P.S. when I checked my Vita last night it had the alert about trophies having been synced, and then when I checked Rogue Legacy was there. Not sure why it took a few days, though.

I'm not getting any of the big releases today.  But I will eventually get Far Cry, GTA and probably Dragon Age down the road.

My Top 10 in 2014 (no order):

1. Hotline Miami

2. Journey

3. Resogun

4. Rayman Origins

5. Far Cry 3

6. Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational

7. The Last of Us

8. Velocity Ultra

9. Gravity Rush

10. Second Son

Hoooooooly shittttttt. Before I started the nightfall, I was like, wouldn't it be crazy if I got Gjallarhorn? An hour and 15 minutes later on a hard as fuck Nightfall, guess what I got? Fuuuuck yes!

fuck you.

If they had any sense whatsoever, they would only match the price that Amazon itself is selling it for, not some BS 3rd party seller and verify it when looking it up. Yeah, it's horrible that people would do it but it's just as bad that some brain dead dipshit approved it.
well to the scammers credit, they were making a posting with the store name of Amazon electronics... and well with the people that work at Walmart, it is probably convincing.

Wasn't even that good. They used "AmzonElectronics". I know Target & Best Buy only price match if sold directly by Amazon itself Amazon. The people that pulled the scam are dirty assholes, but the people that allow it to go through are dumb dumdums.

To be fair, Walmart hasn't really done price matching previously so the employees don't know what to look for or have yet a good expectation of how management wants them to respond to PM scenarios.

Crysis 1 is my favorite of all 3 as well. I did not really like 2 or 3 at all but loved Crysis 1.
I might check it out sometime. What I've heard has led me to believe it's fairly different from the sequels, so I may enjoy it more. 2 just really put me off the series.

Not really. I remember trying to price match a rock band full set quite a few years ago. They wouldn't because they called the nearest store and there weren't any locally in stock, so they couldn't honor it. They've been doing it for awhile, but I think they just expanded the limitations of it recently to match BB & Target.

What you think of the Heyward trade? I think they could've gotten more for him, but a trade with him involved was inevitable. No way they were gonna pay him what he'd command on the free agent market.

That said, Shelby Miller certainly isn't chopped liver. If he can return to his 2013 form, I'd be pleased with the deal for the most part.

I've gone into stores and asked if they do PM on a few occasions. Outside of last BF when they were doing it, I always got denied. Not saying you're wrong that they had a PM policy, but I don't think it was well-publicized or even known by the employees.

Hate it so much. From what he says, they never even approached him about a long term deal, which is bullshit if it's true. He really has no reason to lie. He wanted to stay in Atlanta. I think he would've at least considered giving them a discount. It's going to make me sick to see him in a Cardinals uniform.

Miller isn't bad, but pitching isn't the big problem. They need to find some offense somewhere.

Whether or not what he says is true, The fact of the matter is they probably won't be able to afford him. Especially if he hits this year. if he does expect $200 mil easily given his age.

Pitching is a huge problem right now though. They just lost 400 innings with Santana and Harang gone. All they had penciled in for next year were Wood, Minor and Teheran. Had to do something, can't depend on Medlen, Beachy or Hale.

Offense is a problem, but Heyward hasn't done much to contribute to the offense anyway.

I fully expect Justin Upton to be gone soon as well. With the farm system pretty much totally depleted, they've got to do something to fix it. And I fear a minor rebuild is the only way to fix it. Them's the breaks, though.

Starting to second guess my LBP preorder now that reviews are out. Not that they're awful, I'm just less excited to check it out. Especially after hearing how limited the use of the new characters is. Hmm...

SSX is worth $3. It plays exactly like the PS2 games (meaning awesome). The environments are a little less colorful and the "Survive It" challenges are kind of at odds with the playful atmosphere of previous games, but those events are few and far between. I've done a lot worse for $3 (cough TxK!!!!! cough).

I'm pretty sure there's still a demo of SSX up, which I remember being a pretty good showcase of how the game plays. They basically did to SXX what Skate did to Tony Hawk, which I'm OK with since I still thought it was a lot of fun and gave me something I didn't feel like I'd already played before.
