Wrapped up Borderlands with the crew.  Started working on the XP glitch and saw it's still gonna take forever.  Not sure if I'm gonna bother with the platinum.

 
Why do I have Bloodborne on my trophy card when I haven't earned any trophies in it yet and I most recently earned trophies in Axiom Verge?

I just finished watching Interstellar. I enjoyed it. Cried quite a bit. It reminded me of my dad. Made me miss him. Reminded me how I'll cry when he won't be here to walk my sister down the aisle. I think it's time for bed.

Sorry, velo. Saw your message but we were in the middle of a really good run. We were pretty much done with the Moon easter egg and I totally fucked up and got cornered by zombies. We were on the final step. All I had to do was kill a bunch of zombies next to the tube and we would have had the trophy. The run was so damn good. I got the wave gun and ray gun really early in the box and the excavators hit tunnel 6 first. fuckin' sucks. We're going to try it again tomorrow night at the same time if you, or anyone else wants in. Might be easier if we have more people.

The Metroid homage sounds great to me, the Contra style shooting worries me a bit if it quickly becomes a bullet hell sort of situation.

Looks like the XP glitch only gives you 20k at a time. And you need 2 million to go from level 37 to level 50.

I'll probably be bored to death doing it but actually, it doesn't sound so bad compared to how long doing a second playthrough will take.

Depending on how fast it loads (and I'll keep a backup save in case I fuck it up) hopefully I can get it done in about 2 hours.

xp glitch? why not just go through the dlc/ farm destroyer for xp? it really doesn't take long.

Looking at my trophies, I got from 0 to 100% in 2 weeks. and that's dlc and i didn't do any bugs/glitches.

Iv got a level 68 siren, she is death, tell me if you need any help killing anything.

 
Simmias/Gator, did you buy the $2 jungle hunt dlc for the $1 sacred citadel game or did it come included?

 i noticed you got some trophies from it, didn't know if it was worth it.

Playing Bloodborne is what you should be doing, Trophy Card commands it. Thats thing is like a deity to you guys right?

I actually just got around to starting Bloodborne tonight. After a bit getting used to the controls (for some reason my mind kept wanting to press X for dodge and Triangle for heavy attack, the former effectively getting me killed and the latter wasting my heal pots) I mopped up Cleric Beast and Father Gas already. Then took a break from the tenseness of exploring new areas and helped a handful of people beat their bosses with the Resonant Bell. Games not bad, but the solo aspect of it really bores me. I have to be in a party chatting with my buddy whos playing or I don't even really feel like pressing on lol. Really looking forward to Chalice dungeons at least.

Bloodborne update:

Have been exploring for a while and thanks to mpaullin, which encouraged me to check out Ludwig's Holy Blade. That thrust attack is the shit and it staggers any enemy now. Just realized MSU, you must be really ahead to be +9 in your hunter axe. I'm +6 on Ludwig's after farming a bit and leveling my character up.

Yup, we both got it. It's going to be much faster leveling up all four characters with it, so I'd recommend it just for that. Plus there's a trophy for killing 100 enemies using the environment, and those kills are really easy in the DLC and pretty annoying and time-consuming in the regular game.

We'll probably play tonight again if you want to hop on with us. Gator may not be able to get on until later in the evening, though.

Is it the last game you played?

Mine is rogue and I have 0 trophies in it and latest trophy was FIFA before that. When I update it in a second it will be FIFA again.

Because, again, I cant quit you Messi!

Club Nintendo thread is hilarious. After the mess the first couple weeks were, of course the last few days before codes ended it would be the same.

We both bought it. The main game is 4 Acts (with 5 levels each) and the DLC is another Act with another 5 levels. It apparently makes some of the base game trophies much easier, and $3 for the overall game is worth it, IMO.

The Wire is good, but honestly I think you all are duped by the 4th season being excellent, that you think the rest of it was too. Season 1 was good, season 2 and 3 were bad for about half or more of the season, season 4 is very good. We haven't gotten to season 5 yet, but everybody says it's the worst so I may not watch it. That doesn't sound like best show of all time to me.

 
At least two of the TV/movie news sites I read posted about ABC being in talks to develop a Lost spinoff centered around Ben Linus in the alternate universe from season six. Literally everything about that idea screams that it's fake if you're familiar with the show. fucking retards.

We were something like 130 coins short of platinum. The t-shirt is the only gold-level thing they don't already have, and then you only get one so how's that going to work? Not a big deal, though - we are getting Earthbound!!!
