I think you can do a gift transaction and it doesn't charge a fee.

As long as I don't get stupid pissed at it like I did the first one I'll probably finish the single player within a week, and I think a couple of my IRL friends are gonna pick it up so I'll have people to co op and multi with.

Those are a pain, I miss the rip-off strip. I use a blade from my swiss army knife. Coins tend to smudge.
 
argh, was hoping something like nail polish remover would work. But thankfully they're not all scratch off. got about fifteen scratch, fifteen pull tabs.
