yo-- thinking about starting first light. I know this has been discussed but had a hard time searching for it. Will it be a major spoiler for second son. I will pick up second son eventually, as I enjoyed the first two games. curious to what the opinions were to whether it was a bad idea to play first light first--
I don't think there are any spoilers--if anything, it provides background for when you meet Fetch in Second Son--but First Light is considered the better game.

Thank you, I was trying to reference that and couldn't find it or remember it exactly.

White rice is the worst. I need a little spice.

Yeah I don't think playing them out of order is going to be a problem. Second Son is $20 at Best Buy.

I was talking more from a gameplay-quality perspective. Everyone here who's played First Light after Second Son has said that FL was better, so Ltrain might notice that difference if he played the better game first.

I thought Second Son was solid but the side stuff was lame. I liked all the Infamous games though so I am biased though.

What the heck Pete?! You gained like 800tt since I left for work.

I need to pull out the big guns tonight and play some Telltale games. And maybe Amy, still haven't played that yet.

I didn't hate Delsin like most seem to and liked the variety in Second Son more than First Light. And switching difficulties and karma affiliations for the second play through of Son had me changing the way I played substantially enough that I didn't mind playing the game all over again (although I did skip most of the side missions). Neither game overstays their welcome which is good.

I need to go back and do the arena stuff in First Light but I didn't enjoy that at all so I don't know if I'll ever get around to it.

Back to the original question: nothing will be spoiled by First Light.

It is the only infamous game I haven't gotten 100% on. Mostly because of the arena part. Not sure if I will ever bother.

I saw that. The lightning out shot them something like 50-15. If that continues the lightning will be alright.
I saw that second goal the Lightning scored and that was one of the most unlikely goals I've ever seen. The shot was at like waist height on Stamkos (while he was on skates mind you) and he just vertically jumped clean over it from a standing position. Our real problem is that our goalies haven't been able to put together back to back solid games the last two months or so and bounce from amazing to giving up five goals.

I'm trying to get parental locks off of online play on my kids account so he can play Minecraft with a friend but I can't seem to get them all. I didn't see a big "online play" switch anywhere, just other things that affect it.

Any of y'all smarter people know how to do that?

Which system? And you have child/ren? And why are they up at 12:30 if they require parental locks? Wait... it's for you isn't it?

He's not up I'm setting it up for him tomorrow while I'm at work and he has the day off of school

It frightens me a little that you have that post of my picture saved to quote at a moments notice

i had to end up deleting someone on my friends list. it was ugh.

but yeah i told them not to play mp with any of my friends again...

Damn. Nothing but like 50 challenges left (Most of which are in the strike force missions) and Tower of Babble for the Black Ops 2 plat. Definitely not too hard, but pretty rare on PSNP and worth a pretty decent amount on TT. You do have to play the levels quite a few times to get all the challenges done, though. Yo Velo stop playing games for a bit so I can pass you up.

While playing the MKX story last night I watched a scene where Scorpion and Sub Zero sat down to drink tea together before they fought. Terrible. Although I give them kudos for trying.
