TRADE ANNOUNCEMENT:

Ravens trade Brandon Pettigrew (91 OVR, 28 years old, A potential)

Giants trade Corey Webster (85 OVR, 31 years old, A potential)

I'm sure Pettigrew is most likely around mid-80's in the depth chart...just in case anyone is alarmed by me trading a 90+ player who is a few years younger for an 85 OVR aging corner. And although I think corners aren't as valuable in this Madden as they were in the last one, they're still a key position on defense and I now have a capable #2 corner opposite of Jimmy Smith. Only thing I'm worried about is that 83 speed for Webster...I'll most likely be playing a lot more zone D this season :/

Is the draft spreadsheet from the last draft still around or anything updated yet? I'm not sure whether I get any picks from anyone. I don't think so except maybe in the late rounds.

Julio Jones- 90 ovr, 94 speed, 94 acc, 99 catch, 89 cit, 94 spc, 98 jump.
Marc Mariani- 81 ovr, 92 speed, 96 acc, 92 catch, 76 cit, 76 spc, 84 jump.
Andre Roberts- 79 ovr, 92 speed, 94 acc, 87 catch, 81 cit, 77 spc, 87 jump.
Juwaun Sales- 74 ovr, 98 speed, 98 acc, 83 catch, 99 cit, 88 spc, 76 jump.
Harry Douglas- 74 ovr, 93 speed, 96 acc, 79 catch, 68 cit, 77 spc, 89 jump.

And you guys thought I needed Roddy White ;) I'm going to have a lot of fun this year
is what I would say if I could actually throw the ball

Lack of OVRs make this hard to judge in the surface, but I tend to agree with MA on this. looks good.

Nope, I pretty much have my offense exactly perfect (except the ol could use more depth). Sorry.

Thanks. Those all look fine to me, though wasn't there a more recent version of the Jags trade which had updated ratings? I think that one at least needs more discussion.
I don't like that chargers/jags trade.
I assume you think the Jags are giving up too much?

I'm sort of leaning that way too, especially if Williams is indeed higher than 91.

According to xfn:
Williams 94, Cox 80---Cason 87

I don't know.... Williams is a lot better than Cason so it's basically whether or not the pick will be equal to the diff in Williams and Cason plus cox. IMO its not but who knows.

Sorry guys I posted the wrong version. Let me edit it real quick.

I tend to agree. If it were me I wouldn't be offering Cox then it is fair. The 17th pick is pretty late...

NEEDS APPROVED

Also Matt Schaub for any first round draft straight up PM me guyes

the overalls and everything are now updated for them to be properly judged and everything

i know everyone is prolly excited about looking at there teams but need people to start saying things when they get the chance
heres my most updated verison guys

Cason is definitely a pretty good upgrade from Cox, I just don't know if it's so large that it overcomes the huge imbalance in the other part of the trade.

I'm curious to hear your rationale DVO.. It seems like you really want to get back into the 1st round, but I feel like giving up Williams, who's probably your best offensive player at this point, is a steep price to pay.

he isnt my best that would be my TE

my thoughts on this is im getting a Cb thats much better than what i got Cox is my best one that i have and i need that draft pick and im hoping to land another for schaub but that seems to be doubtful i could talk to the mailman about changing from coz to mathis who is 78 overall age 34 but i feel like i am giving up alot but i think cason is exactly wut i need for defense

i honestly dont think anyone can offer me anything better than this its exactly wut i need i needed a first rounder and a good CB SS or FS and he got thoughs both to me wut offers are out there that someone is willing to give up really

if u say no to this trade i guess i will have to hold on to mike williams that would suck lol or find another trade or talk to mailman about giving up more if thats the case wut do u think needs to be added or wut need to be taken out of the trade

well im considering the jags chargers trade dead until i hear something from mailman so any other offer im open to hearing but u better bring a firster round and a good secondary player to the table thats not super old as fuck SS-CB-FS

I'm still looking to deal Pace (B pot, 76 OVR, 32 years old) and/or Thomas (B pot, 77 OVR, 34 years old). Both solid vets, but I don't need/want them both on this team right now. Would be happy to deal Greene too (A pot, 28 years old, 99 truck, 94 stiff arm, 85 OVR).

Those are probably my priorities right now.

Looking for RT or LG upgrades. Big time!

If anyone has a young (under 30) stud (over 85, preferably over 90) C or RG with high run block stats they're willing to move, I'd compensate them richly.

Just cut my 7 players and did some observing of my team. My three rookies progressed to 90 for Dyer, 89 for Sanders, and 87 for Watson. Joe Thomas is now a 98.

After looking at my depth chart I need help on the right side of my offensive line, a free safety, outside linebackers, and possibly a TE.

I've mentioned that Hillis is still available (now a 94), but I also have guys like Hardesty (77) who I'd trade for players with a similar ranking at positions I need. Cribbs is also ranked that and available too. So I guess here is my trade board:

Haves (Ratings based on Player Management Screen)
Hillis RB (94)
McCoy QB (86) I'm probably gonna keep him, but open to offers.
Cribbs WR (78)
Hardesty HB (77)
Robiskie WR (74)

Needs
Right side of offensive line
FS
OLB/MLB
TE
CB

I don't expect much from some of these guys, just something that gives me depth at another position.
if you start dowling he becomes a 96, but with asante and mccourty hell never start
I play a ton of nickel.

Yea same, all I know is I did an offline franchise and he was my number 2 after 3 years he was a 90 after 4 he was a 95
