so did anyone here get the 360 copy of shadowrun that they ordered? Or did almost everyone get the PC version? I got my shipping invoice yesterday that said "Microsoft Xbox 360 Shadowrun" but under it it said something like "you will find the product key on the inside of the slip".. So im assuming ill be getting the pc version as well

yeah i got the PC version of the game. then i complained and they credited my account so i got it for free, so yeah you are correct!
Wow, mediocre games? Just about every review would say otherwise.
It's his personal opinion. Yeah, people are allowed to have those.

Same happened to me for Lost, they sent me the correct Lost and within a week I got it.

I also don't believe that Halo 3 and GTA IV are as good as 'reviews' say.
Hell, Tales of Vesperia got a 'review' average of 8.4, The only games better than it this generation are MGS 4, Bioshock, Oblivion, and Fallout 3.

You might want to stop reading or at least relying on reviews.

Reviews might as well be called personal opinion, because that's all they are. Hell I have so much damn fun playing online with my brother and friends on Halo 3 they I'd give it 10 just for that. I don't go by reviews. I look at game play videos, and read up on the engine it's using etc. Either I buy it and love it, hate it and think I wasted my money, or I wait till it drops to a low price buy it and say for the amount I paid it was good.
do people still play shadowrun?
Yes, there's actually a thread in the 360 forum about it. It's a fun game, you can't go wrong for 10 dollars.
do people still play shadowrun?
yes, the guys from the RagTag group occasionally play this. We alternate between alot of games, so at 10 bucks it's worth it.

Theres a code for $5 off any purchase over $5 I received in my email.
Not sure if its the same code for everyone or if its a unique one, but just lookout for it.
This promo code MEMKNUR0510 you entered is only available for specific programs.
Tried with Zoids. Haven't tried another :(
The code is MEMKNUR0510

Got the same prompt from newegg when I tried to use it so there must be some fine print somewhere that says what is good and what is not...

Thanks anyways though.
Got Blue Dragon today and it appears to be a Spanish version (box text is all in Spanish). Anyone with the same issue?
Wow! No, I bought it a couple months back from them and it was all English.
Is Kameo worth it? Does it still hold up today? That's tempting at that price.
Kameo's controls are kind of odd for a platformer, but it's easy to get used to and definitely has a classic feel. Go for it!

Just picked up:

:360: - Dark Messiah of Might and Magic for $11.99
:360: - Hot Wheels Beat That for $14.xx

Would like to have gotten the HW for cheaper but I haven't had much luck. $20 for the used version is the cheapest I've found and I've seen the new version for as high as $45 :bomb:. I guess I can settle for these prices.

If I remember correctly...Yes(but only 1 Human player), I think that was the main reason I sold my copy (which was long time ago)
Can you play multi-player on shadowrun without using xbl?
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/game/shadowrun/guide/

For the achievements I think you have to have 8 ppl. Not sure if this can be done on a local LAN or if you have to be connected to XBL. I'd say that you have to be on XBL.... but I could be wrong.

If you just want to play multi-player against CPU then I think it can be local only.

Thanks for the info, that sucks. I was hopign to get a nice FPS that me and some friends could play together... oh well.

Yea no prob, I hate when shooters don't have offline MP(with more than 1-2 Human).

Dangit I was hoping they'd have Fuzion Frenzy 2 for 10 or under, need me that game for summer.

Yep, me too. Is there an English language option? I'm not opening it yet.

I would avoid Fuzion Frenzy 2 if you can. I absolutely hated that game.

I picked up Fuzion Frenzy 2 for $5 in a Toys 'R Us clearance bin. I played the demo on XBL and told myself, "I've got to get this game".

The "announcer" for this game has one of the most utterly annoying voices ever. He would talk on, and on, and on and my attempts to skip the yacking (by pressing "A" on the controller) would only shorten his chatter momentarily (and then he would start talking again). The music for the game is terrible and the load times are quite long as well. The game's AI is extremely cheap and the achievements aren't as easy to acquire and you might think (if you're playing with another person, only player 1 is able to get the achievement...the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th won't get any at all).

If you want to get an inexpensive party game, pick up Viva Pinta: Party Animals (I love that game) or maybe Scene It.

Bottomline, this game is horrible and I feel that it is my duty to spare you from wasting away your hard earned money on such an awful product.

I think I'm pretty much done with NewEgg at this point. First there was the Halo 3 Legendary issue, then today I got Blue Dragon, which was a re-wrap, and it was missing the manual.
Yep, me too. Is there an English language option? I'm not opening it yet.
Same here, not going to open mine either.

FYI, most of the retail copies of Blue Dragon that I've seen all had the "cheap" cellophane wrapping (much like Lost Odyssey does) so I'm not positive it was a rewrap, though the missing manual is certainly suspect.

Also got the Spanish version of Blue Dragon >_< Didnt open it.

For those who got the sealed spanish versions of Blue Dragon, I happened to open mine. There is an option to select English, Spanish, and Japanese voices, and all the text is in english. Mine also did not have a manual even though it was sealed w/ the security sticker still in tact.

Nice! Thanks for letting us know.

Yup, me also, I didnt open it and called customer service and they were actually really nice and gave me a full refund! They even emailed me and said i could keep the game and do whatever i want with it. (they said it would cost them more to ship it back to them) so now i have a spanish version, i think i will try the game out and see if there is an english option in the game.

update: just saw that you can still play the game, cool!

Give customer service a call, its worth it to see if you get your money back.
