Let’s Fish! Hooked On (PS Vita)
50% Discount – PSN Price: &19.99, $10.00 for PS Plus members

OMGOMGOMG. GotY.
I guess you could say you're...*puts sunglasses on*...HOOKED ON the price.

*CSI Miami theme plays*

Though seriously, I think I might wait for it to be discounted a bit lower before getting it.

Went out of my way to find a hard copy of Virtue but I don't mind. The rest is pretty awesome. I already did deus ex and saints row in 360 but doesn't mean I won't screw around with them again.

The unfortunate side effect of a huge PC collection is that I end up owning most of the Plus titles already. Still a solid month and I'll be happy to pick up Virtue's Last Reward.

Hopefully with the 3 long-term games leaving on the first day of E3 Sony will surprise us with announced replacements during the expo.

^This times 1000 haha. My only hope for free plus games are Vita games, psn exclusives, and ps3 exclusives. Here's hoping 3 exclusives get added at E3!

EPIIIIC! Glad I didn't open up my copy of Virtue's Last Reward, I was hoping they would eventually put it up as free like they did a few months back with EU PSN+. Lol I had also bought Deus Ex a third time (have a CE sealed, along with a standard copy). I barely bought the game about a month ago to eventually play The Missing Link DLC..

Guess I'll be keeping those sealed.

Here's a list of SCE games that came out the past 2 years.

2011
Ape Escape On The Move
Carnival Island
DC Universe Online
Everybody Dance
God of War: Origins Collection
The Ico & Shadow of the Colossus Collection
Infamous 2
Killzone 3
LittleBigPlanet 2
Medieval Moves: Deadmund's Quest
MLB 11: The Show
MotorStorm: Apocalypse
PlayStation Move Heroes
Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One
Resistance 3
SOCOM 4
Start the Party 2
Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception
White Knight Chronicles 2

2012
Book of Spells
Jak and Daxter Collection
Killzone Trilogy
LittleBigPlanet Karting
MLB 12: The Show
PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale
Ratchet & Clank Collection
Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault
Starhawk
Sorcery
Sports Champion 2
Tokyo Jungle
Twisted Metal

From that list, I would say: Resistance 3, Ico/SOTC, and LittleBigPlanet Karting will take its place.

Holy shit, huge month! I'm gonna try and sell my copies of Saint's Row and Deus Ex. Really looking forward to both the Vita games as well!

June looks like an amazing PS+ month. Every game being offered for free is either a game I never played (VLR, Machinarium, or Orc Attack) or an amazing game (Deus Ex and SR3). So I think everyone wins this month, even if you own all the games that are free this month there is not a single dud this month IMO. Plus with E3 coming soon they may have a surprise in store for us as a nice little "bonus" but who knows.
Deus Ex is an excellent game, unfortunately I've owned it for some time now. I could never get into Saints Row: The Third, the humor was not my taste and the gameplay didn't click for me but at least Portal 2 is on sale, that price is a steal for that game. Now I'm really excited for any new PS+ games for E3.
How much is Portal 2?

Saints Row Third is a good candidate for the 7/$35 GS promo going on this month.

See you in the comments, and this time I won’t be late!
I was just thinking the other day that Saints Row The Third would be a good choice with the upcoming release of Saints Row IV. It's an easy platinum for trophy hunters if you just invest enough time into it. I have the rest of the PS3 stuff already, so that's a bummer. I don't have any of the Vita games, which is great.

I'm surprised that they're pulling the dumb move to not announce the full month's lineup this week, though the list of what games expire when is missing a game. Three third-party PS3 games are coming in and only two are leaving.
Is anyone else curious as to why Orc Attack is listed as $49.99 on the blog? That has to be a error right?
I thought the same thing.

Seeing as it's confirmed for the US, might as well bring up that DoA5 Ultimate will be doing a free-to-play model called "Core Fighters". Basically, it's similar to the demo to DoA5+ on Vita, except you can buy individual characters for $4 and Story Mode for $15. You can still play online and offline (aside from Story) as 4 characters (Kasumi, Hayabusa, Hayate, & Ayane), you can choose locked characters as opponents or use them in Tutorial Mode (I guess that can count as a "demo"), and there might be special events where certain locked characters can be used for free for a limited time.

You can still get it on disc via retail, which can act as the "bundled" version.
I don't know where the hell Orc Attack came from haha. Anybody know anything about that one?

Is anyone else curious as to why Orc Attack is listed as $49.99 on the blog? That has to be a error right?
Apparently it's a new game, which I always love getting. (I originally got in confused with Of Orcs and Men, which is also $50). Orc Attack looks like a pretty generic hack 'n slash, but it might be fun on the Vita. I'll definitely check it out. Apparently it involves a lot of farting, which is weird...

As for the price, maybe they are going the "Of Orcs and Men" route and charging basically full price for it.
Saints Row Third is a good candidate for the 7/$35 GS promo going on this month.
Thanks for the heads up, I'll look into it. Mine is still sealed, so I'm hoping to sell it on Amazon. However, prices will certainly drop over the course of the day as more people sell their copies as well.

I think it's cool. We get the June list now and still have something to look forward to at E3, where it will almost for sure be announced.
Here's footage of Orc Attack for those that want to see it in action. It's coming out on PC, XBLA, PS3, and Vita, so the real price is probably $9.99 or $14.99.
Thanks for the footage and price clarification Frisky!
Zero Escape is awesome. For you trophy hunters, it's very easy to plat this game as well. I've put together a guide on PS3T that reduces the amount of repeating that you'll have to do, and also gives all puzzle solutions if you're lazy. http://www.ps3trophies.org/game/zero-escape-virtues-last-reward/guide/

That being said...I recommend you just play through on your own as the game is awesome and not hard at all.
I might actually attempt to Platinum Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward. I already beat it on the 3DS on hard difficulty. I kind of want to go through it on Easy, just to see the missed dialogue/hints.

I almost bought this game again on the Vita/hard copy just to have one when I get a Vita. Having this for free is incredible.

I held off on getting Saints Row 3 and Deus Ex, hoping for a DLC included edition.

Especially, with Deus Ex having a director's cut on Wii U. I am glad the vanilla version is the next freebie.

Saints Row the Third is a nice addition. I still haven't played the first game, wish it was on PS3. Still have Saints Row 2 in my PS+ backlog. Do I need to play the games in order to understand the story?

Thanks for answering but Frisky ninja'd you lol. I'm like you, I always am down for trying out new releases free, especially on my vita. And can't go wrong with farting I guess!

Thanks for the list vlv and Frisky. Not really much on there that I don't already have. I'd take Sports Champions 2 but I don't see that happening. I only own PSASBR on Vita so I wouldn't mind the PS3 version of that. Other than that, I guess I'd just want the ones that will give the best resell value for me.

My guesses: God of War Origins, LBP Karting, and PSASBR.

No. There's no story baggage from the previous games, so I'd recommend playing it right away. Don't forget that CheapyD is available as a homie as free DLC for that game.

Yeah, he's probably right about the pricing as well. I didn't realize it was coming to XBLA as well, that pretty much confirms it won't be more than $15.
Saints Row the Third is a nice addition. I still haven't played the first game, wish it was on PS3. Still have Saints Row 2 in my PS+ backlog. Do I need to play the games in order to understand the story?
I only played 3, and I would say no. It seems like you are playing a totally new group of characters versus the other Saint's games from what I understood. The characters that I assume came from the previous game are around in the first mission only as I remember.

I know Deus Ex and Zero Escape are great games but are they so great that I'll want to play them again in the future? I'm wondering if I should trade in my physical copies.

The core group that you start with (Gat, Pierce, and Shaundi) is from the previous games, but everybody that you pick up from then on is new.

Good update! I wish Machinarium (PS3) was for the Vita instead as it doesn't have cross buy support but overall can't complain. I've wanted to try Deus Ex for awhile so I'm glad to see that addition. Will probably grab Portal 2 at that price as well. Sweet.

Thanks for the list as well Frisky. I hope your guess is not right Tyler, but I guess the best I can hope for is PSASBR to be included. I really do not see them doing any of the Move only games so that removes quite a few more.

Then if I remove the ones I already own or have already played and finished I end up with this list.

The Ico & Shadow of the Colossus Collection
MotorStorm: Apocalypse
PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale
Starhawk
Twisted Metal

Since I am not a big fan of racing games in general, I am not interested in Twisted Metal or Motorstorm.

I'll have my fingers crossed for Ico Collection, PSASBR, and Starhawk I guess.

EDIT: I had Starhawk confused with a racing title, so I added it in my list.
Can i download the demo for Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward and get the key on release?
I don't think so. The demo is only 131 MB and the game is 1.2 GB. So they're not the same file, the demo isn't just the game minus the unlock key.
Great additions, not so great for CAG, since Deus Ex was in the BBY blowout and a lot of us played it already.
Or got it for cheap way sooner on PC.

Yup, I got that already. Just my way of showing support here. Even though I don't have the game.

I already have Deus Ex on PC/360, SR3 on PC/OnLive, and Machinarium on PC(like 3x)/Android. Still, those are really great games and I'm glad that so many people who maybe haven't played them will now be able to. Really, all three of those are fantastic and I want everyone to try them. I'm already knee deep in games that I wanted to play this month so I'll survive.

I played SR3 shortly after release and then SR2 when it became available on PS+ and didn't feel like the story or anything suffered as a result.

Too bad I bought Deus Ex when it was on sale a few weeks ago....oh well, getting virtues last reward for free on vita is great since i would have bought it if it was on sale for a LOT more than I paid for deus ex so it all works out
Or got it for cheap way sooner on PC.
This can be said for a lot of games. But I stopped buying games for PC since buying/trading ends up to be cheaper than discounted PC prices. Deus Ex is a typical example.

You don't need to worry about Saints Row 1. While not a terrible game it definitely shows its warts as its about 7 years old now.

Technically you're the same character across all the games, but you don't need to have played any of the other games at all.

My guesses are LBP Karting, PS All Stars, & Twisted Metal.

Also to note Frisky is that sometime last year, the single-player campaign of Starhawk was free on Plus but the MP was a separate purchase.

Hope your predictions are true, would be awfully generous of them to release PS All Stars.
