Man, F ebgames. I waited all this time to snag a taiko and when they finally update they jack up the price.

Prices all have been jacked back up for Taiko, Warlords IV: Heroes of Etheria and Chris Sawyer's Locomotion.

May Ebgames burn in hell.

They'll drop 'em again later on today.

Dropped to $29.99 used

Chris Sawyer's Locomotion is only 4.99.

it was either 1.99 or .99. I'll be damned if I'm paying 5$ for it.

Man I hate EB online . . . I was checking a game for over an hour . . . I was now closing windows and one showed it in stock . . . I don't know when I last refreshed it. Put it in my cart and poof gone.

I've seen this game instock 3-4 times in the last 6 weeks . . . only to have it vanish each time.

FYI I'm pretty certain Super game boy only works with game boy "classic" games and isn't compatible with the Game Boy Color.

no not compat with GBC games.. it is older than the GBC hardware.
man looks like nothin today got up early for nothing
I'm sorry to say, but I'm up their with the cheapest of the cheap - I just don't know if I would get up early to check ebgames.com. Isn't that borderline "sick"?

to get games that sell out in minutes the only way to do it is to wake up that early.. I don't necessarily think that it is worth it have the time. but I mean mostly the Game Boy titles are the ones that people pick up on the cheap. and then other rare games.. like Marvel Vs Capcom 2, Suikoden 2, PS1 RPGs usually sell out immediately. so.. if you are in the market for something like that.. getting up early is your only chance.

Hah.. not much of a deal, per say. But look at this one.

A "classic"? It's $4.99. Save your money.
:whistle2:k X-Files just keeps getting lower. I wait till it drops to 9.99 before I pick it up.
The game is worth every penny. An absolutely pleasant surprise for me.

Doesn't seem like there really was any big update today. Glad I didn't get up today. :D I saw they had Tales of Destiny 1 which I have been wanting, but I can wait on that one. It seems to come in fairly often now.

Locomotion back to 99 cents, Warlords back at $1.99. Basically, the cheap PC games are pretty much all back.

We're still royally screwed on Taiko for the moment though.
How do I get free shipping? I tried adding a used Playstation game, but I don't see a free shipping option.
Saver is the code.

Yeah, I knew it was only compatible with Game Boy games, but I thought maybe someone would like one for cheap. I just happened to find it while looking for other things, and thought I'd post it here, plus I've been wanting one, and wanted to share.

I've noticed a few Xbox titles were dropped from $14.99 - $12.99, or $12.99 - $9.99.

$12.99

http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/223399.asp

$9.99

http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/238112.asp

But surprisingly though, Carve went way up..

Don't forget your codes: SAVER, CAG15, and your EB Edge Discount Code

Halo (XBX) had dropped to $19.99 for its pre-played price.. which is nice if you liked Halo 2, but never got to playing this. It was $24.99 for a long long time.

Hey, exactly what time (and time zone) do these deals take effect? Precisely how long do they last? I'm often up super-late and see the posts, but I've never once caught one in time. Edify me please.

The site updates about 6am Central Time with what's in stock, price changes, etc (Not sure on new game price changes, I think that may be a little later). Then most of us just browse sections by price to see what's popped up or gone back in stock. I personally have one or two specific games bookmarked, and then I just browse the sections. The prices aren't good for only a specific length of time, but there are a lot of people doing this, and if it's a good game/price, it's going to be gone fast. It's worth it though, I've picked up 23 games over the past two weeks (as of today) for 118.54.

The other thing to consider is that the games that get listed will usually sell faster because they were posted here (not always).

So, if you search the categories yourself you may find games that are cool (for you) and cheap. I've seen a game instock and thought, "hmmm, but no" and the next day someone posts it here and it sells out a few minutes later.

If you post games that you want, you'll only encourage the rest of us to steal them from you! When I bought my Steel Battalion a few months back, I wanted to get Line of Contact (PO its $9.99 when in stock.) I mentioned that it was yanked from my cart on this thread and then a few people said "oh yeah, I want to get that" and I created competition for myself :)

BTW, Steel Battalion is instock
http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/227920.asp
$140 before coupons and you could get the $25 voucher by purchasing it!

Thanks, pulled the trigger on ZOE2. I was hoping they would have the first one in stock as well so I could get both, but alas. Probably better that way, I don't need to spend any more money.
