If we're putting players on the block, I know for sure I've got a couple decent fullbacks I'd like to deal. I could sue some CB and offensive line help. Other players/positions will be available, but I have to check out my roster.
 
as far as available players go, there arent really any untouchables on the Ravens' roster.

I'm looking to move Haloti Ngata for picks and CB, LB, OL, or WR help

Its not his defenders as much as his playcalling on d...... he knows where ur going with the ball and his defensive player skills and his player positioning is gonna be there no matter wat....... run the ball or throw short passes stay away from slants cus he has the only defense that his zone players are always there for the int..... always!

i've heard that and i can understand why you'd want to have Howard on your team when ur a PG..., but the problem is Turkoglu and whoever the other bum perimeter players they have are dont compare to Melo, Fields, and Amare. Melo opens up the floor, Amare gives u much of what Dwight brings, just not as automatic, and Fields is better than Pietrus. It's gonna be Paul or Deron Williams for sure(and i'm actually pulling for D.Will) but if i had to bet on it, my money's on CP3.

At this rate the Super Bowl will be played in March and we'll draft once Madden 12's demo is out. :)

I'm advancing us now. The Super Bowl should be played tonight. There's no way I'm spending my Friday night drafting Madden. I actually can't even if I wanted to. Thursday will likely be the draft. I would prefer 10:30pm EST but I'm up for suggestions.
 
Like all great Orlando Magic centers, he'll head to LA. Hell, even Gortat skipped town! (Or maybe he was traded, honestly I don't keep up with the career of Marcin Gortat).
 
I wouldn't mind drafting Wed if that's possible either. This is going to be decided quickly so I hope you guys are keeping up with this thread.

lol is right since I'm not sure there's a human being who isn't a Knicks fan and also has seen a game of basketball at least once in their life who would take that team in a 7-game series over Miami, Boston, or Chicago right now.

I'm going to commit to a time around 10pm EST tonight. Wednesday looks best so far. The OP has been updated with some new open teams. The NFC North welcomes Lexxon as the new Vikings owner. As previously mentioned Darth is taking over the Pats. Right now no other moves have been made, but you have until tomorrow morning to get at me. You can change up until the draft, but I'm going to open it up to the new guys tomorrow morning.

Check the OP. Those open teams are up for grabs for this evening to current owners, but tomorrow morning they will open up to any new guys if you want them let me know. It's not a new franchise, but a new season. I believe this is year 4 so we'll be starting with a rookie draft.

They're a .500 team without him. Are they better with him? No doubt, but all they've guaranteed themselves at this point is to be relevant and competitive (which in itself is nothing to sneeze at).

Also, if any of the new guys take the Browns I have a trade offer for them.

A .500 team without an All-Star starter and a better (playoff tested) PG. I'm not saying they would dominate the Bulls. Though they are 2-0 on the season, but to say they simply can't beat them in 7 seems just a tad off to me. A tad!

Quick FYI: I'm looking to make Tuesday night and Saturday afternoon our regularly scheduled deadlines. That gives us 3.5 days between advancing. Wed day-Sat afternoon and Sat night-Tues night. I think this will make things easier on everyone. Everyone will know what to expect each week and you can plan accordingly. Sound good?
 
Yeah both days are fine for me and I'm pretty flexible on time.

As for the Knicks, love the trade, Chandler and russian boy are scrubs. Felton was good but not great. If Billups still has something left in the tank, I think they can win a first round series. Don't think they'd fair well against the Heat, Bulls, or Celtics though. If Chris Paul/Deron Williams/Dwight Howard, comes to town, then they're in the conversation.

So many analysts and fans whining about how this isn't good for the NBA. I think it's great! There were stacked teams in the early days up into the 80s, I see no problem with it.

Aren't those three teams their most likely first round opponents unless they can get themselves the 4 or 5 (hardly impossible at this point)?

True. I think they could land the 4 seed, hell possibly even the 3 if they go on a great run. . All depends on their chemistry. After thinking about it some more, I think they could take down the Bulls. Even with the addition of Boozer, I don't think too highly of them. They're still missing another solid player in my opinion.
 
Just checked stubhub tix... really wish I purchased some tickets earlier. I just saw them a couple weeks ago but I was just talking about how I should go once more this season. Not sure about that one! Haha.
 
I'm going to go ahead and confirm it for Thursday. Sorry to everyone who had a preference for Wednesday. (My preference is actually Wednesday too!) But since everyone can make Thursday, let's just go for that.
 
Either day at that time should work, but if I had to choose, I'd say Thursday since I might have a friend over tomorrow. The regular deadlines sound good as well. It just sucks that I'll probably have to miss the first quarter of the season since I'll be on vacation from this Saturday through Saturday, March 12th.

Also, I'm glad to have a quality player like Lexxon in the NFC North. I enjoy interacting and playing with all the guys in my division.
 
I'm very excited for the draft, I actually have EXTRA picks this year, which never happens for me. I can build on my continued shame of having the most stacked roster in the division and finishing 4th every season, lol.

uber - I'm going to start working on the draft spreadsheet right now.. I assume you just want to do it the same way we have the last 2 seasons? That's worked out pretty well.
