I've owned all three switch (1?) models. The Lite was my first, then we bought a regular Switch 1 which became my kid's switch, then I got an OLED. No longer have the Lite, but I would buy one again for the right price.
Lite was amazingly small and portable. I loved that aspect of it. The screen made it hard to read some text in puzzle games for me. I didn't realize it was an issue until we got the regular switch. The OLED screen is pretty amazing. If you play at night at minimum brightness, the OLED is really fantastic at getting super dark. During game loading the pixels will be off, which is almost eerie.
Having access to a dock and TV out is really cool. I didn't know what I was missing in that regard. The same is true for the joycons and other accessories. One thing to really like about the non-Lite is that your analog sticks aren't built in, so if you develop drift, you can just swap the joycon. You will have to buy all new accessories --thankfully everything is cheap now. Back when the OLED was new I cheaped out and didn't want to buy a second Satisfye grip and instead had a coworker 3D print one; that was a huge mistake and I scratched up my joycons. Live and learn, I guess.
Anyway, I would whole heartedly recommend the OLED, but I'd be lying if I didn't also mention that the lite is holds a special place in my heart, too.
