All you guys, sorry. Thought we'd start at 8. Forgot the stupid time zones.
Oh, wow. That's a dirty move by Newegg. I saw Season Pass and assumed it was the collection like it's being sold everywhere else. I see now that you have to scroll all the way down to the "features" section before it says "Episodes 2-5". They should have put that in the title or at the very least in the section where it shows the genre and DRM type.Sweet, thats too good to pass up, thanks for the heads up.
Edit:
Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo...6.80 is for Episodes 2-5....you still have to buy Episode 1. But luckily its only 2.00, which is still a good deal overall.
Watch, as soon as you trade it in, they'll add lobbies for OTP, haha. Oh, who am I kidding? lolI tried playing NHL 15 last night and got no joy from it. I think we're going to part ways as acquaintances, before we become enemies.
Yeah but it will be called NHL 16.Watch, as soon as you trade it in, they'll add lobbies for OTP, haha. Oh, who am I kidding? lol
Ironically, I would assume that it's to polish the game up, but their track record makes me wonder if it will still be a mess
1. Already have it pre-ordered on PCMight as well get it on Xbox One, Nate. Even when the PC version does release, it'll probably be a while before the bugs will be worked out.
The article does claim that it's to make sure GTA Online and the new Heists are ready on PC on day one. That could just be a convenient excuse though. Either way, I guess at least the game will be fairly loaded with content whenever it does finally come out.Ironically, I would assume that it's to polish the game up, but their track record makes me wonder if it will still be a mess
Speaking of GTA V and Heists, they were just announced for March 10th.1. Already have it pre-ordered on PC
2. No way would I consider getting it on console with the possibility of native or modded Rift support. There's just too much potential for greatness there.

lol...I wouldn't go that far. Delays happen. It's just frustrating feeling like it's close, but not really. I mean, look at The Division or Project CARS. Those have both been pushed back several times.Poor GTA V will never see the light of day on the PC they way they are going. Lol.
Or at least we will get the hololens add on before the PC version comes out.
I play 15 otp and I have surprisingly had quite a few games where it's like I'm playing games with you guys. Everybody knows how to play and knows how to cycle the puck.
Yeah, that was some awesome hockey. Kudos to Lendeskog for not striding into that hit. He glided in and timed it perfectly. It was still brutal because Josi had just turned around to getMuch Credit to Landeskog. Beautiful hit, and takes Weber out for 17 minutes. That's a hell of a captain right there! It was definitely a draw though.

I've been watching a few of Nashville's games. They are looking real good. They've mentioned on a few Wings telecast that Detroit and Nashville are the only two teams who have not lost back to back games in regulation yet this year.Yeah, that was some awesome hockey. Kudos to Lendeskog for not striding into that hit. He glided in and timed it perfectly. It was still brutal because Josi had just turned around to geted up something fierce, lol...but it was clean. The fight was pretty great too. And really, the captain compliment applies to both of them, as Weber wasn't going to stand for his linemate getting lit up like that.
The nice thing is this year Weber isn't the only big presence on the team, so him going off like that was more of a spark than anything. And I'll take the end result any day. 41-19 on shots and a 5-2 thumping. I keep saying it, but Nashville is a changed team, man. They're not messing around anymore...especially not at home.
I honestly have no clue how they can pull it off. Assuming the PS4 is capped at 60fps, the first Rift had a hard time making 720p experiences that didn't cause motion sickness from being juddery when you'd turn your head. And even then ones that worked best were games where not much action was going on.*waits impatiently for more details on Project Morpheus*
I understand that it won't be as powerful as PC VR headsets, but I'm still very excited. Might get some good info tomorrow:

Yeah, the compatibility thing could definitely make it messy. Part of me wonders if Valve will actually have an easier time since their device will have two screens...so maybe games won't need to be specially rendered since each eye will naturally get its own image. It would just be a question of adjusting the separation to create the 3D effect.Itll be interesting to see how the current dev landscape will change with 3 VR headsets. Will it be like the console wars where if you want to play X game, you have to have a certain headset?
From what I've read it's "greatly reduced", "hardly noticeable", etc. But people said that about the DK2 also. My understanding of SDE is that it's a byproduct of the resolution and being so close to the screen...so a higher resolution should be the most foolproof way to reduce it. I have read about different tricks to get rid of it that DLP projectors use, but I don't know if those are possible in a VR setting or what hits to performance they would cause.Does Crescent Bay have that screen door effect? That alone would probably make it seem worse despite the higher resolution, and assuming the Vive doesn't.
Yeah, I actually saw Markiplier's video of it. It seems really interesting. The Steam description gives a really good explanation of what the game is about.Have you guys heard of this game called The Town of Salem? It's a free browser game, though you can buy it on Steam for $5. Really cool. Worth trying out.
Town of Salem is a fresh innovation on the classic party games Mafia and Werewolf. It is a game of murder, accusations, deceit and mob hysteria.
How To Play
The game ranges from 7 to 15 players. These players are randomly divided into alignments - Town, Mafia, Serial Killers, Arsonists and Neutrals. If you are a Town member (the good guys) you must track down the Mafia and other villains before they kill you. The catch? You don't know who is a Town member and who is a villain.
If you are an evil role, such as a Serial Killer, you secretly murder town members in the veil of night and try to avoid getting caught.
Roles
Town of Salem has 30 unique roles ensuring a different experience each time you play.
Before a game starts, players are put into a lobby where the host can select what roles will be in the game. Players are then assigned roles at random from the list of chosen roles. Players have an in-game role card that explains their role's abilities and alignments. For an in-depth look at the abilities of each role please visit: www.blankmediagames.com/roles
Game Phases
Night
The night phase is when most roles use their abilities. For example, Serial Killers stealthily murder people, Doctors heal people who are attacked, and Sheriffs interrogate people for suspicious activity.
Day
The day phase allows the Town members to discuss who they suspect of being an evil role. Once the voting phase starts a majority vote from the town will put someone on trial.
Defense
The defense phase is when you plead your innocence to the town. Have a convincing story or find yourself facing the gallows!
Judgement
During this phase the town will vote on the fate of the defendant. Players can vote guilty, innocent or abstain. If there are more guilty votes than innocent votes the defendant is sentenced to death by hanging!
Customization
Players are able to choose their own map (town setting), character, pet, lobby icon, death animation, house and a custom name. The other players in the game will see your selections. There are currently 10 maps, 29 characters, 20 pets, 5 death animations and 20 houses to choose from.
Didn't see your post till now somehow. I'm tempted to try to marathon all three games in one night and see if I go insane. I like how the dev never announces it ahead of time, and just releases it. Reminds me of the Dreamcast launch. Also, I have no idea how I didn't realize this until now, but Five Nights at Freddy's 3 came out today!
It's insane how this dude made 3 fairly different games in less than 7 months...and yet the overarching storyline is actually absurdly deep and there are all kinds of easter eggs and hidden messages. It makes me think he must have had the story planned out ahead of time...but it's still pretty amazing to put it all together that quickly.

Haha, that would be something to see. I like the random releases too...though I have seen theories on why the games are released the way they are and about the number of days between each game, the dates, etc. and that it ties into the story.Didn't see your post till now somehow.
