I love the Virtual Console. One of the main reasons I bought a Wii. So far I have bought Sonic, Wario Woods, F-Zero, and Bonk's Adventure. I'm thinking of buying Zelda (I have never played a Zelda game, believe it or not, and don't own it for Wii), and I am definitely hitting up Super Mario Brothers on Christmas morning.
One thing I don't get however, is how people are complaining about how Nintendo is not realesing everything right away. Now, come on, obviously they would not do that, and it makes perfect sense. If they released all the good stuff now, what would we have to look foward to in the coming weeks, months, and years? And if they did, would we honestly have even bothered buying some of the other games? I know I would have gone and right away bought N64 Mario Kart and Super Mario World, and never have bothered with anything else. Instead, I am having an absolute blast playing Bonk's Adventure (what a fun game! I had never heard of it) and Wario's Woods. Stop complaining and check out some of the titles. I admit games like "Pinball" don't look fun at all, but there are lot of really good games on the Virtual Console that people don't want to give a chance, because it's not Mario.
Also, anyone know, is R-Type on the TurboGrafix system the same as the R-Type game on SNES? I remember playing the SNES one when I was a kid. That might explain the 800 point price, since it is essentially an SNES game as well.
