I picked up 8036 Separatist Shuttle for ~15, 5891 Apple Tree House for ~22, 8088 ARC Starfighter for 31.50.
Nice score on the House, my wife is looking for that one.
Apple Tree House 5891 (x2) - $26 each
Troll Assault Wagon 7038 (x3) - $7 each (best deal they had, in my opinion)
King's Battle Chariot 7078 (x2) - $7 each (tied for best deal)

I can't believe they still had that set available... it's a really old set, but awesome price to snag those with... both the Chairot too.
I went to Target today and picked up Off-Road Fire Rescue (7942) for $7.99 on sale. Not a bad deal.
Actually Target had a weird Temporary price cut on some sets.
The $10 Space set, power miners set and atlantis set. They also had the star wars snow skeeter that retails for $11 or $12...... and all the sets on the endcap said 7.99.
I picked up a fire blaster for 7.99... figured it was worth it.

6. Lego
Last year was a tough year for toy companies - except for Lego. During 2009, when most companies were holding tight to ride out the recession storm, Lego's profits soared 63%. Exploration of the global market was the key to this company's recession-bucking success. While the U.S. had a stagnant toy market, Lego was able to expand to Asia and increase its sales in Europe, bringing in the big bucks. For a recent surprise addition to Lego's profit: after a recent interview where British soccer star David Beckham admitted he was building a Lego Taj Mahal during his down time, sales soared 663% - proof that sometimes free celebrity endorsement is the best profit boost of all.

Yeah the business I worked at really expanded out in Europe and will continue... seems like they are doing alot better than U.S. right now.
And back to Target news... They had a display for the Ramses Pyramid, but I pointed it out to a Kimm who is a manager there... didn't bother to read the sign because it said Star wars board game, but told me that she will honor the price at checkout which I didn't even think of bothering with. So the game sells for $30 and I got it for $14.99.
I figure, since I didn't even ask for it, and they offered, I wouldn't refuse.

Made my day!
I'll have to get down to Kmart soon... they still had 2 City corners for 45. For $32 it might be worth to pick up.
