ugh! I just had a whole FA pickup post typed out and I hit the back button and poof my text was gone. ANYWAYS, I'm going to open up the first round of FA pickups now. just like in the other league I'll be using the power rankings and we'll be doing it in shifts of 8.

And yeah, I fucking hate that Baldwin guy. Although I'm really happy with the game my defense played, if a few plays were different I would've been able to use MJD in the ground game and the game should have been a lot closer, but a great game played by you, ubernes. It's always fun to have commissioner face-offs :D

Definitely. MJD was looking good out there and that first part of the game you were able to mix him in nicely. I got lucky on that Revis fumble return towards the end of the half and that finally busted the game open a bit for me. The rain probably helped me too because I saw your QB miss a few open targets and my running game was actually working that game. I think the 1st or 2nd pass I threw in that first quarter you picked off, so I wasn't looking to sling it in that weather.

Yeah, and from what I recall we always play great games anyway, although I'm not sure if I've ever come out on top. I make good play calls on defense and can rush the passer well, but there's no chance I'm going to try and use a CB in Madden, I can't even imagine how badly I'd get torched.
I was also without my two top offensive weapons (Mercedes Lewis and Donnie Avery), so I'll use that as an excuse as to why I didn't win ;)

Bonus Question: Who made the Jags even worse by getting rid of Justin Durant? Where the hell is he?
EDIT: I just saw that he's on the Rams. Who the fuck did I get for him? I really don't like whoever made these trades, it destroyed my LB depth and obliterated my secondary...

Yeah I'm gonna go ahead and pick my FA too (it's like 4:15 EST)...I don't know if you're doing the same rule as BV in that you have to drop a player too, but I don't have a full roster so I'm gonna hold off on dropping a player unless you say we have to.

ALSO, some breaking news: Nate Crisp is being shipped out to Detroit. He was hoping no one would notice that the Jets draft pick was owed to the Lions in the Levy/Avril trade. Crisp was seen crying at his locker room after he was told he and his family would have to relocate to Michigan immediately.

I think if he just wants to get rid of barber without dropping him to free agency then a draft pick is worhwhile but he's not gonna get neone good with ur fourth rd pick but I'm not against that trade..

Yeah I think a 3rd Round Pick would be more fair. Still looking for more opinions though.
