Yep ralahinn - It's active in NA as well ... same issue as in EU with giving the Female version of the shirt though. Might be best to wait and try it later unless DL responds to my post (or, for that matter, the very thread you started in in US Sony PSHome Forum).

Hey ralahinn - To my knowledge, DL is still working with Sony to figure out what the issue is with the Lucky Fountain dispensing the Womens T-Shirt. I have not heard back from them, other than from e-mail saying the above from 4 days ago (February 3):

Also, starting at the Hub, play Lockwood's Valentine Date Mini-Game for 6 rewards. First, go to the Hub to start the mini-game, select either a male or female date, then select the location for your date (there's 4 to chose from). Starting the game will get you:

Valentine's Day 2014 Blossoming Orchid - Ornament (1 slot)

The game will then have you relocate to Pier Park, where you have to go to four Valentine's Day stalls to get read y for your date. You will collect the following (NOTE: all 1-slot Ornaments):

There are several free rewards available while using the Giftinator 9000. Note that there have been some issues reported so YMMV.

  • Keep Calm and Gift On Shirt M/F (a gift from Hellfire Games)
  • Laser Shark LMO (you can gift this to yourself)
After gifting the free Laser Shark you will level up to Level 2 and receive:

  • Karma Glasses M/F

There is also a free item in the JAM Games store:

  • Cupid's Bull's-eye


EDIT: Valentine's Day Acorn Meadows Park rewards:

  • Valentine's Teddy Bear (just go near the giant bear in the park to receive this)
The following are sort of free depending on how you get your Acorns. 

  • Flowers In Hand (Female) - Pick 5 flower petals
  • Flowers in Hand (Male) - Pick 15 flower petals
  • Heart Balloons Companion - Ride the train through the Tunnel of Love
  • Valentine's Chocolate Box (Female) - Eat 5 chocolates
  • Valentine's Chocolate Box (Men) - Eat 15 chocolates
  • Valentine's Cupid's Bow (wall hanging) - Gift 5 flowers

EDIT 2: Compatibility Meter in the Hub. 

  • Valentines T-Shirt M/F
You have to get the Star Crossed Lovers rank to receive the shirt. This seems similar to the game in the old Namco Arcade space. Just keep trying with different people and eventually you'll get it.

Doesn't seem that the fountain in Casino is fixed yet, I tried it with one of my accounts and only got the male shirt

 
FYI Folks - Spunland put out new rewards to celebrate their 1st Birthday!!! WOOO!!!

The new rewards are the following (Spun Points listed 1st, then new Spun Item):

75000 Flying Rabbit - Companion

could anybody help me? im stuck on part of the the greatness quest. uh, got 18 cards. just got the card from the dog with a broomstick and gum...can't enter the arcade shoppe/garage yet...

 
just finished the greatness quest #2. i have everything but the residents evil director cut up for trade (just want a 30 day ps trial) and am willing to give it all up for it. so warframe 50 platinum, retribution 500 zcoin, warframe 20,000 credits + 3 day affinity booster. would prefer to do this before 1130 pm pst (2 hrs) before i head to sleep.

 
[UK] Good news, the GZ machine is live, so you can get something for the coins you got in December. Bad news, the machine takes 45 furniture slots.

UPDATE: If you want to  use the snowmobiles  at the open house, you can't because lock wood put up a big lock to keep people( except owners of the space) from exploring the area. You can glitch this. When you get on the page, run down the stairs  before the lock loads and if successful, you can explore the area and use the snowmobiles :D/

Don't forget, Home Challenges return on weds. The space available is supposed to be really nice. As for the lockwood challenges, I own all the spaces but the arctic, so if anyone needs a hand lemme know. My ID is my gamer tag on psn.
