oooo i see now i didnt see the thanksgiving on the botton part.. thought the entire ad was friday... Man CC webpage is going to explode

You might still have to buy it then mail in rebates, the free printer and router has been a deal at CC for awhile. when I bought my laptop last month they had the same deal where you buy them, then do MIR. I dont really know how it will work online.

And I can't wait for Fry's ads, it better be good to make up for the rest of the crap this year.
*phew* Just hit up the BB near me today and picked up one of 3 copies of SC:CT left on the shelf. Glad I did, would have hated to go early next Friday just to see there's nothing there for me. At least now I'll have a good reason to go Friday morning, to get the price diff! :D
Most companies on bf don't open customer service until after the initial morning 6 hour sale. Hence, you most likely wont get the price diff.

I bought a couple things online earlier this year that had mail in rebates. You just download the form, print it and mail it in with the upc code and invoice. I would think Circuit City would have the rebates available for download or maybe shipped with the 3 items.

Given you have to buy the laptop online, you'd think the deals that go with it are available online as well.

It's a great deal. Not sure how much I need a laptop though. I just bought a desktop this year and upgrades for it a couple months ago.

Its $600 instant savings no rebates of any kind people, its like the motherlode this year. And its not the thanksgiving special. 5am friday you'd better be there.

Edit: Hmm I don't know if its online or not. Taking a step back I guess it could appear to be online but I had taken that to mean that there were specials online not that these were some of the deals. Hmm guess I'll wait to I get the print.

Well it's hard to read what kind of rebate it is because the type is so small and blurry. It's definitely a web only deal on thursday. Look at the ad again. It is right under the red bar that says "Web only specials Thanksgiving Day @ CircuitCity.com"

Actually, one of the $250 off instant rebates requires you to sign up for 2 months of some service.

I think it's 12 months of AOL

Well, i went to BB and there were no coupon thingies.

But, the SPpecial Mario Party GC bundles were out and available for purchased.

They had a palate of fifty bundles with a sticker on the front that said something like, "$10 Certificate and $50 worth of coupons inside this box."

Looking at the image again, I think you're right.

Is there anyway to get in on the Best Buy deals via online ordering and in-store pickup, or some other way somehow? They have some nice stuff but I would never be able to fight through the stampede(Especially considering I'm a small guy), nor would I want to.
I think it's 12 months of AOL
*Shivers at the thought.*

Thanks for reading. :)
I swear I heard on the radio that Wal-Mart is price matching Black Friday deals. Can anyone confirm this??
I doubt that its true most stores will no price macth black friday deals because its considered a special sale.

What are the first 3 stores that you guys will be going to? what will you hope to get. I am completely lost Black Friday-wise.
Also, when will you guys be going out to these stores/ when do these stores open?

There's a link to a Yahoo news story regarding them pricematching in one of the various threads, I think it might be in Deal Discussions.

For anyone who was going to get 1080 (GC) at EB, Best Buy has it out for 9.99 right now. My store had numerous copies, but since I'm barely into SSX3 yet, I don't really need another snowboarding game. I'll wait till SSX On Tour is cheap, and then only cause I'm a Nintendo whore and they licensed Mario.

Highly unlikely that they will allow you to do that. As doing that would be way too easy for all the people with "inside" information.

I have done that before. As long as it is within the 7 day return window. After 7 days you are stuck.
CC is not doing price matching on Black Friday.
Are you sure? I was thinking maybe I could grab a copy of Brothers In Arms: RTH30 now from CC, and then pricematch later after the rush is over.

"Price Guarantee
If you've seen a lower advertised price from another local store with the same item in stock, we want to know about it. Bring it to our attention, and we'll gladly beat their price by 10% of the difference. If you see a lower advertised price (including our own sale prices) within 30 days of your purchase, we'll refund 110% of the difference.

Our policy applies only to advertised prices. It does not apply to special offers or promotions, including rebates, free-with-purchase offers and special financing. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide price matches online, so please visit the closest Circuit City store to take advantage of our Price Guarantee."

Black friday sales items shouldn't be considered "special promotions", right? How would it be different from regular ads? Meh. I have been trying to play BIA:RTH30 for over a half a year now, so hopefully I should be able to PM it. Also, if they themselves advertise a lower price for an item bought from their store, then does it also have to be in-stock?
Wouldn't saver take care of the shipping? Who knows, you may even be able to use your EDGE card on these, wishful thinking but still.
Edge, usually; saver, maybe.

I got the CC advance flyer today and the fine print on that notebook is that it's a $350 instant rebate and a $250 AOL Rebate. So ignoring the AOl gimmick it's $450 out the door.

Then the free wireless router and printer are after rebate. But my sister just wants the notebook. And I think the CC one is the best bang for the buck. The Walmart one is $150 cheaper but has less memory and less HD sppace. And THe CC oone has a DVD RW and it's he toshiba brand.
