Madden 10 League-OFFICIAL CAG LEAGUE (Tournament)- LOTS OF TEAMS AVAILABLE!

I *might* have to temporarily be booted from the league. We had like a 1/4 second power outage, and it seemed to have fucked up our 360 network adapter. So we can't connect to XBL. Unless anybody has any suggestions, it might take some time before we get a new adapter.
 
My bad. Scotts is vs Pacer. Either way, I think I hooked those two up so they are going to play shortly.

MasterAwesome, you're good to go to play vs the CPU though.

Haha, sorry about that. Not sure how I mixed those 2 games up.

Oh and Eagles/Saints turned into Body Bag Game 2. McCoy, Jackson, Westbrook, and Kolb all were taken out of the game with injuries, some as long as 6 weeks. Tracy Porter broke his collarbone and is out 2 months.

Saints win though, 23-10
 
We have advanced to week 2. Here's the schedule:

h2h
Chargers vs Chiefs
Titans vs Steelers
Cardinals vs Panthers
Lions vs Eagles
Jets vs Colts
Saints vs Bengals
Bears vs Pats

Packers, Giants, Niners, Ravens, Cowboys are vs CPU.

Let's aim to wrap up week 2 on Saturday. Please let me know if you have trouble reaching out to anyone in the league. I already plan on having to boot Mr Grand Cru as he's been MIA and his first game had to be simmed. I'll do that Thursday night/Friday day if he doesn't check in here by then. HotItlnStln, Eagles are usually available after 7pm EST every weekday.

Lol wow. I feel bad for him. He had McCoy and Westbrook out for the season in the last league we played. At least he still has McNabb.
 
Yeah I'm only free tonight and Sunday. I'm going out of town for a couple of days which I don't do often, usually I'm available at least a few hours every day.
 
For what it's worth, Grand Cru hasn't signed into CAG since February 11 according to his profile.

my god i just had a horrible game. Trufant seemed to be teleporting around to pick off my passes. Jason Witten fumbles and they knock a 53 yard field goal off the upright and in. I had no chance

The Colt Brennan era has begun in New York. This is going to be an old school Giants team for the next several weeks, focusing on nothing but defense and ball control with the run game.

hey , Mr Grand Cru , here making a post so i dont get kicked out of the league, im sorry i missed the draft and week one, as far as any opponent that needs to contact me i prefer a xbox live message because currently i dont have a computer occassionally i use my roomates like now but there is no gurantee whether or not he will let me, you can also let duece, or ramsue know and they can contact me.

Darth my opponent, for this week, i sent you an xbox live message about us playing sometime this evening, sometime after 7, if you already saw the message than disregard it.

On a side note i was wondering how free agents are working this time around, i also may have Jonathan Stewart on the trade block if anyone is interested, im looking for alot of positions so please feel free to make me offers, i prefer over xbox live but im going to try and check the site more frequently also. Its time to build my team back up to a defensive powerhouse so im interested in improving that area of my squad if anyone has any other trades for me.

So my brother moved the adapter to the front of the xbox and everything is fine.

Oh, and make sure the allow rejoin option is set to yes. I'd hate to be denied.

Eagles vs Lions (haven't heard from either)

I'm versus Steelers, not CPU. We've been in touch, I think we just missed each other last night, we should be able to play it tonight or tomorrow.

What's going on with the Steelers? Is he out of the league? Should I go ahead and play against the CPU? I need to know what's up.
 
So when do you wanna play Venom? I thought we were gonna play today, but we haven't been in contact for a couple days. I don't really get on x-box live much, so this is the best way to reach me. I don't ever use AIM but I have it installed, so if I remember, I'll check to see if you're on every once in a while too.

You can check friends and send messages through xbox.com. I'm not sure how often he checks the board, but he's always on Live and AIM. I'll send him a Facebook message for you.

Finished my Game with MasterAwesome, I won 24-14. Most of my Offensive TDs came through the Ground even though I only ended up with 43 Rushing Yards. Had 1 Td and 1 INT with Brady, My D Played Pretty well forcing 4 Turnovers. Good Game MasterAwesome.
 
I kind of went the opposite direction as you this week, with Chris Johnson shouldering much less of the load. He still had 126 yards on 22 caries for 1TD, but that's kind of a light day by "playing the CPU" standards. Young was the star with 4 TD passes and 1 rushing to go along with 55 yards on the ground.

Still turning the ball over more than I should be, threw a dumb INT with Young scrambling and then trying to pull up and throw which was taken to the house, and Johnson coughed one up as well.
 
Steelers had to drop because of school. So that team is now open.

If you didn't see my post on the last page, the last 2 games are scheduled to be played Sunday. So we're looking at advancing Sunday at 7pm EST. Later than I wanted, but at least they are all set to be played.

Still no word from Bucs or Broncos though. :/

edit: I see the Vikes are back and played. yay.

Does PacerPerspect post on here? If so, do you want to play sometime after we advance tonight? If not, I hate the Eagles, I hate the Pacers and I hate you!
