The lions were interested in an established powerback and I've been looking for a corner forever , he offered up moving jahvid best also so I said I can send shawntae spencer also to replace the corner leaving. I mean if need be I can throw in a 4th rd pick ?

I would say that's fine. Rams pick could be a higher 2nd rounder. So you can get someone in the mid to high 70s, maybe even 80s with a good potential. The players the Rams are getting are better, but up there in age.

I just don't see it as an upgrade from their team on any front. Yeah, he has an extra 25 trucking stats now in Gore and he his OVR is better, so maybe yeah, he should give up something extra but the differences between the two CBs is huge. Alipate is an A potential rookie.

Sorry guys I'm here now. Ummm I am HOPING I can play at 6:15, I will do everything in my power to play unless it's out of my hands. Like I said before, a lot of people are coming over and my mom is cooking a huge dinner which we will almost surely be sitting down to eat sometime in between 6 and 7. I'm not so sure if she (along with everyone else) would understand if I said I had an important video game I had to be playing. If Cru is able...I'd be able to play after my dinner, which my guess would be around 7 p.m. EST. I'll text him now asking...but sorry to hold things up today.

The only trade that I wanted to make was Best for Gore, simply because I want a solid running game, not a "pass to" only back - unless Best gets around your ends, he's down! My OL sucks and the extra umph that Gore will give me will add that necessary inside run game that I need to make an impact in this league. He asked for my rookie CB which I really didn't want to get rid of, but to get what I wanted I figured I could let him go as I get a decent veteran back that will last a couple years yet. Sometimes you gotta make a move that you think will be beneficial...

Solutions how about Gore for Alipate and 3rd or 4th rounder?????

The Packers ended their 2 game skid with a win over Xxxplosive's Indianapolis Colts in Indy. The statistics were pretty even in most categories, but what made the difference was time of possession (13:xx to 6:xx in favor of GB) and, on the same token, 3rd down conversions (GB 9/9). Aaron Rodgers was deadly accurate, going 19/22 with 2 TD passes, each of them being the only receptions by those respective players in this game. Ryan Grant also rushed for one touchdown, while Brandon Underwood returned an interception for a score.

Green Bay Packers 28, Indianapolis Colts 7

It was nice to get back on the winning track. The divisional losses to Minnesota and Chicago hurt, sending me from 2-0 and in first place to 2-2 and behind the Bears and Vikings due to the tiebreaker. Both games were very close, going down to the wire, and I felt that the officiating was questionable in the Bears game. Realism! LOL. But hey, I have equaled my win total from all of last season already, so that's a plus.

Good game, Xxxplosive. Glad we got it in.

Niners send Frank Gore 93ovr, shawntae spencer 81ovr, and a 3rd draft pick

Lions send Jahvid Best 85ovr and Muhammed Alipate 81ovr
 
By the way Uber (in case you didn't notice), me and the 49ers played our game so I think we're ready to advance! I'm sure you'll want to get this out of the way before the Jets game tonight...

Edit: just noticed there's still the Saints/Bucs game...I don't remember what's supposed to happen with that game though, if someone is gonna sub for the Bucs or if it's gonna be simmed or what.

And Sherrod Martin (my starting FS) went down for the season in my game against the 49ers...so I think I'm inclined to pick up another FS. I only have one FS at the moment, I need some depth!

Alright I went ahead and picked up a new FS (Rashad Williams - 68 OVR). I didn't get the go-ahead yet so let me know if I'm okay keeping him. I only have one healthy FS though (Jordan Pugh - 74 OVR). I'm pretty sure I followed all the right protocol in picking up a new FA.

Although being a Cowboys fan I have nothing to brag about.. last year was bliss. I was living in Miami and for some reason there were a lot of saints fans and they were talking shit going "WHO DAT!" before the game. lol yeah they definitely have the most annoying chant among NFL fans. Glad they're out.

Kendrick lewis is my ss 77 I think b potential I only have 2 corners holding it down for me.. u look like ur stacked wit corners neway.. I like ur corner cox if u ever wanna trade him

I think I could do pretty well for Cox if I decided to offload him. I bet I could sell him back to Azu. :)

I have Butler (78) at SS now, so Lewis isn't really an upgrade.
