Little Big Planet - Gen. Discussion & Info

Same for me- if I'm on though, I'm pretty much always up for multiplayer item getting sessions (I have the 3x/4x, but I need all of the 2x from Sensei's Lost Castle on.)
I am missing the 3+ player stickers. Anyone up to getting these sometime tomorrow (sunday) afternoon?

PSN: Lifes_Avenger
I've already got the platinum, but I love going back through and helping people out. Give me an add on PSN(Cartman058) and I'll join in with you guys.

I don't think you need any other players to get all the MGS stickers. Although, it has been a while since I've played those levels. Someone told me a 43mb patch got put up for LBP, too.

I had to d/l a 43mb patch.

Just got my PS3 and wondering now that this game has been out for awhile and the buzz has died down.....is the game just good because of all the customization or is it a solid platformer as well? This game just failed to blow me away from videos I watched when it came out because it looked more about the environment and less about challenging and fun platforming, so interested to see if several months have made a difference?

It is a fun platformer. This is one of the only non-nintendo platformers I have enjoyed. Coop online is also pretty fun as it gets choatic. The customization aspect is just icing on the cake. The fact that the developer is still pushing out new stuff for the game is great.

I have everything 100% done in the game, so if anyone needs help finding stickers/objects or needs level input/creating advice let me know. Just be sure to post you are from CAG when you invite me as a friend or else I will deny.
The MG Rex one seems like you need other people...
You may not need other people, but it certainly does help.
 Got the LBP Master Code.
So, what could one do, in theory, with this Master Code? Launch the nukes? Cause I would so launch the nukes.

I need to get the "complete a level with 4 people on my friends list" trophy. If anyone wants to run through a short level with me after a friend add, I would appreciate it (or maybe you need it yourself). Sad thing is I have at least 3 friends with Little Big Planet I know very well... but I can't get them to do squat.
Cool. I'll add you guys and then we just need 1 more!

EDIT - and don't forget to add each other as well!
I can join you guys.

Well got the game today and so far feeling like my gut from watching the videos was right. Really hating it so far....its more about riding crap and solving stupid little puzzles then any kind of platforming.

Get into the game a little deeper and you might gain a better appreciation of it.

But then again, personally I was intrigued by the intricate detail and ambiance that the game had. It literally felt like I was in a little toy world. Such an amazing game, IMO if you give it a chance.

Ill give it a chance and iv been waiting for my fiancee to get home in hopes playing it with her make sit more fun. Buy my guess is that this is seriously going to be just as a thought, a solid B- game that got bumped up to A+ since it was being pushed by a big company and had a charming and different style.

Playing it alone, I would say it felt like around a B. Playing with friends and family turned it into an A+ game for me. Feels completely different.

Well first off the last few stages have had a lot more platforming to them which has helped, but besides playing with my fiancee did make the game ALOT more fun.

I love the game. I played through the entire single player game with my wife. Then I went back and got 100% bubbles and aced all the levels. And that is just the story campaign. Add to that all the amazing things people have done with the creator tools and the infinite replayability I have had with the online mode, easily a A+ game worth every penny for me.

Personally, I ADORED the first trailer they ever showed. I thought it looked amazing and a joy to just be a part of... if you didn't get that feeling from watching the trailers, then be a grumble bunny and don't play. It's not like the trailers lied. This is the game that made me purchase a PS3 and I don't regret it for a second.

Hey, they talked about me on the Playstation blog! Although, I'm super jealous that David (azure palace) got to take a picture with Veronica... SOB! David is a super nice guy though.
So they are bringing the Online Create mode? Nice but a little late. Im sure Darkness already got a code, let us know how it works!
Yes I did get one. I'll let you know how it is, although I'm a little weary on the whole concept. We shall see!

Haha, thanks. Never knew that!
Two questions.

1. How do I change what tag I am sorting by online?

2. Is there a way to search only for downloadable levels?
1. Search by Tag (is that what you are asking?)

2. I'm not sure what you mean by that - all levels are downloadable. But, if you mean the DLC levels then you have to go to the store on the Earth planet.

Got all the trophies now except for 2 create ones. If anyone needs any help with multiplayer parts or needs the completed a game with so and so, just let me know. Be happy to jump on and help out.

Man all the "meh" in the last few posts! I think there is a chance of a MGS style level pack for Ghostbusters.... that would be awsome. Even if it is just costumes it would still be cool!

And Disney - they need a sticker pack or level pack or whatever they call it. Something with some castle parts and such. But can you imagine some of these coaster levels with a Disney theme... too cool.

OK....I guess since I can't get my modem bridged again, I'm gonna haul my PS3 and current tv downstairs and play it from here. If anyone sees me on later at night and wants to play this or some other game that you see I'm on, lemme know.

I haven't played this game in forever though, so I may be a tad rusty.

sackboy slimer could be intersting. proton packs are the new paintball? nah. that'd never happen but it'd be sweet if it could.

I got the game not too long ago myself. Managed to 100% the items and levels for Europe and Africa areas, and am slowly moving on to the next areas.

I played a couple of levels online and I'm surprised at the amount of creativity out there.

I'm also up for online play anytime, just hit me up with a pm.
