I guess this system will at least not scratch its own top screen, so that's a plus. I'm in the market to upgrade my 3DS to something new with my top screen being all scratched up and the B button barely working thanks to Animal Crossing, but I'm avoiding this like the plague. I'll get a 3DS XL when they go on sale next time so I can have something that's portable and an improvement on the original 3DS.
The physical design seems like it comes with the same seeds that resulted in that last Wii model.
