Mayfiar Bestbuy has Halo Reach Legendary for $79.99 as well as the Limited Editon one for $39.99 (Orginally $79.99).. Also had some of the TH:Rides for $20..

Menomonee falls one has a bunch if the Tatsunoko VS. Capcom for $15 as well as ride bundles and some Tekken 6 Fight stick PS3 bundles for $35
 
I went to my local Best Buy, San Carlos CA, looking for $30 Heavy Rain. They didn't have it, but I did spot Saints Row Double Pack (360) for $14.99. I went ahead and picked it up.
 
I recently went to the local Best Buy in South Setauket, NY and noticed they had a clearance rack of various PS3 and 360 games. I didn't get a good look at all the prices, but here are a few games and their clearance prices:

I have a "value rack" at mine for each system but they're usually to be found normally priced what they are there and various other stores...and sometimes even more expensive (FF VII: CC was $17 instead of 9.99 for instance).

They even had some bins out a while back and again, all the stuff was priced very badly. Every now and then I do find stuff in the normal racks though so I may have to check. I would mind GH: SH's.

There are two different types of Best Buy clearance items. Those on the national level and those on the store level. Those on the store level involve a price override at the register and are usually only good at that particular location. Those on the national level should be on clearance at ALL Best Buys, though the price may differ, and those do not need a price override at the register. Though the prices may be slightly different per location, the item itself should always ring up as "clearance" on the receipt. I believe that most of the games listed by the OP are those of the national level, as I have seen most of those at my Best Buy for those prices.

The lowest I see is $9.99-$15. Like Ghost recon $20. Final Fantasy CC $17

I still think there should be two Best Buy clearance threads. One for the store level clearance items where its only on clearance at one particular store and the price requires an override. Much like the Wal-Mart clearance thread the store location would be a requirement for all posts in this thread. The other Best Buy clearance thread could be for items that are in the system on clearance across ALL Best Buys. Much like the Target clearance thread, the items may have differing prices across stores but the common thing connecting them would they would be on clearance at all stores and do not require a price override to get the game. I myself have seen at least 30 games that fall into this category.

I'd even volunteer myself to create that thread but if a mod is just going to merge in into this clusterf*ck of a thread, why bother.

I don't know if we need two, look at Target and Sears both. In a way they're both national AND YMMV at the same time. People just know to automatically state the location no matter what. Looks like it was merged anyway, right?

Try THIS link. ;) Remember though, even if it says UNAVAILABLE, it may still be IN stock but they may just have less than three copies of it.

Ah, that did it, thanks. :D Hm, not available in the immediate area, but the closest store that does have it is near somewhere else that I need to go to sometime soon anyway. Maybe I'll give it a try this next weekend.

And yeah, I know they may have it in other stores in low stock anyway, but I don't have time to drive around to every Best Buy in the area searching (especially given that even if I do find it, it may well still be full price here). I'll definitely check any stores that I happen to be near, though.
 
Once you cut/paste the SKU into the right spot in the URL you have to hit ENTER to reload the page and change it from whatever product you were using the URL of to the thing you're trying to find.;)

Yeah, I did that, but I was (stupidly, in hindsight -- should have known better, been too long since I've done this) trying to use a product info page rather than a store search page. Note that if you click on the product link on that store search page, it comes up dead.

See, these would be examples of a clearance at a particular store. If you go into your local one expecting these prices prepare to be disappointed.

Last Rebellion (PS3) is however, a national Best Buy clearance title. I have seen it at the $18.99 price at my local Best Buy and marked as clearance.
 
More of an FYI, I just picked up Blazblue Calamity Trigger LE Used at a Best Buy and it appeared in really good shape. To my suprise, the game and the bonus discs were brand new in the package (Y-folds). An added bonus was that I got to use the 10% off coupon as well so it cost around $16.XX. Extremely YMMV of course.
 
Is there a 10% off coupon floating around now? Did a search and couldn't find anything; also haven't received a mailer lately, but I just bought a blu ray player the other day I would love to go back and get an adjustment for.
 
Mine was a premier silver coupon for 10% of regular priced games/accessories, good until 3/27. I know the mobile coupons were posted on here for premier and regular reward zone but couldn't find them. I am not sure how long the regualr reward zone coupons were good for.

Thanks. The silver mobile coupon that was posted ran to the 27th but it didn't specifically state games as one of the categories.

Damn, just double-checked, and I had a 10% off which expired on the 21st...and it included Blu-ray players...and the 21st is the day I bought said Blu-ray player... :(

I dont know for sure an employee would have to say but I have seen games go lower it just seems like its done at the stores choice.. I am curious about the same thing though because looking at a Halo Reach Legendary edition at $59.99 it said Sku expires 4/31/11 lol which to me is funny because that date dont exist but it make you wonder what happens with the items then..
 
In my experience, Mondays tend to be the days new price tags seem to go up on clearance items. But things drop painfully slow at BB in my experience, if at all.

This. I have yet to find a YMMV item at my local BB. Not that I go there much anymore (due to said lack of good deals), but nonetheless everything is always MSRP or generic advertised sale price.
 
I didn't want to create another thread for this so I decided to post in here.

Question: Have y'all signed in to the Reward Zone page recently?

I just signed in to check my points and to my surprise I was awarded a $15 Reward Certificate yesterday. I honestly don't know what this is for (it doesn't say), all it has is the issue date (3/31/2011 for me), type (Issued certs), description ($15 Reward Zone Certificate), amount (-) and points (-750). The expiration date is 7/23/2011.

Y'all may want to sign-in and check for this :D
