Madden 13 Official CAG League - On Hiatus. See you in August for Madden 25!
I just got the callaway Razr X HL 3 hybrid in the mail today. Can't wait to try this sucker out on the course!
I just picked up the adams super s 3H today going to hit a driving range tomorrow also looking at the amp cell driver or the adams super s driver don't know what one I want tho
Couldn't hit my 60* wedge all day though, which is usually my most reliable club.
What all you use a 60* for I can only hit one about 30 yards out and punch a hole in the sky with it. My highest wedge is a 52*

I hit it anywhere from 60 yards or so in. I'll also use it around the green if I don't have a lot of room to work with. It's a fun club, for my money there's no more satisfying shot in golf than a big flop shot if well executed. I carry a 52, 56, and 60. I find them very versatile.

You ever use it out of sand? I always fly the green with my 52 I cant hold the club face open and hit it straight might pick one up for that and some close bump and runs

Yup, it's my primary club from greenside bunkers. You wouldn't use it for a bump and run though, you don't want loft on that.
I was planning on resting some select starters on D for my final game, but I took a look at the Pro Bowl voting and I have a bunch of players on there who seem to barely be holding onto the last roster spot for their respective positions :/ So I'm gonna shamefully keep them in for my XP-whoring ways...they may not even register any stats, but gosh darn it I'm at least gonna give them a fair shot!
I was assuming this would be like 1 or 2 guys... You have FOURTEEN Pro Bowlers as of right now. Here I'm thinking it's a banner year for me since I have 2 guys on their way.

i guess if deuce doesnt show up i will just try and get ahold of him tomorrow and if not then i guess auto pilot the game tomorrow or just sim it

Carolina Panthers 34 - Denver Broncos 17

The Broncos health their way into the playoffs... barely. At one point both McGahee and Addai were both injured, forcing McFadden back in, who I promptly sent well out of harm's way. Thankfully everyone came out alive, at least on the Broncos side*. To get an idea how seriously I took this one, Sanchez managed to match Brock Osweiler's season total for picks in one game. He did somehow manage 318 yards through the air though, but needless to say this is probably not the offense the Broncos will be featuring in the playoffs.

*The Panthers did lose Charles Godfrey for most of the playoffs to a broken jaw, and Stewart had a scare towards the end, exemplifying why McFadden was nowhere near a helmet. Glad Stewart at least escaped serious harm.

gg MA! Sorry we couldn't meet under more competitive circumstances, we always seem to get these Week 17 games lately..

Broncos giveaways Weeks 1-16: 9
Broncos giveaways Week 17: 6

In hindsight I probably should have just run up the middle all game so I could keep the amazing record of under 10 giveaways going. I'm still calling it a moral victory in this league where 12 different teams turned it over 40+ times. :D

Denver Broncos End of Season Report

Record: 12-4 (1st in AFC West), #4 seed
Offensive rank: 16th (pending Week 17 results)
Defensive rank: 7th (pending Week 17 results)

Passing:
QB Brock Osweiler: 120/188 (63%), 2,112 yards, 20TDs, 6 INT.

Osweiler finally had the breakout year I've been hoping for since I handed him the job in season one. He's not going to win any passing titles, but in my mind this was still an MVP-caliber season from the young QB. His stats were up across the board, and he was by far the most judicious QB in the league, with fewer than half the picks of the next closest starter in the league.

...hopefully Madden doesn't regress him again for no reason this offseason.

Rushing:
HB Darren McFadden: 215 carries for 1,762 yards (8.2ypc), 13 TDs, 3 fumbles
HB Willis McGahee: 113 carries for 342 yards (3.0ypc), 5TDs, 0 fumbles

With Willis McGahee showing almost none of the versatility that he showed last season, McFadden was asked to shoulder much more of the load and thankfully was able to do so. His numbers were up across the board, the only thing keeping him from a 2,000 yard season (and probably the Pro Bowl) being rest towards the end of the year and the number of carries he yielded to McGahee. Best thing I can say for Willis... at least he didn't fumble for the second straight season. Still, a disappointing campaign for him after last year.

Receiving:
WR Demaryius Thomas: 43 catches for 902 yards, 8 TDs
WR Vincent Jackson: 27 catches for 544 yards, 5 TDs
TE Julius Thomas: 21 catches for 447 yards, 5 TDs
WR Eric Decker: 22 catches for 332 yards, 3 TDs
HB Darrn McFadden: 13 catches for 124 yards, 1 TD

Another season, another balanced passing game for the Broncos. These guys are never going to put up Pro Bowl numbers with the run-first nature of the Broncos offense, but all continued to do the job when called upon. Demaryius Thomas pulled away from the pack a bit more this season, but I'm still confident that all these guys can catch the ball when it counts.

Defensive Leaders:
Tackles: LOLB Von Miller, 65
Sacks: LOLB Von Miller, 16
Interceptions: CB Joe Haden, 5 (just nabbed his season goal in week 17), MLB Joe Mays, 5
Forced Fumbles: LOLB Von Miller, 7

It was very much the Von Miller show on defense this year, as the 4th year man turned in by far his best season to date. A lot of that has to do with rookie phenom DE Jaron Archer, who had 11 sacks and was also a terror in the running game. Given how much I traded to move up and pick him, I'm very glad he worked out so well. This is still a defense which doesn't rely on the turnover to thrive, though truth be told I wouldn't mind a few more. :D

Kicking:
Matt Prater 22/23, Long of 59

The Broncos close the book on their return to supremacy in the AFC West and look forward to hosting the Ravens in the Wild Card Round.
I need Über put on auto I tried to play the game before work but I will have to play later this evening now
PM Fero, he should be able to do it this evening.
They have two games this week?
I think he means Chargers vs Falcons lol. Although with him trading for Gamble and then picking up a couple of my rejects (Deangelo Williams and Jimmy Clausen), you might as well call him the Atlanta Panthers!

Can you please do the same for the Skins. Harris had mentioned that if I did not hear from him today, that he could be put on auto. He still has not responded to me as of yet.

Wildcard Week

Ravens @ Broncos
Dolphins @ Texans
49ers @ Lions
Panthers @ Giants
Good slate of games to kick off this postseason.

I know its early for this but if anyone is entertaining the though of trading a LB or CB in the off-season, I would be interested. Looking for a LB that has at least 80 speed and 75 awareness. Int terms of a CB, I need someone with good man coverage (84+) and (75) awareness as well as 90+ Speed. Send me a PM if you have interest. Thanks.
BV, I still have yet to hear from the Skins. Can I play them on auto tonight when the commish gets back from work?
Go ahead.

Chiefs will probably suck but I just want to say.....wow Ravens. Lewis, Kruger, Ellerbe, Boldin, Reed gone. At least you have Flacco, you're going to need his prayer balls.
Asomugha released as well.

Trade Brandon Marshall...then overpay for speed!
Dolphins brass play a lot of Madden

Superstar (Cowboys) pmed me and asked to be put on Auto, I can't pm right now. Can someone let fero know to do this along with the others.

And no worries at all Superstar, shit happens

I doubt Flacco's contract has much to do with these guys not being re-signed. Not that the money isn't relevant, but I doubt they were suddenly like "holy shit, where did all our money go?" That's not to say I remotely understand what the Ravens are doing this offseason, because I certainly don't.

I like what the Ravens are doing its a new beginning and just like cool said we make talent and get the most out of our players. ellerbe signed for 35 mill and kruger 40 mill Im glad they got their money but i understand where ozzie is coming from in not paying them

either way super bowl or not we would have been in rebuilding mode..im just glad we were on the winning end of the stick, and we have a qb and can build around our qb to contend along with a decent defense

Games Left:

Colts @ Patriots
Bears @ Lions
Vikings @ Rams SIM
Eagles @ Cowboys IF Lv doesn't play the cpu, this is a SIM
Saints @ Raiders
Falcons @ Chargers

Eagles finish another season 9-7.

Looking forward to a quick offseason!

Eagles Offseason Trading Block

What is everyone's feeling on sticking with the 2-day advancement period versus moving back to 3? I do think the 2 days has worked pretty well, but from a personal standpoint I'm finding it to be a bit much to play a game every other day. I'd like to get opinions though, we won't switch back if the majority of people favor sticking with 2.
