This happens to me every now and then. Happened a couple times in the same week about a month or so ago, but it hasn't happened since. I think mine might have been power flicker related problems though. Occasionally it takes a while to boot out of sleep mode though, so I just try to turn mine off when I'm done with it now.

I'm hoping Crushing will be unlocked by default and beating it unlocks the new one. That would be a sensible change for Sony to make since so many people played the series on PS3.

It does get old for sure. I just wanted to try out all the monsters so I kept plugging away. I think I just forgot there was that 6 minute trophy before I took it back. I'm sure there's some super easy way to get it but I'd always end up getting stuck on one monster that would ruin my time.
 
ya know you guys could actually suggest ways to do the pinball scoring. it'd be fun if we could actually do prizes but as it stands I would just email a psn code or whatever to chewy before we started.

Using the power of the rng I added a multiplier to everybody's Firepower score between 2 and 15 called 'Luck'. Not surprisingly much like last time it didn't actually make that big of a difference.

As far as I'm concerned we should have two divisions, I'm just not sure where to draw that line since honestly none of us will be able to touch zimm and chewy (and cireone I reckon).

Not that it actually matters, but I'm not in the pinball contest. Just so you know for future weeks when you're not seeing a score listed for me. I was just trying out the tables since everyone was complaining about them.
 
I think I may have been bitten by the trophy bug. I 100% Welcome Park over the weekend. I'm not sure where this is going but I'm paying more attention to trophy lists. I figure it at least makes sense for me to go for the easy ones.

On a related note, I sold my Robin and Lucina Amiibos for $35 each on Amazon over the weekend.

Do you and/or Jimbo know a good spot to get Purple level class mods? I need one for Gunzerker to finish off that trophy. Haven't seen many good recommendations yet.

C3PO, sure. But he makes for a cool shiny controller. R2D2 is awesome. He's pretty much a small sarcastic robotic asshole, its amazing.

We could do a thing like my pinball league does. Though it's tricksier with only two tables.

Basically people are split into groups of 3 or 4 based on the overall standings. If you get first or second in your group, you get a little bonus added to your score. All scores from all groups are compared against each other, but there's the added incentive of competing directly against people in your skill range. And you can move up to a higher division/group if you do better and better.

Weird. If it wasn't for the terrible pre-sequel trilogy, they would be the worst characters in the movie besides the Ewoks. I'm guessing you guys all have stuffed Ewoks which you hug before you go to bed each night.

I am somewhere between the 2 camps on this one. I like R2D2 and I think the 360 design is the more interesting take that makes you think Star Wars without it just being a simple image. The controller on the 360 is just as mailed in though. Just making it gold to call it C3PO inspired is even more lame to me than just an image. I guess anything inspired by C3PO should be lame though.

The PS4 bundle kind of does things in reverse. It uses the same design idea on the controller by making it appear like part of Darth Vader. The problem is, it ends up looking kind of stupid. The console mails it in with just the image of Darth on it. With as cool as the Darth Vader character is, I do not really care that they mailed that part in.

I don't really care since I would never buy either one. I do not need or want my electronic equipment to be works of art. However, I would pick the PS4 design just because it would look less obnoxious sitting in my entertainment center with its color scheme.

OK I lied.

Overall league standings are calculated by giving you points based on how you finish in your group. 5 points for first, 3 for second, 2 for third, 1 for fourth. Then if you get a top 4 score for that table, you get .5 bonus points added. Groups are sorted by Weekly points average for the first few weeks, then by total points for the last couple weeks. So you can still move divisions and play with your skill level.

I guess I just assumed nobody liked them because of how obviously lame they are. The reason I never liked that 360 is just because they're both such insignificant characters in my eyes.

I'll admit R2D2 is ok, but he's basically just a lump. Definitely not significant enough to have a console designed around him. They should have made it look like the Millennium Falcon or something.

I'm fine keeping the pinball tournament as 1 group. It just pushes you to improve your score. I'm sure I'll get last place most of the time. When we played this last week I focused on trying to beat the score above mine and then on to the next one. I'm fine with whatever changes happen but don't be scared off from high scores.
 
Our league has a somewhat complicated scheme, but the basic gist is that you only compete with the people in your immediate group and the top player in that group for the week moves up a group and the bottom player moves down a group. As the season goes on players tend to play only against people in their skill range. Divisions are determined by average grouping. Those divisions show up at the halfway point and then are locked in at week 7 I believe (of a 10 week season). The number of divisions depends on the number of players. There's playoffs at the end and obviously the A division prizes are better than the B, C, etc. division prizes.

I might have a purple mod on my gunzerker, not sure what level though. I know jimbo will have one, might have to wait until closer to 50 for it though.

I dont know of a real good way to get one, you can try using keys in sanctuary?

Honestly that trophy is simple if you have friends to give you stuff.

I am going to reach out to my former co-worker and see if he has level 50-54 Trespasser and/or NorFleet and maybe a better alkaline shield. Even though he is on PS3 only I can move it over PS4. Need to kill that voracious bastard and finish up the Sir Hammerlock DLC. He probably only has higher level stuff but it he has something good he will dupe it for me. Or if you pick up the DLC for PS3 we can play over there with him probably.

I need to get to gamestop and get it I guess, screwed up by not having and will need to replay all the DLC again to 100 percent it, might just try and plat it on ps3 and be done, not sure wanna wade through DLC again. Well could do hammerlock again, we beat the story in like 1 hour the other day.

I am in the same boat. I have all 3 (Well I loaned out the first two months ago but could get it back). I will probably wait for a price drop since there is no co op with them on PS4 right?
