So wait are there no sales this week? I thought the store updates the sales every tuesday from 4am - 7am EST.. it's 4pm now and nothing has changed from last week and all we've heard about was the two free PS+ games

"Q: It says that the game is on sale today, but I just checked and it's still full price. When is it on sale?
A: That's probably because you're checking the store well before the update happens. Updates typically happen between 4-7 PM EST on Tuesdays, so please check back then. Somebody will probably mention that it's live in this thread when it's available, just in case you're lazy."

Can everyone go back to complaining about PS+ releases or complaining about people who complain about PS+ releases now? Or, um..., anything else?

We're on a site for people that love games and think they have value. Aside from trolling, I just don't see the value of this entire conversation.

So... anyone hear any word beyond a general January release window for the first of wave of PS All Stars DLC Characters/Level?

On Tuesday update days, once you see a "PSN STORE UPDATE" post on the US Playstation Blog, then you can be assured the store update has been completed and is live. Friski usually updates his thread with that also pretty quickly after it's on the PS blog.

So check for that when you wan to see if the store is updated yet.

A noble goal if you plan to include UMvC3 in that 10. That was a very, very frustrating platinum for me. It also is a shining example of online trophies gone wrong - when almost all the player lobbies are people spectating/turboing for the 30 hours trophy, you know there's a problem.

well i thought i was being "positive" by saying trophies can make you feel like you are accomplishing something, then somebody has to get upset because i didn't say that gaming is the best way to spend your time

No but I need to get back into that game. They really did an amazing job on the Vita version in my opinion. (Vita is the only version I have).

I agree. I checked out the ps3 version and it was fine but I ended up buying just the vita version since its a bit more convienent for me. I haven't played it in a while but ill probably get back on it when the dlc releases.

It's really a great fit for the Vita. I wish the Story Mode was a bit better executed (the same 3 minute fight structure over and over is a huge drag) and the load times were a bit better, but it was a fun Platinum (uh oh! more value of trophy discussion

). I'm excited to get back into for the DLC and look forward to (hope for? did it sell enough for a sequel?) a slightly more ambitious sequel.

The story mode was definitely my biggest disappointment. I remember playing through it the first time thinking OK, this next match is gonna be a little different. No? Ok maybe the next one will be. Nope? Ok well this next one has to be a little bit different...

PS Store update blog is up.

Sumiono got a $5 price drop while Orgarhythm got a $10 drop. Guess I'll wait until they go on sale.

& looking at Wake Up Club themes. Included, there's Gravity Rush, Escape Plan, analog & digital for MotorStorm RC, A&D for Tokyo Jungle, No Heroes Allowed (which you might remember as "Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman! What did I do to deserve this!?"), and 2 analog & a digital Journey theme.

Also, the PSP game is the game leaving the IGC next week, I wonder if we'll get another PSP game in its place...

You could either not have it at all and have your names under your user name like you do, or simply type them out in your sig. Instead, you chose a card that shows your trophies. Interesting decision by someone who doesn't care about them.

And ouch, I was expecting a $9.99 price for Suimoni, but if it's a price drop, then that bodes well for a sale where it will only be $7.50.

Just StarDrone Extreme and Wake Up Club for me this week. Sort of funny to see Dungeon Hunter Alliance drop to $26.99 on Vita after it was $0.99 on PS3 last week.

I try to not complain about the PS Store offerings, but I'd rather them do nothing than do a $3 price drop. Odds are worse they'll give these games another small drop in the time frame they should be giving them one larger drop. Was that 10% really stopping people from buying these games?

In some cases, like Hot Shots Golf Vita, it's led to an even bigger price cut during a sale in the following weeks.

Morgan Haro on the PS+ Blog has seemingly indicated some Vita content in next week's update.

Not liking that there is more vita content up than ps3 stuff.. it's cool to give vita fans something to buy for cheap, but don't alienate us ps3 only owners.

The end of the month is when new Vita additions to Plus are added, which makes sense with FFT leaving next week.

My guess is that the 10% more has to do with trying to make the digital versions of these games a little bit cheaper than the retail copies, since all 3 of those games MSRP is now $29.99. I think they're trying to get in the habit of decreasing the digital versions by 10%.

My list is based on what's in the actual PS Store.

Edit: Nevermind, they list the PS3 version in the Weekly Deals section. They've been doing this with every single Ubisoft Vita price drop lately.

Finally decided to purchase a vita since I have so many spaces in between my classes. Is there a list to find all the vita compatible turn based rpgs or can people recommend me some?

@Frisky do you now whether Aliens Colonial Marines is coming to PSN? I thought I saw an article mentioning it but I can find any news of it through Google.

That's a fairly comprehensive list of the Vita-compatible PSP RPGs. I haven't seen such a list of PS1 Classics, unfortunately. I believe all of Square's PS1 games that are on PSN are compatible.

EDIT: There's always this thread. It doesn't single out RPGs though.

Yeah I brought mine for $15 Black Friday deals. It'll be a while before they get to $10, but if you wait patiently, it will probably drop to $20 in no time.
