I just bought this yesterday at Best Buy and installed it in my PS4. I wonder if BB will price match after the fact.

Unless the CSR at your store are complete tools they should if you bring the receipt in and explain to them it's on sale at Amazon and you just bought it.
 
Eff. Glad you guys are all stoked but I still do not have a Vita and so this sale is useless to me. I was really hoping for something to go on sale for me to get to help take advantage of the $15 back promo but there is nothing for me. Hell I just bought Cell Damage HD a couple months back when it was on sale for a few dollars and havent even loaded it up yet.

Ugh.

Ya...I really like them and am on the 2nd game of the newer trilogy right now...but they can be really stressful and complicated. I know one friend of mine wants to like them but just hates the time limit stress and everything (they've relaxed it a bit in the newer games...the last trilogy...the one on sale...was a lot more cramped time-wise). Some of the mechanics are complicated enough (or some items you need for alchemy are obscure enough) that you'll probably find yourself hitting up a walkthrough now and then just to figure out how to do what you need to without wasting too much valuable time, too. So, ya, definitely not the game for you if you want a relaxing rpg romp or like taking your time and grinding.

But, like I said, I, personally really like them and played the whole last trilogy. I started with Totori, but the characters do continue through the whole trilogy, so it might be best playing them in order and starting with Rorona (although Rorona plus actually does include some post-game stuff where, if I remember correctly, you actually play as the characters from the later games...don't remember if there are spoilers, but it's definitely a bonus aimed at people who have already played Totori and Meruru).

I called Customer Service and they apparently have no record of my purchase in their system yet even though I used my Rewards info, etc. I guess it's been about 24hrs since I purchased it, but he made a note that I called about a price match and will try again tomorrow.

 
Glad I waited on SAO. Now I probably will push to get the $100 in spending for the rebate. I need to reup my PS+ so half of it is covered already. Will probably bite on Hohokham tonight and then maybe a few other bits and pieces tonight/tomorrow to get me there. It might be tough because I already own most everything on the list I want. Guess I'd better buy another PSN card or two from eBay if they are still available.

Did you do in store pickup or bought from the store because you can't get an adjustment for an in store purchase through online customer service.

You're complaining nothing for other platforms is on sale in a blog post for a sale specifically celebrating Vita's 3rd birthday? C'mon. Wait till tomorrow to complain at least, when the full store update is made public.

History has shown us though that if there is a huge sale like this yes there will be other sales but likely nothing that will wow us. I of course hold my reservations until tomorrow but I am just saying it doesn't look too likely.

 
I'm sorry if its been asked but does ordering another PS+ subscription on the PSNstore count to the $100?  Also even if I'm still currently on a year sub  can still add more?

 
Sword Art Online Hollow Fragment $16 is a great price, I regretted not buying back in the Xmas sale for $25 so I am glad I waited.

Totori and Meruru were on sale last Golden Week, and Rorona Plus was just being released. This should be the first time Rorona Plus has been on sale.

Hey thanks for posting this. I've been waiting for $80 to jump on this and upgrade my PS4 HD,but the PS4 just filled this weekend and I had to delete some stuff so I'm done with that hassle. It'll be nice to hopefully not have to worry about storage for a while.

Awesome Vita sale, I'll definitely be picking up Tales of Hearts R to play on the PSTV.

Is using an external HDD on PS4 as simple as plug n' play?

 
Cel Damage was one of my favorite multiplayer Xbox games back in the day. I haven't played it with anyone in years but I can't see why anyone would pass it up for any price.

And now that I have a Vita and PSTV thanks to the PS4 deal at GameStop last weekend, I will definitely download Jet Set Radio, Oddworld and Orgarhythm.
 
Is there a way to delete free Playstation Plus games? I want to pick up Zero Escape.

I'm disappointed that Killzone and Tearaway aren't on sale for $10. Also, it seems like XSeed doesn't discount their old PSP games anymore. Was hoping to pick up Ys 7 and Lunar for $7.50 or so at some point.

Does anyone know if you can use a $5 prepaid Visa card on your account? I want to get the call of duty maps this week and they are $15. I already have $10 in my psn wallet. I'd rather just use a $5 visa rather not having to buy another $10 psn card.

As long as you don't go over the $5 mark. It should be treated like a credit card iirc.

I think the people posting that external HD would be opening up the enclosure and taking out the HD and throwing it into the PS4. If you click reviews for that Amazon product, the very first review basically has a guide on how to open it up and put into a PS4 / Laptop.

 
Ended up getting Danganronpa 2 even though I haven't finished the first one. Didn't want to wait and have to pay full price on something to get the $15 back.

Also ended up ordering the 2TB seagate external, 2TB for ps4 & I can use the original ps4 drive as an extra 500gb for my xbox one.

You can delete the game, but you can't disassociate it from your account and thus can't actually buy it. It'll be considered 'purchased' already.
 
Well, crap. I finally decided I was going to buy Child of Light (PS4) to put me over the $100 spent, and I just realized/found out that I bought it on X1 last December.

Hohokum is a little more than I wanted to spend, and seems like a good candidate for Plus, so now I'm back trying to decide something cheap to get.

Edit: Bought Hohokum, y'all can thank me when it comes to PS+ for free.
