Ah, they are well worth it. It's much nicer to get 25% off than 15%, and like it has been said many times before, it pays itself off quickly. I have saved many bucks due to it.
 
Not sure whatt he code is but I'll be up early to my B&M EB to buy MM5, Lufia, Chrono Trigge and Secret of Mana :cool:

I got my Lunar 2 today. Came with original cover and backing, but no manuals. :(
Did anyone luck out and get case and manuals?

And my Time Crisis 3 with Guncon came today also. Game and gun were still sealed. definitly worth the $27.74 a/c :)

I got mine too. No manual. I was sorta expecting disc only but I was happy to see I got the case at least. I've been batting pretty low with EB and their used PS games lately.

my case was kind of funny . it had like 9/2002, 2/2003, 7/2003, 5/2004 and 3/2005 used yellow stickers on it i dont know if that means this game was traded in 5 times or what it was just werid seeing all those yellow sticker dates on the back

and talking about trading games in werid story about 7 years ago i traded in a tecmo superbowl 2 or 3 and about 2 years later i went to a different store to get that game again and i got the one i traded in.. It was very werid
 
Staying up for this update has been bad on my sleep this week. I work 2nd shifts, have to be up @ 2pm, but I've been too tempted by the updates to go to bed at a reasonable hour (like say 5am). It's too much fun to pass up on though. Provided the update doesn't suck.

dont expect the codes to be known until later today. Best bet today is to go to the B&M .. i dont expect to be able to use the codes online till monday update for good stuff .... if at all

i need one of those laptop pc so i can take it into the bathroom with me

i just hope EB Isnt like gamecrazy where the workers hog all the good games before the stores open today. i love to get at least 1 good SNES game and Bard tale
 
Bard's Tale says limit one per person on the website.

Does it always say that or are they trying to prevent horders?

Actually that seems like a very reasonable theory. Lots of sale stuff beginning today. Oh well, I got all morning to wait. And I thought today was gonna be a video game purchase free day but I forgot about the EB sale .. specifically Bards Tale. So I'll be dropping $9.99 on that. Does anyone know if there's a free shipping code for new games?

Add a cheapie $1.50 ps1 game to your cart and use saver & coupons. No code for new games per se.

CAG15 is only for preplayed. There aren't any codes for new games that I'm aware of.
 
Just curious, are you guys waking up early or staying up late for this update every morning? I get up at this time for work, so that's my excuse. lol.

I'm awake at 5:30am and at work by 7am so thats my excuse ;)
 
To get the shipping virtually free. 1 pre-played game means you can use SAVER which is free-shipping. So add a super-cheap PS1 game, use coupons to make it even cheaper, and thus you get virtually free shipping (like $.74 or something).

I work 2nds but this is my last day of 2nds after 3.5 years - going to 3rd shift starting tomorrow for college scheduling purposes. So I'm still up, but i need to be asleep soon to get up for my last 2nd shift.

say like you add Bards tale and thats it it would be like 12 buck ship

or you could

put bards tale and 1.99 used game into your cart use Saver and get them both for 12 shipped (even cheaper if you got a edge card and use CAG15)

so its like getting a used game free or cheap
 
SON OF A FREAKING %#$#$# i had sulkidon 2 in my cart had my CC number in all the way to confirm check out and got removed

i say its a glitch like LUNAR 2

I saw Suikoden II in stock for a split second. Don't think anyone could have orderd it faster. Didn't even make it to cart. Wonder if it's a glitch like the Lunar 2 glitch.
 
Holy crap. Managed to check out with Suikoden II. Added to cart before the update completed, was lucky enough to have the coupons auto-apply to it, skipped the Edge discount, and check all the way out before the cheapie game I had in my cart got back in the database.

I got it pulled form mine too. It would've been a sweet first EB purchase.

Now all you have to do is call them. They will adjust it to your CC without touching the order. That's what I did.
 
Hey, I just found out that Psychonauts went down to $35 NEW for both consoles. It's still a little too steep for my blood, but that means the pre-played price will go down significantly when those start rolling around (unless this is a sale ala paper mario).
