yeah i wouldnt charge you THAT much for shipping. maybe just a couple bucks more. i've shipped to canada before and it wasn't that much more expensive.
 
If I may make a suggestion, I would do a random end time, otherwise people will screw you by posting one extra dollar at the very last second. Its your lowball, do what you want but just a suggestion.
