There are so many times I have gone in to pick up a copy of a new game and it's been opened. They always claim I got the last one. I'm either real lucky, real unlucky, or they do a lot of lying to me. To put the cherry on the sundae, they put a giant seal on the opened box to show it's new which sticks to the case and is extra hard to get off.

I did an in-store pick-up once to buy a birthday gift for someone. The clerk acted like I was weird that I wouldn't want to give the clearly opened game to someone as a gift because it was still new so it was the same thing.

This infuriates me when it happens....which is every time.

There is no way I would want to give someone a clearly opened and obviously resealed game as a new present.

I don't care how much they try to assure me....no, see, it's new, the case is over here, the disc is in a little drawer and the manual is over here.

It was just the last copy. (I got the last copy of GTA 5....at 10 am on launch day apparently. The first store I went to had only the last copy and oddly enough, so did the second store).

You know it's new because it doesn't have the yellow sticker on it. New games have a white sticker.

The giant thumb print on the disc is from when the staff opened it because it was the last copy.

I do believe that some of the games are new but just give me a sealed copy like any other store.

I cannot remember successfully buying a sealed new game from GameStop. To be honest, I just stopped going there to buy games.

The shooting is awful. It's basically a movie with short bouts of awful shooting against awful AI.

It's a really good game for the price. Even without buying any DLC, it's a solid mix of arcade and simulation. The graphics are also great. Still enjoy playing it every now and again.

And, I assume today is the very last day to buy any PSN game codes from other retailers since Sony's idiocy begins on April 1st?

"People are now able to cancel PlayStation Store preorders. In addition, if someone makes a digital purchase, they can now cancel it within 14 days of purchasing it if they have not yet downloaded it. This information all appears on the North American PlayStation website."

Honestly the new policy is not much of a change. Probably only good if you do a preorder and decide to cancel it.

The website kept logging me out each time that I tried to add one of the games to my cart. It took about two hours for me to buy them all with my gift card. I would love to see if they could be purchased in store at a register though. Maybe if the game name shows up in the computer? Doubtful.
