was buying metroid anyway and the 7-10 mission dlc was 20 gold points I snagged it for free

nintendo tends to keep their dlc very reasonably priced so the rest is only a few bucks but I've heard from multiple people including you it isn't really necessary so I'll save the few bucks for something else.

It's going to be there when you finally get to Pikmin 3 so there's no rush to buy it. Pick it up when you've finished Pikmin and are hungry for more.

If you want a cheaper alternative, I'd highly recommend downloading the Tennis Club Pass for Wii Sports Club. For only $10, you'll get a more traditional tennis experience with online play as an option.

One of the weaker Mario and Luigi RPGs. Bad pacing (bloated, slow), dialog is not funny. On the positive side, combat is still fun, the game is pretty challenging, RPG elements are good, level design is pretty good, and the art is beautiful.

I hear the new game is better. If you've never played Bowser's Inside Story, that one is amazing and playable via BC.

I will get on this thanks. I think I have at least 4 games that are available to upgrade. I still have Wii points so maybe I will use it up on games I can upgrade to Wii U rather than getting Wiiware titles. Hmmmm.

Last night, I beat Conception II. Clocked in at 80 hours and 20 minutes. Final boss battle was great, but the game is definitely a grind later. I enjoyed the girls' story, but somehow I never maxed any of them enough to take them to the final event. No one loved me.

I ended up getting Shovel Knight on the Xbox One and 3DS XL. Too bad you don't have a 3DS, the 3D effects on the 3DS version really does add something special to the game. One of the best uses of 3D effects for a 2D game on the system. So much so I stopped playing the Xbox One and PC version.

Definitely a great game for anyone on the fence about it, especially if you have a 3DS XL

However, Splatoon and Mario Maker are tentative because Nintendo is trying to port the save files and servers over to the NX so all the user data can be moved over.

Don't buy an eShop game unless it's on sale, or you absolutely need to play it in 10 minutes because you probably won't play it before it comes on sale next.
