Yeah I saw like 4 teams play I think...the Xtreme.net site isn't updated for some reason. Bengals/Rams, 49ers/Cardinals, Vikings/Packers, and Buccaneers/Bears all played yesterday. The Xtreme.net site is awesome for all the details it provides, but I still just use the EASports online franchise site for checking scores and stuff...I just like the layout better and find it a little easier to navigate (probably just because it's so limited).

We need to tell XFN to search for the updated scores, it doesn't do it automatically. It's the only annoying part of the site.

XFN is definitely way better for getting in-depth stats and such.

Also what time is Ravens/Seahawks being played tomorrow? Let's get a solid time because that will be the last game of the week. I assume there's no way that can be pushed to tonight?

I played redygo, the sub for Minnesota. Our normal game earlier this season saw my furious comeback attempt fall slightly short, and this game was even more fun. I still lost, though. I always seem to choke away close games. I can take solace in the fact that I was more accurate with Aaron Rodgers (completion percentage) than I think I'd ever been in this league.

They're not really available, sort of.. Their owner is on hiatus right now but we expect him back in Season 3 I think.. Someone has been filling in for them in the meantime.
 
Yeah I guess I should change the OP. The Colts are technically up for grabs come the offseason but Hydro will have first chance to claim them (as they were his team originally). If he doesn't then they are open.
 
Haha, okay. I believe I have been permabanned from taking over the Colts anyway after my dominant subbing performances with them earlier in this year (I forget by whom.. the Sheriff maybe?)

I have to imagine some team will open up in season 3. So check in here every now and then, especially as we get deep into the playoffs but I'll keep you in mind and shoot you a PM if you miss it.

Blasphemous!! I didn't get to play against your Colts, gregthomas subbed as them against me. I was definitely up for the challenge, but gregthomas apparently got his connection issues fixed so I just went ahead and played him since they were technically given to him.
 
Oh and about X-Men: That was probably my all-time favorite arcade game ever. I downloaded the trial earlier yesterday and it definitely seems fun, but I'm still hesitant to buy it. I bought one of those Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade games earlier (which was also one of my favorite arcade games of all time) and it was pretty underwhelming compared to how I remembered it. Some of those games don't translate well into Xbox Live arcade games...some are meant to just live on through your childhood memories...

It's kind of like some of your favorite TV shows growing up...one of my favorites was Are You Afraid of the Dark? That show was absolutely amazing when I was a kid and pretty darn scary too. As soon as I found out they were being released as DVDs like 4 years ago, I ordered the first 2 seasons (as a freshman in college). After watching like 3 or 4 random episodes...they actually kind of sucked lol. It was nothing close to how I remembered it and they just seemed kind of stupid for the most part.

I have like 1300 microsoft points to spend so I'll think about it...but I generally NEVER buy anything for its full retail price (hence why I'm on this site).
 
Wait... I didn't realize it was a port of the actual arcade game. Holy crap, that was my 2nd favorite arcade game as a kid (the Simpsons game was #1), I'm definitely getting that.

Simpsons and the star wars trilogy on rails shooter were by far my favorite arcade games back in the day. I could go further back but I don't want to date myself.

Are we almost to the point in this season where we find out if anyone is dropping since it's almost playoff time.
 
I had an older cousin who worked at Skateland South back in the mid-90's, and I played the shit out of the 6 player X-men cab. I'm 99% sure my first arcade game I ever played was Mortal Kombat.

Falcons/Saints should have no problems for tomorrow. Our chance tonight got soiled by 2 inches of snow, which created massive havoc in DC. Took me 4 hours to complete a normally 45 minute drive.
 
XFN is acting up on me. Maybe he's doing some early morning tweaking, but I'm no longer in any of my leagues according to the site. I'll just let it be for now, but I was just about to update the stats.

Yeah, instead of the two CAG leagues, I'm in two completely different ones. Hopefully a temporary problem...

Happened to me yesterday as well. Logout and then log back in and you should be good to go.
 
Not sure. I know the last 2 games are scheduled for today, but I still don't know what time.

I would think the Ravens/Seahawks game is in the same boat as the Bills/Pats game in the other league since Sir Felgar is still out of town until tonight at the earliest. Deuce is going to sub in the other league if he doesn't get back tonight, so we should have a sub lined up here as well.
 
K, thanks for the heads up. I'll plan a sub around the scheduled time of the other game. I don't want to sub if we're still waiting on that one. Any takers with a similar record of the Seahawks and will be around this evening?
 
Any idea on the deadline for the final week of the regular season? I posted about this earlier, but I will be busy over the next several days. I won't be able to begin a game past 7 P.M. Eastern today or tomorrow (going to hockey games), and Sunday, the absolute latest I would be able to play would be to start a game by 6:30 P.M. Eastern before friends come over for the WWE PPV/Packers/LA Kings triple shot. Then Monday, I'll be in LA all day and night for various things.

I know nobody gives a damn about what I'm going to be up to, but I wanted to lay it out clearly , lest there be any holdup or confusion. I would have just said to let Chicago/FrankandBake play the CPU since the game is meaningless for me, but I'm pretty sure the result could play a role in deciding the NFC North champion.

Since we're definitely advancing tonight, I would just try to schedule your game during the day either Sat or Sun. I assume the deadline will be late Monday or even Tuesday, but better to be safe and try to get it out of the way then hold up the league into Tuesday if everyone else finishes. I'd like this coming week to be a quick one so we can move into the playoffs asap.
 
Seahawks PM'd me earlier in the week and told me he'd be available most of the day. I havent seen or heard from him since then and i've been online since about 10 am. I dont know how late i can wait for him but i plan to have my sub-in game done by 8 so i can leave for the night so hopefully silentghost/sir felgar shows well before then.
 
I'm still waiting for Falcons to get back to me. He sent a message earlier in week saying he's usually online after 5/6 pm so hopefully then.
