Vig, if I dont have the receipt can I still get the price diff for Call of Duty Advanced Warfare? I bought it with my BB card.
Assuming you're a myBestBuy member, yes--look up the transaction under your account at Bestbuy.com and jot down the Customer Service # (or whatever it's called) so the employee can find the information.

Big Minecraft update coming for Vita:

https://twitter.com/4JStudios/status/545525728654422016

This update is the most content filled update for the console version so far. It brings the console version all the way to Minecraft 1.6.4 from, (I think), 1.3. Two major additions are the introductions of horses and the Wither boss. Redstone also gets a lot more machines and goodies to make even more complex machinery. For a full list of what's in the update you can follow the link below. I can paste it in the post if you'd like but its kinda long.

http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/minecraft-xbox-one-edition/mcxone-recent-upcoming-updates/2230175-xbox-one-content-update-change-logs

If you don't care for words and would rather see it in action click this link to see a trailer 4J has put up to showcase the update. The trialer is for Xbox 360 which is already out but its all pretty much the same on each system.

Yay a fairly-original dick joke!

Tho I question why I'm labeled as the dick lover when you guys are the ones constantly thinking about them/mentioning them/noticing them on your desserts.

Well I do agree that the 90s were much better than the 80s.

Was the first TMNT 80s or 90s? I'd look it up, but I forgot what the Web address is for google.

According to this poster (who is quite a bit further into the game) the OP in the reddit thread you linked is a dumbass.

Sucks that it's got a PTW element, though. I was pretty tempted to pick it up, but it does sound more balanced towards buying success and that's just annoying.

I played some 2 on 2 hoops with Kevin Dillon once when he was with his kid in a park in Mamaroneck, NY with a couple of friends.  Surprisingly, I didn't suck.  Had to be longer than 10 years ago now because Entourage wasn't a thing yet.

I played it a couple months ago. I can't say I enjoyed it. 3 was so much better despite not being very good either. Such a weird progression that series had as far as gameplay goes.
I do remember 3 being much better. Driving these vehicles is so fuck ing broken. They turn like a semi truck, and the small ones blow up after hitting like 2 things. I'm stuck on a part where I have to destroy 5 turrets around the city. I die before I get to the 3rd everytime.

Yeah, the trick there was to keep switching vehicles. That was a pretty constant requirement through the game. 3 was better on all the stuff 2 did, especially the city since the city was so empty compared to 2. 3 also added a bunch of really shitty driving in the desert stuff, though. The driving for that was horrendous. Also 3 had a lot of instant fail challenges, where if you fuck up once you have to start a long sequence over.

I think I've said it before in here, but comedy really does change with the times. I've had the benefit of seeing a lot of those 80s movies for the first time as an adult and I'm sorry, but the vast majority do not hold up. I'm sure 20 years from now people will be saying the same thing about all the comedy I enjoy.

The Man Who Knew Too Little and The Big Lebowski are both timeless. :shame:

They're trolling. That's why people keep saying the same things you do almost immediately after you say it. It's pretty silly. If they want to ignore you they should just do that.

I've given up on using the ignore feature since I don't have enough willpower to not unhide the posts.
The people in here that someone might want to ignore are generally the ones that post a lot. If it were a quiet asshole that just spewed nothing but shit and never had any real conversations of interest it'd be easy to throw up an ignore or two, but that doesn't work with prolific conversationalists unless you want to miss half the thread traffic.

And yes, I'm including myself in that. :D/

Oh cool, famous people meeting stories? Not really famous people, but when I was in high school my friend's dad would take us to a lot of concerts and let us hang out afterwards to try and meet the band. Ended up going back stage with Papa Roach, met Corey Taylor and Staind. And one time I stupid in like for like 5 hours to meet Ozzy.

Oh yeah, and my wedding was an episode of My Fair Wedding, so you guys technically know a famous guy (right?).

Back when I was around 10-12 or so we went to NJ to visit the grandparents for Christmas. While we were there we went to see Rockettes on Ice (IIRC). Before sitting down in the theater, my sister and I met this guy:

He's super nice. He stayed at the same hotel as me in Atlanta last year and we exchanged pleasantries in the breakfast buffet line.

A lot of it also depends from where the humor is mined, if it leans heavily on pop culture references then it is going to be fairly nonsensical to a young person watching it for the first time 20 or 30 years later. It's the difference between the two Dreamworks animated flicks Shrek and Kung-Fu Panda. One leans heavily on references and will age horribly, whereas the other has more universal themes that someone of any age could watch and find humor in.

Yeah, it's been a long time so I don't remember it that well, but I do recall he was super friendly to a handsome young man and his extremely annoying and ugly sister. :whistle2:

Hey Vig or Pharm or anyone else, did you actually get BB to price match your CoD?  I just called CS since I ordered it online and she wouldn't do it for me since the Day Zero edition has a different SKU from the normal one that is the DotD.  Wondering if I should try again or just give up.  At least I got them to give me $16 back on LBP3.
