well just got done sending pms to everyone i play during the preseason would liek to play them all so i can get use to playing again
 
Jaguars get their first win under my command 38-37.

Also, I guess no one bothered to tell McFadden that 7th rounders are supposed to be awful, because he came away with 90+ yards and two touchdowns.

BV called one of the TDs ;)

Also Janikowski"s kick power dropped to at 93 getting old sucks.

Center Edmund Shade - Run block 86 Pass block 85 IBL 80 Strength 94 Awareness 82 Toughness 89 injury 96

Kicker Jason Kinslow- kick power 99 kick Accuracy 80 (reason i did this is well matt bryant my old kciker was 88 power and getting 3 mill a year so i saved 2 million a year by doing this and got a way better kick)


well thats my top 3 players in the draft think i did well considering they are all above 83 overall

EDIT: my roster sits at 45 people right now so with the 4 total FA pick up i think i should be fine with 49 on the season

My "throw the ball 25 times with Mark Sanchez" offense performed about as well as expected. Poor Darren McFadden got about 2 snaps. :D

On the bright side, both of my rookie receivers played pretty well once the subs were in. Osbourne made a bunch of catches, and Trinca-Pasat returned a kick for a TD (and almost broke another). We'll see if they're able to crack the depth chart once the season starts.

That fumble recovery was one of the crazier Madden plays I've ever seen, and that's saying a lot. If that had happened in a regular season game, my controller would not have survived. :lol:
 
During my game with BV i had the most outrageous play. 3rd and long in about the 3rd quarter, i did a run play up the middle. His MLB comes up and hits my RB, forces a fumble. About 2 Olineman and 3 Dl dive for the ball. Somehow Skelton dives in and comes up with the fumble, he rolls across the bodies of the people on the ground. He gets up with the ball, breaks a tackle(which forces another defender to fall down as well) and then runs for about 40 yards before getting caught from behind. I almost expected him to just stiff arm that guy and then moon BV when he got in the endzone.

Prater aced one from 62 in our game. Probably had the leg to get through from further. Kick power rules.

I'm pretty sure it was actually Von Miller, my subs were getting gassed and he's like 4th on my MLB depth chart.

any chance we might move the quarters up to 6 minutes to make it possible to reach defense goals there next to impossible on season goals

4. Make sure you don't sign anyone on the restricted list (can someone re-post that?) unless their owner has said they don't want them.

I've already seen three different people signing FAs without posting in the thread. I've been nice and PMed them rather than posting it in the thread and allowing other people to claim those players. You must post in the thread when you add a player. No exceptions.
 
hey when i pick up aluala im going to pick up the lowest TE to do my practice was going to do a TE this round but couldnt pass on the DT which i also needed one of them as well after the practice i will drop him

I realize not all the times are even, but we're trying to get both FA and the preseason done without dragging on too much. Hopefully knowing exactly when your FA group is up will also help people out in scheduling.
 
does buying multiple boost packages for xp in the same position doing anything. was also curious if it does anything if the player is already at superstar level?

ya thats when i played fero we were on mic and when i went to switch the kicker and punter back to normal i hit the y button that did auto reorder and he said it was all good and that he would just do auto reorder as well and that was before BV had mentioned anything. but fero said it was all good becuz he knew it wasnt purposely done and neither of us really wanted to wait to fix it all back to normal.
 
Can't believe you dropped McCoy lol, I woulda given you like a 3rd for him...I didn't know you were that desperate to get rid of him!! I thought the price was gonna be too high.
 
Is it really necessary that we drop a player when we sign our FA if we're over 53 players for the preseason? Can we make an exception since part of the purpose of preseason is to try out our players and make our cuts accordingly to get down to 53 by the end of the preseason? It's completely normal to be over 53 during the preseason. Just a thought though...not that big of a deal either way.

Nobody said it was necessary, and it isn't necessary. That's why nobody's done it. ;)

yeh man i said i was willing to down grade he was pretty much the only player that would help my cap. but i really didnt want to get rid of him. i also cant say im not happy you didnt get him lol

We played by the same rules for the pre-season last year, so it's not like its a new thing. Just make sure to be more careful next time.

Me too, until I saw that it was Fake Skip Bayless saying it was dumb. Then I knew it was the right move.

He wasn't really a need for me since I'm already pretty good along the defensive line, but there weren't any offensive linemen who really excited me. Dockett opposite Dumervil at the ends should be pretty stout.

Yeah, he was good for me all year. But he had 4 years left on his contract at 9 mill a year with no bonus, so it was an easy cap relief cut.
