack them to death from level 1 and onward.

She's a top tier pick because her worst match ups are nearly even. Her harass game is untouchable, and she scales hard into mid game. Trundle is actually the only real counter against her. Teemo, Olaf, and Warwick being good picks as well -- but they won't be shutting her down. Poppy is invincible top, but then it's just a farm lane. That's always a sign of a good top pick.

She's also a nasty mid counter against nearly any AP in the game. Her 'E' just completely breaks most characters open. Most bads won't let you go mid as riven though, it doesn't fit in with their LoL Bible.

Every game I've played today, the shit ranged AD does that atrocious build and gets dominated EVERY time. So bad.

On another note, in a game right now where the group of three we're paired with picked Gragas, Soraka, and Graves. Soraka called mid, alright, so its probably Graves bot and Grag top. We asked just to be safe though, no response. So, I go Riven jungle and my friend picks Janna to support Graves. Game starts and Gragas starts raging "ME AND GRAVES ARE TOGETHER IM BOT". I asked "we're supposed to know you're taking Gragas bot"? He responds with "we're friends $$$$$$, we're reporting".

Been some great games today.
 
I had a game last night which had a duo queue broteam on my side. They went Kat/Talon with the matching quicksand skins and asked our mid to switch off of Kat (into Akali).

They said they called their comp the "rape lane." And yeah... they fed. Then bitched real hard at our jungler.

I have to queue dodge so many games nowadays. Whenever I see no AD carries on my team, no jungler, etc... But then the dodge timer gets to be ridiculously long.

Should've bailed on the Kat/Talon game cause we had a 100% melee comp with no initiation except for my suicide Shyvana ult. Aids.
 
No one at that level knows how to win without the expected roles, that's just the thing. Nothing will change at the lower levels until people see top players experiment differently.

Notice how Ashe is suddenly awesome again.

I know this, and I'm always one of the first ones who wants to try different shit, but these pubbers so beyond awful that regular lanes don't work for them, let alone experimental lanes.

Sadly this, well that and the combination of if you do try something different you sometimes get that one person who will spend all day bitching at you for it and report you for it.

I swear, I must have a retard magnet on me whenever I play this damn game First draft game we had a Graves who could not hold a 1v1 lane with a Tryn, kept feeding Tryn and that Tryn almost cost the game 5v4. Yes it was 5v4 because their jungle DC'ed and the Graves up top sucked so bad, Tryn carried their team, but we brought it back thanks to me as soraka, our gragas mid, and our bot corki.

Game 2, I am Taric with a MF with me. In the whole time of the game she never hit any champs I stunned and to top it off I never seen her use her E which is her slow field once. Oh and that same game we had nidalee say she could jungle but pinged us to help every time she went in the jungle to help with buffs.

We had another game with a terrible, terrible Reneketon and Skarner as well.
