Feels like the plastic will stretch and break before the adhesive let's go. It's that soft melt wrap bs. And it's a hard plastic sticker that will permanently bend trying to peel it slowly. Oh well I have the CE too.

Are you sure? In cart it is $50. When I just clicked checkout it converts to £39 leading me to believe this is just a currency conversion. If so, then the price is not $39 but is in fact $50. When you add to the cart are you sure it is dollars?

Found you guys are right. Somehow some currency converting add-on got activated on my browser and was mucking up the price for the worse. Sorry about the mess.

In my cart its $39.00, not GBP. Initially when I load up the page it says 30.00 GBP but then auto-corrects to $39.00. When I go through Paypal, it auto-converts what it assumes to be 39.00 GBP up to $48.71. Messy. I got confused too, its changed. Leaving it as is.

As I listed above I found an unwanted currency converting browser app on my browser. It was changing the $39 to $50, and then in the checkout screen it was making it 39 GBP. When I turned off that add-on I would see 30 GBP turn to $39 and in the checkout screen it would just say 30 GBP. They do charge 6 GBP(at least to me) to ship internationally so my final total in good ol' American dollars would be just over $47.

I guess after the site auto-converted the price the add-on thought it had to convert it as well and just made the price higher >_>

The game and the other Signature editions are in fact $39 + shipping. You were right, I was wrong(thanks to this stupid add-on). Sorry for the confusion Vogyn.

Nothing to do with the game. Walmart's algorithm is broken or something. It's been happening with a lot of games there lately. You were able to get God wars for like 25, before it even came out. They keep having weird random price drops on stuff before it even launches.

I don't think it's broken, I think they are just trying to compete with Amazon and doing a damn good job at it. Other categories have also had the weird price drops - I have been noticing its been happening to a lot of movies as well. Hopefully they keep it up and prices get lower overall.

I'm pretty sure it's just a temporary hold. I pre-ordered Zelda earlier this year and the charges went away after a few days but returned right when the game shipped. No worries.

Is Amazon going to discount Aerea or not since it includes "Collector Edition" in the title.  Starting to despise them for having so many exclusives.  I've moved most of my orders elsewhere to get away from their stupid bubble mailers.

Wow...they must have just removed it as I can recall looking at a few days ago and decided to wait a few more days to see how the game was received. Oh well - guess I won't be adding that to my collection from Amazon. Will just get it from Gamestop now since I have credit there.

im looking at Yomawari LE on NIS America at $50 and just the standard game on walmart site for $21.xx. I'm like they added 2 keychains and a poster for $50. dont think thats worth it.

I kinda wish Activision would of put out an Art of the COD Zombies cause some of the settings and concept art for that would make for a good book.

3 Call of Duty guides with 3 separate entries. Well actually, one of them is part of the other one -- Anyway everything's updated. All links should be labeled to the retailers. I still have to add price to the books section and add more retailer links to the 2nd half of the OP, will do that later today. Also I'm thinking of changing the patch notes post to a Deals section where any past CEs, like that Wolfenstein CE that was just posted, can be put. And I'd divide it into Live or Dead. That sounds more useful.

Of course. Books are CEs too.

 
Those CEs that don't include the game lose their appeal, I don't think it's a smart marketing strategy.

Reminds me of that Mass Effect CE

Those CEs that don't include the game lose their appeal, I don't think it's a smart marketing strategy.

yea for real.

you sell a mass effect andromea nomad toy for sale and its just an over overpriced toy.

you sell it with a game and it becomes a must buy collectors item. haha

its great more of these collectors editions give you option but i do agree it loses its appeal and flair.

That just makes it technically not a game and only a merchandise bundle so at least you're not compelled to get it if you collect games :D

I miss out on the fire emblem: echoes CE again but I really just want it for the artwork. I havent even played my fates ce yet.

There's a chance that amazon will glitch and applied the match price with the 20% discount. One of my pre-ordered game has this happened before.

Here's hoping. In the meantime I cancelled my BB pre-order and moved it over to Wally. Saving a whole $7. Gonna put that towards Hitman in BB early black friday sale. Hell yeah Steelbooks

 
Walmart canceled Wolf II for $71 got the email today. Was a good try like they canceled Tekken 7 CE when it was low.
