played him in the other league... he's very capable but the AFC North has belonged to the Steelers with the Ravens nipping at their heels... it'd be interesting to see the Browns and the Bengals turn our division into an all out battle royale
 
Would be tough for him to do since he was already in an 0-3 hole to start with. Would be cool to see the Browns in the playoffs though
 
So, this is probably communicated to their opponents but just so we know the window of opportunity in the thread.

Lions are available from now onward, awaiting word from Rams.
Steelers the same, waiting on word from the Colts.
Packers are available from now until 11pm, midnight EST, waiting on word from Bears.
No idea on Niners/Vikings availability. If Niners become available, we will likely need a sub.

Packers/Bears going down now.

Expect temp boots (Lions, Steelers games) and/or sims (Niners/Vikings) if we get it down to 2 games.

How about a 9pm EST check in cutoff? If we don't hear from the Rams or Colts by then you guys can play a sub or the CPU. And then if we don't hear from either Cru or venom by the end of those games, we'll sim that one and advance.
 
Cru said he's on his way home and he's got a few things to do in the house but he'll try to get online as soon as possible to play that game

Lions should be around for you, greg. I saw him on XBL earlier I believe. Shoot him a PM. I have no complaints if you're going to do it in the morning/early afternoon tomorrow, but I don't know if that works for him since his availability today started around 5pm.

I'm heading out for a quick dinner so hopefully I don't have to do any temp booting. Looks like Rams/Lions is our last game of the week and both were around/are around today.

Cru, if you don't want to play MA again then hopefully someone can sub (anyone feel free to step up and fill in here). But you can't really show up last minute, give people a 15 minute window to play and then pick and choose your opponent. I know it sucks you're playing him next week, but I think him and BV are pretty comparable and MA has been in a bit of a slump lately. If the Vikings were 1-2 or 0-3 I would say just play the CPU, but they've won 2 games already.
 
Guys, no Eric Berry picks!!! Or forced fumbles!! Victory! Vikings O-line really struggles picking up blitzes...and Ted Ginn returned one of those dumb safety-punt things for a TD lol. And I actually managed to contain that rookie RB except for 2 70+ yard TDs :( Sorry Vikings...I tried my best, but alas...I am no bvharris: Vikings sub extraordinaire.

Oh and Robert You is actually pretty darn good...looked like freaking Tom Brady and Peyton Manning's love-child out there.

Appleinthetree, you can do it (first come, first serve) if one of the Lions or Rams shows. I hope they both show, obviously. But they both seemed to disappear. I hope neither is offended by a sim if they don't pop in here, but no sense on holding up the whole league for 1 game.

who disappeared? I wrote and said I would post when I heard back from him. I thought you said playing in the morning was ok, and that is what I proposed to him. I haven't heard back yet.

If you want to sim tonight, its your league, do what you got to do. I can't play right now though.
 
Well, like I said earlier there's probably a good chance he can't play in the AM because he couldn't play til this evening today. I assume he's probably working til 5-6pm again. I don't mind waiting, but I like to know when I'm waiting til. Not putting the blame on you, but I don't want to hold off advancing for 24 hours and your schedules don't matchup tomorrow anyways.

What's your availability tonight and tomorrow?

9am to 1pm tomorrow, and anytime after 6pm tomorrow evening.

Thanks for being understanding. I'm going to give the Lions a chance to pop in here and okay a time, but I think by 11pm EST I'm going to move us along so people can get games in tonight.
 
Oh, I meant to mention this earlier. Almost every time I've clicked one of your profiles to PM you the last few days you seem to be checking out the lowball my friends and I are running in the trading forum. I guess the massive advertisement in my sig is doing it's job, I saw gb at least throw up a couple bids in there earlier. :D
