Little Big Planet - Gen. Discussion & Info

I'm not saying that I don't like Disney. I just can't see it being translated well here. Of course, the only thing I can really imagine is LittleBigDisneyPrincesses.
 
With his "doesn't matter if you like Disney" it's gotta be a pack based on a property Disney owns, but probably not something people usually think of when they hear Disney.

Wait, weren't there a few cryptic posts by DarkNessBear here regarding future stuff? Did he remove them? Or am I just mis-remembering things again...

Anywho, for some reason I'm imagining LittleBigTron....or perhaps LittleBigKingdomHearts...i can see the latter causing a cuteness overload in some...

That'd be awesome. Personally though, they just need the Online Creation Beta to not be a beta anymore. That way I can piggyback with DarknessBear to a crown :D
 
Yea, crowns are great. Cause you get to hear all the twelve year olds scream into their mic, "HOWDJID YOU BUY THAT! ADD ME AS A FRIEND! CAN I HAVE IT??" Oh, the joys of the LBP community.

They haven't confirmed anything about who or how many costumes they're working on, so none of those concepts could end up in the final pack. The Captain America costume's the best since it's simple and the A being taped to the mask is a nice touch. I'm just glad the Wolverine costume isn't made of a wifebeater, jeans, sideburns, and somewhat spiky hair.

Sony also has the Spiderman movie license, Rolento, so that blows your Sony/DC theory into pieces.

Uh, you know I think so. Talking to one of the guys from Sony and he mentioned something about my level being a favorite of the MM people and I think he mentioned something about my level being on a disc. Not sure though...

I am going to Studio City on Saturday and getting interviewed on a set ... so, I'm assuming if they do it in time it will be on the disc.
 
New to LBP--is it worth getting the GOTY edition or just finding a cheap LBP and downloading the $30 worth of extra content. There's nothing exclusive to the GOTY, right?
 
From the wording of the announcement, it sounds like they had people create levels for the GOTY edition that aren't available online. It would suck if the only way to play those would be through the GOTY edition.

Nah, they didn't have anyone create levels for it.
 
Yay! That's what I was trying not to say (the thing I found out about at E3). BUT, they still havent said what pack it is coming with.

*grin* I'm surprised how amazingly nice the water looks. Awesome.
 
they'll probably include it with levels made using it and sell it in a pack, just like the paintanator in the mgs pack. It might even be connected to a big franchise like the mgs pack
